My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 5 days, and we loved it, specifically for the following:
1. The staff team are amazing and professional. We were welcomed with mint tea and a useful briefing of the area and stuff to do. The chefs were superb with their food and professional conduct. Unfortunately I don't remember most of their names, but they are all worth a mention because they were good.
2. The rooms are spacious and neat. The hotel itself looks clean and relaxing. At first glance of the outside of the riad you would think you messed up, but step in and you'll love it. Unfortunately it didn't get hot enough for us to dip in the pool (the inside of the riad is always a little cooler than the outside, therefore it has to be a pretty hot day for you to swim...but we didn't mind that at all).
3. The breakfast is lovely - variety of foodstuffs (as is synonymous with Morocco), changes at least every 2 days, and there's also free snack/lunch-like in the afternoon. Just perfect.
4. It's conveniently placed - about 15min walk from the Jemaa El-fnaa sq, close enough for an easy walk (which in itself is a tour btw), and far enough to have a peaceful stay outside the buzz of the medina.
5. Value for money - of course we can't speak on behalf of other riads, but this is definitely a good deal for the money you pay.
6. Organising your shuttle to and from the hotel - it was a smooth transition, we were collected and dropped timeously.
Needless to say, we loved our stay :)
