Location excellent, apartment excellent, only issue on Saturday night when we had a lot of noise from a local disco until 3am. Otherwise this was the best apartment we have stayed in.

Veldig fin leilighet med perfekt beliggenhet dersom du ønsker å bo midt i byen. Noe lyd fra gatene om natten, men ellers var alt flott.

Sentralt, lys og fin leilighet
Leiligheten ligger veldig sentralt til, spesielt om man vil en tur på kjøpesenteret, julemarked eller gå i gamlebyen. Leiligheten er fin med et greit utstyrt kjøkken. Vi slet litt med å finne leiligheten da vi stod i "hovedgata" og lette, man må gå på baksiden av bygget. Vi fikk tilsendt kode til utgangsdør og døra inn til leiligheten. Problemet var at vi også måtte gjennom en jernport som vi aldri fikk koden til. Denne fikk vi av noen som var på vei ut da vi kom. Bortsett fra dette anbefales leiligheten.

Great location
Great location Lovely clean flat. The only things that could have improved it was some lighting on the stairs up to the flat, some heating as it was chilly on our first night and a double bed rather than two separate mattresses put together ( one of us kept falling in to the gap😂) oh and some simple understandable boiler instructions but really we had a great time.

The property is in one of the nicest spots in the old town, very central, but quiet thanks to the courtyard aspect of the flat. It's comfortable, clean and bright. The directions for accessing the property were clear, although there was no guest instructions book when I arrived, so had to text for wifi password, and to do some rooting around bathroom to find toilet roll (hint: there's a hidden cupboard above the toilet). I couldn't get the shower to work properly either, the water was either totally cold or scaldingly hot, maybe there's a knack but without a welcome book I couldn't know.

Huoneisto aivan keskustassa. Ikkunoista näkyi kävelykadulle. Todella siisti ja näyttävä huoneisto korkeine huoneineen. Varustelu oli astianpesukonetta myöden. Ovikoodit kun oppi muistamaan niin kulku oli näppärää. Ruokakauppoja parikin aivan vieressä aamupalaa varten. Hiljainen huoneisto vaikkakin ihan viimeiset öiset lauleskelut kuuluivat, mutta vain hetken. Huoneeseen päästiin jo ennen 12 kun ei ollut edellisiä asukkaita. Kannattaa kysyä. Suosittelen tätä paikkaa.

Not what were expecting on arrival
So the first bit to explain is that where you pick up your keys is not where you are staying, which we didnt expect. Its not a big issue until you get the map and cant find the place!! I'm fairly well travelled and can read a map but not if they put things in the wrong places! The map was pretty inaccurate and after 30 mins walking around in the snow I had to call and request someone came to show us how we got in, the office were unable to direct us on the phone sufficiently well. That said once we actually found the digs it was very good. Room was spacious enough, warm and clean and had all we wanted. The location was absolutely fantastic, very central on the main street but within easy walking distance of getting away from the main drag if you dont want the absolute commercialism. Just a shame they couldnt direct us better, trifling issue but it made a difference to our overall thoughts on the process. Would recommend the place but also suggest they accompany people to their rooms!!

Då flygtiden blev ändrad till tidigt morgonflyg var vi tvungna att lämna nycklarna till uthyrningskontoret 04:45. Det fanns ingen annan möjlighet att lämna nycklarna än så. Dåligt.

Bästa läge i Gdansk! Avloppslukt på toa när vi anlände. 10 minuters promenad från var vi hämta och lämna nycklarna till lägenheten.

Muuten todella hieno mutta sisäänkäynti oli epämiellyttävä. Sisäpiha oli erittäin roskainen ja iltaisin ihan pimeä. Asunto oli 3 krs ja talossa ei hissiä. Jos nämä asiat eivät haittaa, suosittelen lämpimästi, asunto oli ihana, upeat näköalat ja kauniisti sisustettu sekä todella siisti.

Very close to where it's happening
Very close to the main street of Gdansk where to music, crowds, etc could be seen and heard. Room clean, tidy, of a good standard and the wifi worked well. However, the flat would get warm so if you opened the window you would hear the buskers outside. Maybe aircon should be fitted. The few flights of stairs were not good for my elderly parents. That aside, everything was very good.

Number 1 Dluga
Situated at the beginning of one of Gdansk main tourist attractions you are right at the centre of it all in this well-equipped apartment. Check in is painless although this does take place in an office about ten mins from the apartment. There are two doors and three locks to secure the property. It is equipped with more than you should need (mop and bucket anyone?). There is a microwave, hob, vac, ironing board/iron, hair dryer, toiletries, cleaning products, two TV’s, table, sofa, two wardrobes, fridge, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. It has lots of natural light and good quality glazing for when you want to shut out the noise of the tourists below. I didn’t need either air conditioning (which is just as well) or heating (no controls?) because the weather and temperature was just fine. Check out needs the same 10 mins walk to drop off the keys. In all though a great apartment and very low cost.

Hei! Majoitustila on muuten mukava ja erittäin hyvällä paikalla, mutta eteisen oven lukot ovat rikki, eikä ovi meinannut avautua ilman kovaa taistelua. Huoneisto on siisti ja kaunis. Olemme pettyneitä siihen, että jouduimme hakemaan majoitustilaa yli kaksi tuntia, sillä emme löytäneet majoitustilaa, koska hotellin nimeä ei ole mainittu talon ulkoseinässä. Puolalainen virkailija on yrittänyt lähettää minulle sähköpostia ja kertoa miten tulisi toimia, mutta mitään ei ole tullut perille. Jouduimme ottamaan kaksi taksia ja yhden yksiytisen kyydin ennen kuin asia selvisi, että toimisto on aika kaukana varsinaisesta majoituksesta.

Great accomodation in the heart of Gdansk
We stayed in Gdansk for a couple of nights at the end of june and we were pleasantly surprised by the nice and modern apartment from Dom&House. The apartment is situated right in the heart of Gdansk on the Long Street which is perfect for those who want to be close to restaurants, grocery shops and other attractions. The vibrant life outside the apartment is great and the views from the window are unbeatable. Really nothing to complain about. We had a great stay and we definitely chose the same company when coming back to Gdansk. Asia, the agent, was of great help when check in, as she waited for us outside the check in hours. Smooth and fast check in. Please observe that the check in is done in a different location (Szafarnia 11) but it is really no problem as the distance to the apartment is only 500m.

Trevligt boende mitt i gamla stan. Har man ont av ljud kanske man inte ska bo där då det är många som passerar på väg hem från krogen. Fin utsikt över paradgatan. Tänk på att husnummer är på baksidan.

God og profesjonell service fra Dom & House, inkl veibeskrivelse og bestilling av taxi på avreisedagen. Fantastisk flott leilighet, romslig, ren, utstyrt med fasiliteter. Kjempeflott! Leiligheten ligger i en slitt bakgård med en noe luguber inngang/trappeoppgang, men det glemmer vi med en gang vi åpner døren til leiligheten. Stort soverom med utsikt over gamlebyens gate.

Olimme kuuden hengen porukalla liikkeellä. Asunto oli juuri kuin kuvissa ja sijainti ajateltuakin parempi! Olimme aivan kaupungin sykkeessä, mutta silti asunto oli rauhallinen ja viihtyisä! Menisin ehdottomasti uudelleen! Check in ja avainten nouto oli pääkadun toisessa päässä ja matka niiden välillä oli sopuisa. . Henkilökunta oli mukavaa. Asunnolle oli aluksi vähän vaikea löytää, sillä sinne mennään sisäpihalta. Muuten mahtava!

Super fin, og ren lille lejlighed i den gamle bydel. Fine møbler, som vi stort set ikke brugte, da der var en god bred vindueskarm, hvor vi sad og kikkede ned på gaden.

Problems with payment..
We haved payed the accommodation at the reservation, when we went to get the keys, they asked us to pay. We showed the payment and they called somewhere and tried to find our payment, and we needed to wait about 20 minutes. They did not found it but gave us the keyes. After that, the payment had been charged from my bank account! It took a day, and then it was returned to my bank account. A bit untrustworthy... It was very hard to find the right accommodation.

Nice apartment, very close to all the action
Very clos to all the sights and restaurants in the old town, about 100m from the waterfront too, very clean but takes a while to warm up in December but when it does its very comfortable
