We are sorry Marvin that you did not enjoy your stay. We are confused by some of your statements as our reviews are usually very good. When upon check out you were asked what we could have done to improve your stay you could not come up with anything. Your only comment was that the room lacked carpet. This is because we upgraded to premium flooring. This has been very popular with our guests.Let me correct a factual error on your part. Our beds are not cots, but good quality hotel mattresses. I apologize if that was not comfortable for you personally. We have guests actually ask for the name of our mattresses. As for stark the room has all the amenities as most of our competitors.We always welcome constructive criticism. We use it to make the improvements and upgrades that keep us with such a high review rating. However, when criticism lacks real substance and when speaking to our staff you delivered it in a borderline abusive manner there is not much we can do with it.
