스플리트 숙소 추천!!
2인실 사용했습니다. 사실 숙소 찾기가 어려웠는데, Host가 직접 나와서 우리를 기다리고 있어서 쉽게 갈 수 있었습니다. 시끌벅적한 식당이 앞에 있는데도 숙소는 조용했고, 와이파이가 잘 되어 편리했습니다. 숙소내 화장실, 침구류 모두 깨끗했고, 주요 관광지랑 다 가까워서 이동하기 편했습니다. 주차장은 따로 없고, 숙소에 엘리베이터가 없어서 가방에 짐을 챙겨서 갔습니다. Host가 굉장히 친절해서 믿을만했고, 결제는 현금만 가능합니다. 스플리트에서 숙박하기 좋은 곳입니다. 추천합니다!

Great place to stay.
We had a good experience. Peter the person who help us very nice person and was available all the time ( even before to get there I contacted this place and talked to Peter) via WhatsApp. I requested blow dryer and an Iron and he brought it to us right away. He gave us some tips and show us where to go. Room comfortable and simple bathroom was nice too, that room has everything that I needed. So clean and inside the building smells so good. Very secure and close to everything. What I like the best so peaceful. It cannot be a luxury place but the location was perfect clean, secure and Peter was the best ! I highly recommend this place if you are ok to have a place to sleep a good bathroom a good bed I love the simplicity and location of this place.

Perfect location, great host, great stay!
Perfect location in a vibrant area of the city and not far from the park either - well worth a visit! Shut the windows and you can’t hear a thing - great nights sleep. Great host and available when needed. The apartment was exactly as per the photos and has everything you need. Would highly recommend

Peter was an amazing host, helped with luggage, met us upon arrival, apartment was clean and spacious, updated decor, close to the old town. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. GReat place

Fantastic location in Old Town within steps from everything! The host Petar was waiting for us and was available anytime for any questions or concerns that may have come up. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Would highly recommend and will use on future trips.

Värden hämtade oss vid flyget, pratsam och trevlig (45 euro, värt!) fin tvårummare med hög standard utrustad köksdel, extra bonus för en espresso bryggare. Enda lite neg är utsikten från balkongen men vad gör det? Konzum precis utanför att handla mat och dryck i. Många bra restauranger i närområdet liksom nära till gamla staden som måste besökas. Rekommenderar vandring i parken Marjan någon km från boendet där det också finns fina bad och utsiktstopp. Vi bodde här i sex nätter och är mycket nöjda över både boende och Split Hälsningar Lars o Maria

Excellent location
The apartment is very well located, on the old Town. The rooms are very small, with a tiny space for the bags. The building does not have elevator and the apartment is on a third floor. Beds are confortable.The manager was very helpful, waited for us late and gave us lot of information.

Fantastic clean new room
Owner stayed up to guide us in. Very nice. Room, was cool, ac, extremely clean, modern and really comfy bed. Loved it. Great location.

Great position, really easy to get to quayside, Diocletian’s Palace and plenty of restaurants and a supermarket on your doorstep. Really clean and tidy room. My only faults would be that the water in the shower could have been hotter (but it was ok) and the beds were a bit hard (personal preference). Extra pillows were delivered within hours of requesting by email. Petar was superb at responding to queries by email so promptly, he couldn’t be faulted.

Great location in Split
A very nice apartment with really good location and a nice, large terrace. Apartment is located in the 3rd floor without any elevators. Bedrooms are nice, but rather small so we had to store our suitcases in the living room. Aircon in both bedrooms and livings room was really good. Small kitchen, but very small fridge so do not plan for any meals. Lots of restaurants and nice places for breakfast just outside, also a large supermarket. We found the apartment very noisy at night, both from people passing on their way home and especially deliveries from 6.30 in the morning, even though we kept all windows closed. Very friendly and helpful host who also drove us to the airport.

The property was as advertised, prime location with easy access to all amenities. We had a wonderful stay in Split old town, it was easy to find a restaurant for dinner or café for breakfast. Near to the port and old town and palace. All within 5 minutes walk. Would recommend and will definitely visit again. The host Petar collected us from the airport and was informative about the area and also things to do.

Great location, small but efficient apartment.
Apartment was clean and bright with basic amenities. It is very near everything in the Old Town. The courtyard where the front door sits looks run down with graffiti, but the surrounding area is fine.

Beware!! Not as advertised!
Beware!! This place is not as advertise on the website! You enter through a dark alley that has spray paint all over the walls. The apartment itself looked out at another building, not the beautiful square as seen in the photos. The building you’re looking at is dirty with air conditioning units hanging off of it. The balcony is filthy and has metal slat blinds that make you feel like you’re inside a prison. The apartment was dirty, floorboards lifting up and had tiny little TVs and basically no WiFi. It also smelled really bad and I had to open all the doors to try to ventilate the room. Neither one of us were comfortable staying there and decided to forgo our money and stay elsewhere. Read reviews on other sites and listen to them!! This place is terrible unless you’re looking for a hostel.

Great quiet location
Great host, great location. Across the street from a grocery store and Rick Steeves recommended Gelato stand. Room did not quite match the picture, one room with bathroom, there is not a separate sitting room. Worked out fine but slightly different than expected. The rooms face a quiet courtyard which is nice for low noise while still being close to restaurants and the old town.

After a rocky start at another apartment (Which we walked out of it was so bad), Teatrin was a very pleasant experience. Modern and clean with a lovely balcony. Location was excellent - super central so you can easily explore beautiful split.

Good location
So we arrived in split slightly later than I had advised due to a slight delay meaning it was about 9pm. The apartment was a bit hard to find, we found the initial building using google maps but locating the door was a bit tricky. We phoned the contact number we had and the man was down within seconds. He was very informative in regards to giving us ideas on what to do and where to go. The apartment was very spacious! There was 3 of us staying it it meaning someone was on the sofa bed in he living area. This was a little hard and I wouldn’t have liked to have spent 2 weeks on it but was fine for the 3 nights. There wasn’t a cleaning service or refreshment of towels. We did text and ask for new towels and the man who had originally came on the first night said he would drop towels in and they were there when we came back from our day trip! There’s a good sized balcony to sit on as well which we used a lot in the mornings. The kitchen area had a hob, microwave and fridge. Only thing lacking I would say was a toaster. There are bakeries and a supermarket around the hotel which you can nip down to for food. All in all a great apartment which I would fully recommend as a base for split.

God service og vennlig personale. Ordnet transport til flyplassen dagen etter for en rimelig penge. Anbefaler dette hotellet på det varmeste. Rolig strøk, men likevel meget sentralt og kort å gå til gamlebyen etc.

Our experience was wonderful and Petar was the perfect host. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, meeting us at the time of our arrival, carrying our luggage, finding us parking in the city for longer than our stay. He also really helped us with our next connection destination to Hvar. The location was great because it was within a few blocks of Diocletian's Palace and the Riva! Our room was in a central square with a 2 grocery stores, best gelato, bakeries and many cafe's just downstairs. I highly recommend this location and Petar who really made every effort to make our stay a great one. Thank you very much Petar!

宿泊初日、部屋が肌寒いのでエアコンをつけるが異臭が、直ぐに部屋中の窓を開け放ち換気をして、2度と寝室のエアコンを使わなかった。 キッチンの食器類等、油がついた状態のヌルヌル。予約時にランドリー設備が有るので借りたのに、付いてなかった。

Loved this place. Super modern (which I love), clean, good size room and bathroom (nice big shower), fast wifi, coffee/tea in room, friendly host who provided great visit recommendations, in same little area as shops, restaurants, a grocery store, walking distance/just 5 min to sightseeing areas. It was an apartment building and not a hotel. I would definitely stay here again.
