Villa Zauber is an absolutely beautiful and as the name suggests, clean. The apartments are spacious and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. I wish the TV had YouTube and/or Netflix for the kids.

Everything went fine, easy check-in without visiting the reception, we got an SMS code with instructions how to get room cards. Clean hotel, nice breakfast.

Wouldn’t stay again
Service was great. Train going by was a nightmare. It is right next to the villa. Also no AC therefore window stayed open and heard the train that wakes you up constantly, or you close it and get hot. Staff was very nice but wouldn’t stay again because good night sleep matters.

Nice hotel close to the High Tatras region and close to the Slovak Paradise National Park. Breakfast is simple, but tasty. The hotel provides free apples throughout the day, which is a nice touch. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They provided good tips on where to eat, including discount vouchers. The shower is fantastic! However, the pillows were a tad big and too soft for our tastes. Overall, it was really nice stay and I would recommend it to friends.

Quaint Little Place
This is a great little hotel (with only 9 rooms) that provides exceptional service. Even with only 9 rooms, the front desk is open 24 hours and the staff tend to your every need. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Also, very modern and comfortable. My wife and I travel a lot for work and leisure. I have to say this is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Great breakfast, wonderful bed, amazing staff, perfect location. Also, go to the restaurant the hotel recommends. The food is delicious. We are already planning on going back to Slovakia and will stay at this hotel most definitely. The ONLY drawback is that it does not have AC. So I would be cautious of planning during the summertime if heat is not your thing.

Great place for a one night stopover
Brand new residence Easy to locate. Quiet area. Staff excellent and breakfasts NOTE: Ask Reception for 20% Discount Card for the restaurant located 250m next to Waterworld NB. NO AIRCON IN ROOM. Reception said they were in the process of installing later in the year. Otherwise I would have give Hotel Zauber a perfect score
