Overall, nice friendly staff, nice room but very warm and couldn’t change. Very limited breakfast choice i.e. not something for everyone! Stated could get bottled water every day but had to ask the house keeping staff, but obviously you never see them to ask so we had no water for our stay. Was refused VIP member free room upgrade even though it was available! Told we needed to pay extra to get upgrade.

As for the free upgrade, you have already received it. The room you purchased is a Double Classic (in a separate building, without air conditioning and elevator). We immediately upgraded you to a Double Standard room. Thank you for your comments - thanks to this we can constantly improve the quality of guest service.

Nice, clean room. Short walk to the main square (10-15). Staff are lovely and very helpful. Breakfast wasn’t great, very small selection, seemed to be just yoghurts, small pancakes and some polish dishes. Had a few problems with neighbouring rooms being very noisy, making it hard to sleep. Other than this, decent location, nice rooms and cheap.

Really well looked after hotel. Breakfast was well set out ever morning. Enjoyed the walk from the hotel to the square about 15/20 mins. Looking forward to returning sometime next year. 5*.

Lovely hotel, just a ten minute walk to the main square. Rooms are decorated to a high standard. Reception staff are very helpful. Overall a lovely three night stay.

Stayed in 3 nights when working in Krakow. The different receptionists we met were very helpful and serviceminded. The dining room were very nice and cosy with the nice garden view outside. We were very pleased with the rooms and breakfast. Close walk down to center of Krakow.

Four nights in Krakow
A really modern stylish hotel, just a few minutes walk away from the Old Town. Very clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. If we were to nit-pick, it was a bit disappointing that there wasn't a toaster available at breakfast. And although the hotel does have a restaurant, it is only open five nights per week with a tasting menu. That said, there is a stunning choice of restaurants available in the town centre. Whatever, if we ever go back to Krakow, we would stay at the Art & Garden Residence again.

Ik zou hier nooit meer terug komen. Het personeel is zeer onpersoonlijk. De muren van het hotel zijn flinterdun dus je hoort alles. De buren waren vergeten de kraan uit te doen dus wij hebben een gehele nacht naar een druppend geluid geluisterd. Gemeld bij de receptie maar die deden er niks aan. Als je de kamer 105 hebt, hoor je ook de receptie en het restaurant in je kamer alsof het naast je gebeurt. Hotel ligt 30 minuten van het centrum en 20 minuten vanaf het station. Flinke wandeling en erg ongezellig.

Great hotel. Extremely clean and great selection at breakfast. Room perfect and a comfortable nights sleep. Only gripe would be the walls are quite thin so if you’re sensitive to noise perhaps consider elsewhere.

Nice hotel and very friendly staff.
Excellent and friendly service. Clean and ice hotel. Safe location. About 15 minutes walk from the Old Town, main train station and shopping mall. Good breakfast for the price. It would be nice to have fridge in the room and access to the garden longer than only until noon. Overall, I highly recommend.

Die Unterkunft liegt auswärts und zwar auf der entgegengesetzten Seite der Sehenswürdigkeiten jenseits des Hauptmarktes. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist mäßig. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns: die Sauberkeit, das Frühstück und die Innengestaltung. Weniger gefallen hat uns: die Lage, die kleine Dusche, die weichen Matratzen und die Hellhörigkeit. Man hört über die Lüftungsanlage jeden Schritt und jedes Wort, Gelache etc.. Das ist wirklich extrem störend und für mich ein Grund nicht wieder zu kommen. An einem Abend haben wir das Restaurant besucht. Es war nur möglich zwischen einem großen und einem kleinen Menü zu wählen. Wir hatten das große Menü mit einer Flasche Wein und Wasser und haben über 300 EUR bezahlt. Es war allerdings vom Service und geschmacklich fantastisch.

Staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. Our flight was cancelled at last minute and the staff were very helpful in helping us stay in the same room for a further night, rearranging other bookings.

Nice hotel, good breakfast.
The hotel was good, but there were a couple of things which were disappointing. We booked a double room but it was twin beds pushed together. That would have been ok but the headboards/lights/switches were in the wrong place?!?! The bedding was for twin beds and not for a bigger bed. We were ground floor at the front and struggled a bit at night with noise from smokers/drinkers out front! No air conditioning and with temperature 30+ needed windows open....see note above! Breakfast was Polish which was fine. Nice selection and plenty of it.

Hotel is really nice, especially garden next to the restaurant. It's ashame that you can't access it from 10 pm. Staff is very friendly and professional, nothing is a problem. We asked for iron and a housekeeper brought it to our room with ironing board.

Property was in a good location , a ten minute walk to the old town. Our room 103 was a little noisy first thing in the morning due to deliveries and bin emptying. The hotel could consider moving the bins away from the rooms. Breakfast was good but they may consider adding fresh fruit
