체크인을 하자 스태프가 조식이 포함되어 있으니 6-10시 사이에 꼭 먹으라고 이야기 했습니다. 분명 아침이 포함이 안된걸로 알고 있어 2번이나 확인하였습니다. 포함되어 있으니 걱정말라고 먹으라고 했습니다. 조식 포함이라고 하니 아까워서 3일동안 저희 부부는 커피 한잔씩만 먹고 여행했습니다. (아침을 먹지 않는 관계로) 그런데 체쿠아웃을 하려는데, 스태프가 하는말 "아침이 포함되어 있지 않으니 3일치 66유로 정도 내라" 고 하네요. 그래서 저희가 분명 니네 스태프가 포함되어 있다고 2번이나 우리가 확인하였다고 하니 하는말이.. 체크인 할때 조식은 포함되어 있지 않고 하루 조식이 일인당 얼마라고 까지 이야기 했다고 이야기 하네요. 저희는 미국에서 살고 있기 때문에 영어에 전혀 불편함이 없습니다. 그런 저희 부부에게 포함되어 있지 않고 조식 이용시 얼마라고 이야기 했다면 왜 저희가 알지 못하고 그 비싼돈을 주고 커피를 마셨을까요?! 이해 안됨. 숙박하실분들은 절대 그 돈 주고 조식 먹지 마세요. 바로 앞에 스벅에서 커피 마시고 빵먹는게 훨씬 싸요. 커피 2잔 3일에 66유로!! 절대 비추~~

전체적으로 룸은 작았지만 편안하고 침대도 좋았습니다.샤워부스는 약간 떨어져서 수리가 필요합니다. 생수는 1개만 지급됩니다.

지하철 8호선 부시꼬 역과 매우 가까워 교통이 편리하고 주변 편의시설도 좋았음. 그러나 방이 너무 작은게 단점.

This hotel is very outdated. The was a very small room, you could hardly sit on the toilet because your knees hit the wall and the sink was right up against your arm, my hubby who is over 6ft had to put is arm on the sink. We could not even open our suitcases because there wasn't room. The beds are super uncomfortable and you cannot adjust the heat, it was too hot in our room. Plus our room was located right next to the elevator so you heard anyone using it all the time right next to our head by the wall where our bed was. The front desk staff is very friendly, however the maids were not. When we asked for more toilet paper, we were told by the maid we got some when we checked in and that is all we would get and she scowled at us like we were interrupting her day. We did ask the front desk for more and they got us some right away. All the pictures we saw online showed a bathtub in the rooms, but there wasn't any and not sure if there are in any of the rooms but hard to say. Also they say water bottles included, but we only got one when we checked in. The only coffee in our room was a water kettle to heat up water for instant coffee, that was it. Our room was not very clean, the sheets were dirty, but we were only there for a couple of days so no time to find another hotel. If our trip had been longer, we would have found a different hotel even if we had to pay more. Would never stay here again. The only nice thing is the front desk staff was friendly.

Our room was clean and small, but most economical Paris hotel rooms are. Although it was small, we had a king size bed that was very comfortable, as well as a chair and desk where I ate my pain du chocolat. The property is located steps from the #8 metro, there are several very good restaurants on the block, and there's a Starbucks across the street. The staff were friendly and helpful, and if we return to Paris, we would have no issue staying there again.

Overall, the property was excellent and a convenient location. The staff were attentive and friendly. However, the rooms are tiny. If you aren't with your significant other, I recommend that you pay for a separate room.

There was a power surge that fried the AC. No AC in our rooms but we received free breakfast for the three days spent there. They gave us a fan which helped a bit. Ali the hotel manager went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Great buffet breakfast. Would recommend this hotel next to a metro station. Very convenient.

Dejligt ophold i Paris
Dejlig rent og lyst værelse. En smule småt, dog som forventet. Sengen var rigtig god og dejligt med aircondition. Rengøringen var overall også helt fint, hvilket var vigtigt for os. Flinkt personale i receptionen. Også dejligt med metrostation lige ved siden af hotellet så man hurtigt kunne komme rundt, dog ville vi i fremtiden vælge noget tættere på storbyen. Men roligt/trygt kvarter som er meget autentisk.

Great location and lovely rooms with a balcony but what really made this place amazing was the staff who couldn’t do enough for you. They were so helpful and went out of their way to make our stay amazing.

We stayed two nights at this property and we are so thankful we stayed here. The easy access to the metro at the end of the block made it a convent location and we loved that we were out of the busy downtown area. It was nice and quiet at night. Our room and bathroom was double the size we had expected! The hotel was cozy, clean and the staff was helpful! They had a nice breakfast each morning and offered to store our luggage when we checked out. We would recommend this hotel to our friends and family and would definitely come back here again! The price can not be beat for the quality you get!! Thank you for a nice stay!

Although Paris is going through some issues, we felt safe and it was due to the staff at this hotel. Neto was a gem! He was great. He made sure to write down directions for us, took time to explain how the metro worked, how to get back to the hotel and much more. The hotel is small and simple, the area is nice, with Starbucks right across, cafes in every corner and the metro station right outside the door.

Excellent compromis qualité / prix / emplacement
Venu à 7 en famille dans le cadre du Salon de l'Agriculture, nous avons adoré le charme de cet hôtel du 15ème, avec ses photos noir et blanc des années 60, ses qualités d'hébergement, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de son réceptionniste. A 15 minutes du Parc des Expositions, cet Hôtel est vraiment à conseiller.

Not impressed
For a 3 star the stay was acceptable. The staff were lovely, they were the highlight. However, the rooms were not clean. There was a wet tissue stuck to the wall in the toom when we arrived....not sure what was on it. The towels werent clean, there was a brown mark on a new towel one of the days. When i asked if we could have some breakfast tea as we didnt get any in the room on one day, i got told i can pay for it, and it was €2.50 per tea bag, so we went without. Not the best hotel and i wouldnt stay here again.

This was also one of the good hotels. The staffs were kind and spoke good english. We arrived in the midnight no restaurants opened, was a hustle to get something to est. We install Uber eat but payment wasn’t accepted since we had overseas credit card. We asked the receptionist to order a food for us and we gave him cash. It was very kind of him. However, the room was kinda small, but its Europe so no complaints about that. Hotel was walking distance to Eiffel Tower

Overall the stay was good, although the hotel has a few small drawbacks. The cleaning was overly active and washed our towels every day even though they advocated a “help us stay green by not asking us to wash too much”-mentality. The rooms were also quite far from soundproof (could hear talking from other rooms as well as the elevator in the hallway) and the street was quite busy, even at night (traffic, not nightlife/partying). Very good connection to the metro.
