The Club Agutaya was an amazing resort, very beautiful gardens and beaches, and extremely friendly and wonderful staff, away from the tourist crowds.

Arrivati con una bella accoglienza, ti danno anche un olio home made naturale(adatto anche ai piu piccoli) x mosche della sabbia (mai vista una). Ci hanno dato la camera sbagliata e se non fosse x le nostre lamentele (perche sporca , e con bozzi di insetti), non ci avrebbero detto nulla, ma ci hanno subito accontentato chiedendoci scusa e ci hanno fatto vedere la camera che avevamo prenotato, e per scusarsi ci hanno fatto alloggiare in villa. Molto meglio bella ed accogliente. E da dire pero che le rifiniture di tutto il resort sono fatte proprio male e non tanto ben curate. Il servizio è ottimo, veloci e disponibili. Il cibo é molto buono (prezzo altro confronto lo standard del posto). Al chek in ti avvisano che ad una certa ora nella notte buttano insetticida per zanzare e altri insetti e ti consigliano di non uscire dall allaggio. Ma penso che questa cosa che buttano si stagna nella piscina e nei vestiti che si lasciano fuori, in piscina ce una patina oleosa e nera su tutto il bordo piscina e sui gonfiabili che sono dentro, e i costumi si impregnano di colore sporco. La spiaggia è bellissima abbastanza ben tenuta, si puo mangaire e bere , secondo me pochi lettini (12) se non si va per tempo si rischia di state per terra. Kinds frendly, giochi da spiaggia, seggiolone e stoviglie al ristornate. Tutti SUPER gentili

Best experience we have ever had. And watching the turtle hatchlings being released into the ocean was such a wonderful experience. We will return again.

POSITIVE: As soon as we entered the Lobby, we were greated with fresh scent face towels to cool us down, and fresh Pandan drink. Thanks to all the staff...they made us very comfortable. We asked to upgrade our room to villa, and we are lucky to have one available. We even watched the baby turtles released that evening...thanks to Club Agutaya Resort, I can check one off my bucket list. This resort is also a Turtles Conservation. The resort is beautiful and peaceful...my first morning in Club Agutaya, I woke up after 6 in the morning compared to 4 in the morning I normally wake up. If you like the sounds of the birds and the ocean and most important...quitenness, this is the place for you. Food here...is delicious. For sure we are coming back to stay in Club Agutaya. NEGATIVE: I can think only one. Smoking is still allowed in designated areas. Despite they are designated areas, I can still smell the smoke and with my asthma, I tried to stay as far away as possible.

Great Stay
This place is one of the best places I have ever stayed. The crew is great as well as the property. Great food in the restaurant. The best beach I have seen in The Philippines in 20 years of traveling here.

Boracay a long,long,long time ago
Stayed there with whole family during Holy Week. Sand very fine and powdery (extra slippers and aqua shoes I brought of no use there). Except for the guests and a few friendly locals, beach practically empty. At times you have the whole beach all for yourself. It's like going to the middle of Station 2 and asking your friendly genie to remove everything (people and all structures) from the beach!! Also good restaurant food, very fresh. Manager very hands-on.

Family getaway
I like the design of the lobby and the rooms. Staff were very welcoming and hospitable. Great view & ambiance. Accomodating Chef who cooked us for dinner & for preparing us packed breakfast for such an early time. Highly recommended.

Underbart ställe som ligger ensamt på Long Beach. Lite svåråtkomligt men helt klart värt det. Fantastisk personal och lugnt och skönt. Det var vi och svalorna.

Détente ... entre plage et cocktails !
Le clug agutaya est à 50 m de la plage. La piscine à débordement de couleur vert foncée est immense, la salle dédiée à la restauration est de très bon gout (immense bungalow)... tout comme les plats proposés! La chambre est vraiment grande (je conseille la vue sur la mer). Enfin, et surtout: le personnel: nous n'avons jamais rencontré de personnes si gentilles, souriantes, aimables et serviables. Merci à tous!

改善点は多いが、自然が豊かで、ホテルオーナーもスタッフも気さくで、フィリピンの家庭的なリゾート
良い点：①あまり開拓されていない地域であるため自然がそのまま残っていて都会から離れてすごしたい方には非常に向いている、②砂浜が白くきれいである、③フィリピン料理であるチキンアドボとサンビセンテスープはおいしい、④オーナーやスタッフは、非常に気さくで、ホテル自体は家庭的な雰囲気。他のお客さんとのコミュニケーションも自然にとれる。 改善が必要な点：①ホテルのHPに掲載している固定電話は通じない、メールのレスが遅い。（ホテルに連絡したいかたは、HPのモバイルの番号に連絡したほうが良い）②空港（PuertoPricensa)から車で約4時間かかるが、送迎サービスはない（ホテルでの無料送迎サービスはない/使用できない）。車をチャーターした場合、車のサイズにもよるが片道7000ペソ（現時点レートで約18200円）かかる。③シャワーのお湯は、ほとんどでない。ホテルのシステム上、ソーラー発電を使用した給湯を採用しているようだが、滞在中は、水しかでなかった。④朝食メニューは、原則、パンとチーズ、ハムのみ。昼食等もメニューのバリエーションは少ない。⑤Wifiは備えているが、ほとんど使用できない。モバイルの3G回線のほうが早い（インターネットはほとんど使用できないと考えておいたほうが良い） 注意点：時期にもよると思うが、滞在中は、ビーチに大量の蚊が発生していて、長時間ビーチサイドにいることが難しい（虫除けスプレーなどを準備しておいたほうが良い）

Dear Mr. Nakamura Thank you for staying at Club Agutaya. We are happy that you found our resort homely, liked our staff ,our famous chicken adobo and San Vicente soup. We would like to apologize for some inconveniences you have experienced. As you have seen, San Vicente is a very remote town in Palawan. We are trying to do our best to control a lot of our external problems. As much as we would like to modernize our telecommunications ( we have subscribed to numerous and different line and internet providers} and have spent a lot in the process, we still are a loss and mercy of the connection system. As for our contact numbers on our landline which is PLDT, the signal is also unreliable, As for the mobile numbers, the connection is also off and on as you may have experienced yourself. We have included our personal numbers and we spoke on the phone regarding your transfer. The rates for the transfers are the published rates given by the Palawan Tourism Association. We could have offered you complimentary seats on the public shuttle van(As for the 4 hour travel, I believe your driver got lost )but with your family in tow ( your pretty daughter of 10 months), lugging her stroller and other baby stuff would have been difficult. I remember offering you free services of two professional nannies who take care of our babies just for you to enjoy the New Years Eve celebration by the beach. As for the insects by Long Beach, these are sand flies, We are trying to eradicate it but that is the cost for invading pristine beaches. We are combing the beach daily by carabao two times a day to rid of these pests. They have taken a penchant for some sweet people and to counter this,we have provided free insect lotions in all the guest rooms. Please allow us to invite you to visit us when all of these irks have been solved. Expect a note from us in the near future and please extend our warm greetings to your lovely wife and adorable baby.
