Perfect apartment
My family and I had a wonderful time in this apartment! Apartment is really clean and furnitures inside are elegant and clean as well. Everything was exactly same as photos. The decor in the room was really nice and it was a good experience to stay in such room. Also everything we need during the stay was prepared in apartment and our host, Marco was really helpful and kind. Even though the apartment doesn’t have lift but he kindly helped us bringing our luggages up. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Florence !

훌륭한 아파트먼트
정말 훌륭한 아파트먼트입니다. 거실도 널찍하고 주방도 완벽해서 3일 동안 잘 쉴 수 있었습니다. 피렌체 역에서 조금 멀다는 게 흠이지만 우피치미술관이나 시뇨리아 광장까지 걸어서 갈 수 있을 만큼 가까운 것도 좋았습니다. 호텔 스태프에게 얘기하니 아파트 앞까지 택시를 불러줘 체크아웃한 다음에 역까지 편하게 갈 수 있었구요. 매일 아침 방을 치워줘 깨끗하고 편하게 지냈습니다. 다시 피렌체에 간다면 이 호텔에 묵을 예정입니다. 전 반데리오 방에 묵었는데 옆방 소음이 꽤 들이치더라고요. 그것만 빼면 완벽한 아파트먼트였습니다.

위치가 좋은 숙소
터미널까지 10-13분 정도 도보로 이용가능해요. 위치는 명품거리와 다리 접근성이 좋아요. 처음에 찾는게 조금 어려웠지만 (초록문을 기억해야함) 금방 찾을 수 있습니다. 호텔처럼 일층에 조식을 이용하는게 아니라 근처 카페에 티켓을 내고 먹습니다. 아메리칸식 아침식사는 완벽합니다!!!깨끗하고 푸짐 그리고 맛있음!! 특히 메트리스가 엄청 좋음!!!!! 푹 잘쉬다갑니다 감사합니다

What an INCREDIBLE stay at the Canto. From the moment we arrived Marco greeted us and showed us to a beautiful and immaculate 2 bedroom luxury apartment for my family of 5 to spend 3 magical days and nights in Florence. The location is exceptional, the units are roomy and clean, and you can be anywhere in the city within a few minutes walk. I cannot recommend this place more. One drawback is there is no lift as it is a historic building but for us that wasn’t a problem. Marco is THE BEST!

Amazing location and a very well kept apartment. Alessio was very helpful with check in and check out. If you have a lot of luggage, just know there is no elevator. Overall 5 stars for location and comfort.

It was such a pleasant experience staying at this property. Well equipped, lovely staff and services, and amazing location. My only complaint was that it was a 4th floor walk up- thankfully the owner of the property helped carrying the suitcase up and down. We got bitten by mosquitos a lot while staying here but I think it's the city's problem, not the hotel's. Our room was impeccable and I recommend this place to anyone who is healthy to walk up the stairs.

We stayed in the Giglio Viola apartment suite and had a wonderful experience. The apartment itself was 2 bedroom 2 bath and honestly prettier than the pictures. Marco was great and all the recommendations he provided and the map were an A . The location is perfect - walkable to everything, Very charming area with every upscale shop you could dream of. We would absolutely return!

We had a wonderful two days and would highly recommend staying here. Excellent location and amenities. Super comfortable beds and nice showers and spacious living area and kitchen. Wish we could find such gems all over Italy. Super friendly staff that spoke English and Italian well enough for us.

Lots of luxury features. The kitchen was awesome. I liked being able to close off the bedroom from the rest of the place so I didnt disturb my partner early in the morning.

Amazing location! The place is walkable to everything in Florence. The place is so uniquely and beautifully decorated. The owner is on site and so nice and can arrange anything for your stay. The best part is how large our space was, we felt right at home!

Terrific location, on a very quiet lane but within a ten minute walking radius to the major Firenze attractions. The accommodation is very spacious, with a kitchen, living room, dining area and loft bedroom. All in all a wonderful venue.

The property is a collection of apartments managed by Alessio and Marco. They were communicative and made check in and out very easy. Our room was lovely and spacious with kitchenette, bathroom, dining/living room area, and separate bedroom. The unit had every amenity we could imagine. Once you walk outside, you are in front of two restaurants. We ate at one, which was our best meal in Florence. If you turn left, you are 2 minutes away from Ponte Vecchio, 4 minutes from Palazzo Vecchio, and 8 minutes away from the Duomo. You could not hope to be more centrally located. I would recommend this property to any of my family or friends visiting the area. The only consideration is that there is no elevator and many stairs to get to your unit. I would avoid it you have any physical impairment.

This is one of the best locations where we slept in Florence. It’s in the middle of the city, close to everything you would like to see or do. The appartement is in a small street and is a mix of old and new. Everything was perfect and the owners really think of every little thing. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this gem in this great city.

Perfect accommodation in creatively furnished, well-equipped rooms in ancient house and tower. Very friendly and helpful host. Could not have been in a more convenient location. Florence of course stunning. Our fourth visit and I still hope we will be back. Be aware that some of the rooms can only be reached by climbing a series of narrow staircases. All fine and even charming for most, but to be avoided if you can’t climb or have young children.

Marco is a great host! Beautiful apartment and the service was wonderful! Highly recommend. At night it can be a little noisy on one side near the street. Overall the amenities and service were top notch!

Great property to stay while in Florence. Marco was very attentive and because we had large bags, scheduled transportation to and from the train station. Coffee and cookies were available to us. This is a great location because everything is within a 10 minute walk. We would come back to the apartment when we needed to use the restroom, drop off purchases we made, or just to take a break. Hot showers and cold air conditioning. Some may not like the stairs you need to take to get to the top floor, however, when you come to Italy, stairs will be anywhere you go. It just comes with the trip. The hosts were attentive and accommodating. I would not hesitate to stay here again when in Florence.

The only downfall was the stairs to get to the room with luggage (especially the way my wife packs) but that is normal in Italy. The owners were very helpful. Would absolutely recommend.

One of the best places I e ever stayed at! (Note: this is a shortened review. I keep getting a “violation” notice from Expedia, and they have yet to respond to my queries as to why, so please see my full review on Trip Advisor for more details on my experience) This centrally located suite is actually at the top of a midevil tower! With an included breakfast and daily housekeeping, and boasting incredible views, sophisticated decor, playful touches of sweets, locally and ethically sourced amenities throughout (soaps, wines), a welcome basket with a reusable bag and letter, flat screen smart TV, air conditioning, a stocked mini-fridge, and slippers and robes…..this place was top notch. No detail forgotten. As other reviews mentioned, there are a few flights of stairs. If you have any special accessibility needs, I’d suggest contacting the property to learn more. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this place - it was a dream come true - far exceeding my wildest expectations. I truly hope to visit again one day and stay again.

Perfect Apartment and Location
This apartment was really fantastic. It is walkable to everything and in a great location. It was clean and roomy enough to accommodate our family of 5, with room to spare. Alessio, was easy to communicate with and made our check in process easy by showing us around the apartment and helping us get acclimated to Florence. He also provided us with water, coffee, treats, and a local map. We highly recommend Canto degli Scali. Thank you!

The apartments were beautifully designed and very comfortable with thoughtful extras like cookie and muffin snacks, wine in the room, etc. Location was great. Staff were friendly, responsive and helpful!

If you find availability at this property for your trip in Florence, book it asap! It’s beautifully situated in the heart of medieval Florence, the nice quiet residential part near the luxury street of Tornabuoni. It’s the mix of the best reasons for staying in a 5-star hotel, your friends house and a vacation rental. The apartments are beautiful, functional and fully equipped. It’s like staying in a 5-star hotel for the services and design of the apartment. It’s like staying at with your friends for their kind hospitality. The property was beautiful, convenient and very comfortable. We had a full kitchen though we did not use it during our short stay. Future guests should be advised that there is no elevator in the building and you must walk a few flights of stairs. The proprietors are sommeliers and have left several bottles of Italian wine in the room, if you enjoy drinking wine.
