멋진 수영장, 친절한 직원들
수영장이 두 군데 있었는데, 일반 객실앞의 수영장(이용자가 적어서 쾌적함)과 바다가 보이는 메인 수영장(경치가 멋짐)이 모두 정말 좋았습니다. 리조트 직원들은 아주 친절했고, 숙소 내 아침 식사 뷔페도 괜찮았습니다. 기본 제공되는 뷔페는 매일 조금씩 바뀌었고, 오믈렛이나 토스트 등 직접 만들어 주는 요리들도 괜찮았습니다. 숙소 내 식당과 바에서 저녁을 먹었는데, 음식과 음료 모두 평균 이상이었다고 생각합니다. 시내와는 거리가 있어서 여기저기 구경을 하려고 생각한다면 조금 불편할 수도 있지만, 투어를 신청해서 가거나 리조트에서 쉬기 위한 여행에는 아주 잘 어울리는 곳이라고 생각합니다.

Beatiful private beach
Hotel owned private beach with nice sea view, quiet location and nearly local welcomed restraunt, uncle rong. Great check in and out from hotel staff. Room with jet bathtub is amazed for us within stayed two nights. Surely, traditional Thai massage is absolutely interested thing during stay here. A 50 meters long standerd swimming pool located in the hotel, which relaxes your body. Anyway, recommend the nice experenice in hotel.

물놀이 좋아하는 분에겐 훌륭합니다. 과일 하나 사먹을려고 해도 시장이 너무 멀고 공항에서도 멉니다.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The property is okay but is starting to show its age. The view out to the pacific is fantastic, the spa was great but the food is limited and the chef focuses on presentation rather than taste. The pools were clean and not crowded.

It was our first time in Samui and the Renaissance property, which we chose based on overall ratings and the location with access to a private lagoon-type beach. Great overall experience with friendly staff and delicious restaurant choices. Special shoutout to the front office manager, Budsarin (BUD) Boonwan! We will definitely return for more stays in the future. Thank you, Marriott, for sharing this hidden gem with us all!

Stunning hotel! Gorgeous location. Staff are amazing. Our room was one of the nicest on our entire trip. Had our own small pool overlooking the ocean. Wow!! Recommend the beach BBQ and fire show. Incredible.

Wonderful stay for our honeymoon!
We stayed 6 nights at the Renaissance Koh Samui for our honeymoon and we highly recommend it! Our villa was very comfortable, the amenities were great, and the environment was very beautiful. We also enjoyed the beachside pool, the massages we got at the spa, and all the food we ate at their restaurants. We booked a number of experiences outside of the hotel (not through the hotel), specifically a cruise around Mu Ko Ang Thong National Park, a Thai cooking class, and a visit to an elephant sanctuary, and all of them were able to pick us up directly from the hotel.

Hotel made an error in our reservation which was very frustrating and disappointing as it was made 8 months before stay and reconfirmed weeks before the stay. We were only told about the error when we were checking in at night which made alternative options very difficult. Other than that, hotel had great staff hospitality and friendliness.

OMGGGG this hotel is spectacular!! We stayed over NYE and from the moment we got there, it was luxurious! From service to accommodation to food, by far the best hotel in the islands! We had a private villa with a private pool in the garden section (highly recommend for privacy) and it felt like a movie! From the giant room and beautiful pool and bes and shower...so many amazing amenities! The property is stunning and the beach is so great! The food is unbelievable!! The morning buffet is epic! The hotel staff, to management to attendants and all so lovely! Would stay here in a heartbeat!

The Renaissance is such a beautiful place to stay, the rooms are great, good food, great pools and the amazing staff and service make the stay so enjoyable. White and Game were key standouts during our stay. Nothing was too difficult, they were so kind, friendly, helpful and made our stay so enjoyable. Definitely recommend staying here if you are in Koh Samui.

Very nice hotel, very clean and staff friendly. Breakfast was great!! Location is quiet and in our opinion mich better that on the east or north side of the island. I had dinner included which was very good, however, the selection was very limited and we were happy that we only had it for four days. We booked including airport shuttle. Please be aware that according to the hotel, this only includes one way, not both. Expedia dealt with the hotel and in the end the second way was complimentary as well.

Séjour agréable
Nous avons séjourné trois nuits au Renaissance hôtel à Koh Samui. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec baignoire à remous sur la terrasse. La chambre est bien spacieuse et confortable. L’hôtel est un peu vieillissant, un rafraîchissement ne serait pas de refus. Les équipes du restaurant étaient aux petits soins, merci pour tout. De même qu’au spa, avec un très bon massage thaï. Nous n’avons pas eu notre chambre faite un jour, et avons dû le demander une autre journée… pas terrible ! Aussi, lors de la mise en marche du bain à remous, l’eau du bain est devenue toute sale, pleine d’insectes morts et de feuillages… absolument dégoûtant ! Il faudrait nettoyer avant chaque check in il me semble. Autre bémol mais celui-ci indépendant à l’hôtel : un groupe de touristes vraiment impolis et pensant peut-être avoir réservé l’hôtel pour eux seuls tant ils faisaient du bruit de jour comme de nuit, et occupaient plus de la moitié de l’espace à la piscine… En somme nous avons passé un bon séjour mais nous ne reviendrons pas spécialement.

We loved our stay at the Renaissance Koh Samui! The staff were very friendly and helpful and helped us organise tours and answered all queries promptly. The property is in excellent condition with a great pool area, dining options, and lush gardens. We would highly recommend the resort to couples and families.

A great hotel in a quiet area outside of the Lamai Beach area. The hotel staff were amazing and very helpful throughout our stay. Food from their onsite restaurant Tawan was outstanding and affordably priced. My only issues with the hotel room was the lighting seemed a bit dim everywhere and the water temperature in the shower was impossible to get cold at all.

Fabulous tropical hotel! Great views! Great staff!
Set in a beautiful tropical setting, Renaissance Koh Samui's attention to detail is impeccable! The staff are absolutely lovely! From Tai our room attendant, to Sun, Deh and Tony, we felt well looked after. The beach is very private though the sea is a bit shallow. The inclusive menu could do with changing a bit more often but you could also go for the A la carte menu and there are restaurants close by with excellent food! We wished we could have stayed longer! Highly recommended!

Great vacation - despite arriving just after long COVID-Break, the whole infrastuctur was in excellent condition, the personnel was well trained and always went the extra mile if needed.

This property is located in quiet bay right at beach. Staff is attentive and friendly, good health and hygiene measures at hotel.

Staff were lovely especially reception and breakfast staff. Breakfast were the best we have ever had in this hotel! Would recommend!

Die Anlage ist etwas „in die Jahre gekommen“...aber ganz ok. Sehr nervig ist die ununterbrochene Berieselung mit Lounge-Musik der heftigsten Art; laut und ohne Unterbrechung. Das braucht niemand, der Ruhe sucht. Und die meisten Gäste suchen hier Ruhe.
