The room was very spacious and comfortable. The hot breakfast was very good. Excellent coffee!! However, the sink in our room had not been cleaned, and the fridge was on a 2 hours on, 8 hours off setting we were not able to adjust.

It was a okay hotel but half the outlets didn't work... also lots of lights didn't work. Lost power at 10PM.... the breakfast was incredibly mediocre. And bathroom vent did absolutely nothing so the entire room would stink when someone used the restroom. If you're looking for a okay hotel the Bowen motel is a little more but everything works.....

I liked the fact that it was at the end of town, easily accessible, it was clean and very quiet at night. Also the complimentary breakfast was fantastic! I would stay here again!

As we first entered the room we noticed that it smelt very stale and mouldy so we turned the Air Conditioner on and left the door open to clear the stench from the room. Within minutes smoke started to emit from the Air Conditioner and a burning smell filled the room. We immediately turned the AC off however it took some time to shut down. The smoke alarm was blaring by now and we were hurridly removing our belongings from the room. No one from reception, which was only a few yards away came to check on the alarm. Please note that on the wall outside this room is a mass off wiring and electrical equipment probably associated with the solar power system the hotel has and we didn't know if that was part of the problem. After we packed our belongings back in our vehicle we went to reception and were treated like idiots by the man there. He didn't even want to go and check if anything was still burning! He offered us another room but we felt unsafe anywhere in the establishment given his lack of concern of fire and peoples safety so we decided to stay elsewhere. The hotel refused to refund our money even though we were in the room less than 15 minutes. Expedia also failed to assist with a refund and left us to deal with it personally through our credit card supplier. Thankfully they supported us and saw the situation for what it was. We have stayed at this hotel multiple times previously and haven't had a problem but things have changed dramatically for the worse.

This property was awful overall. The grounds are badly maintained. During our stay of over a week, they didn't clean our room, replace our towels, etc., except on one single day. We asked and asked for help but nothing ever was done except the CLEANING STAFF KEPT PUTTING A DO NOT DISTURB SIGN ON OUR DOOR! We will be back to Moab, but will avoid this hotel. The worst issue is that these folks own more than one hotel in this town. We will avoid all ofvtheir properties. Ugh. The breakfast was good for a couple of days, but is redundant, the same things every single day. The kiosk check in is hit and miss. The cleaning isn't done, not ever! The ice maker works, some of the machines in the laundry room work, the picnic area isn't kept very well, and the landscaping is jacked up. If they would clean andcrefresh the rooms that would be great, but they don't.

First room given had a bad odor, very old outdated, bedding old. Parking very close to main road. Noisy. Was given a different room which was better but not great. Checkin was via a kiosk. Very impersonable. Worst breakfast we had during our week of traveling.

Adventure Inn was a great stay! The rooms are simple, clean, and no frills but for the cost that is appropriate. Breakfast was continental with the addition of some eggs and sausage. Would stay here again!

Great place to stay. Rooms were easy to access and it was a very quiet hotel room. I like that they had lots of charging stations for your devices. The only thing that I had a small complaint about was the shower. Other than that I would recommend this place to stay.

Had to move to nextdoor hotel because of a sewer pipe issue. That hotel room was smaller and no breakfast. Checkin was all via a video console- no actual people. Wierd. Room clean enough and adequate. Grounds ok.

Carolyn, Due to unfortunate situation of sewer line blockage, we had to move our guest but everything is fine now and we are better than ever with Hot Breakfast and Updated Rooms with wood flooring.

Weird check in via a video kiosk. Other than that, no issues at all and the room was clean and comfortable and well pressed. Very good for a night or two on a road trip.

Not impressed.
Another hotel with a computer terminal check in instead of a real person! Could not understand the virtual assistant at the terminal and they were worthless at answering questions about the hotel or local area. This is unacceptable! There should always be a human being on site to assist customers at least until 9 or 10 PM. Room was dirty, and had leaves and dirt in entryway when I came in. Room had four electrical outlets (three of which were attached to lamps) and only one worked. Luckily there was a breakfast as advertised.

The room was clean and had a pleasant fresh scent when you walk in and you have an assigned parking spot. We often travel as a family and we recommend this hotel and will likely be staying here again.

Check-in was a nightmare. Arrived around 5pm to only a kiosk and it couldn't print our keys, sat for over 30min waiting for a manager to show up. Booked a queen, was given a double. Had to go back to the kiosk, of which the mgr had already left, and went back and forth for a while with the kiosk human and ended up in a king. Just needed a bed to stay for the night and ended up way more annoying and time intensive than it needed to be had a human just been on property to speak to. Oh and breakfast goes until 9am, went at 8:50am and everything was already packed up. A guest told us the manager said, 'well, nobody is here so I guess I'll pack up'.... just another reason to not come back.

I had a minor issue with a room but Emily took care of it quickly and satisfactorily. Great customer care. Would recommend rooms 101through 110 over the others.

Check in was done by computer, not individual in lobby with other customers there. Awkward. Room not clean dusty, dirty floor. Saving grace was low(for area) cost and proximity to Arches National Park
