Hotel itself is ok. Customer service is horrible, i got there around 1:00pm and ask if i can check in, they said no, if i want to check in now i have to pay extra (that is ripped off) I can understand that the room has not been cleaned so i have to wait, but to pay extra...just because I'm not korean and paid online so the treatment is different. I will not recommend this hotel to any foreigner. At check out time, same thing, we have to be out by 1100 or pay extra...there is no free coffee. No breakfast...staffs are unfriendly, greedy, zero customer service. Hotel.com should take this hotel off the list.
