Questionsble cleanliness
There are limited options to stay in the town, but this place was very rundown. Lamps flickered, towels were very dingey, bed linens were stained, cups, coasters and floors were dirty. Over priced meals and alcohol, no beer anywhere to be found.

No airport shuttle available. False advertising
Every room smells of smoke. Overpriced food in restaurants. The worst thing is even if you schedule your airport shuttle well in advance they wil make you wait at least one hour before the shuttle arrives at the airport.

Good lay-over hotel with a nice pool
Hotel shuttle was not at airport although I confirmed arrival time etc with them. Rang again upon arrival and arrived within 10/15 minutes. Friendly quick check in only to find out I had not been given the type of room booked and paid for. Went back to counter to address and was told that room type had sold out. Well.... not my problem.. short version of story is that when I started contacting Hotels.com they found another similar room. No complimentary water in room ... no towels... so had to go down again to arrange. Anyway.. the beds are very comfortable and had a good sleep. Breakfast was buffet style and ok although a bit limited but does include an egg station. Nice pool area with a good sized clean pool, sun loungers and umbrellas. There is a bar, as well as a souvenir shop on the premises. We used this hotel as a lay-over hotel and irregardless the hick ups (therefore my lower score) would use again as such, as the room was clean, staff friendly and the shuttle bus handy.

Arrêt parfait pour l'aéroport de Lombok
Cet hôtel moderne possède tout ce qu'il faut pour offrir un endroit confortable pour dormir avant de prendre l'avion. Seuls points à savoir le personnel du restaurant parle peu anglais et le buffet déjeuner est plutôt composé de nourriture local comme il arrive parfois en Indonésie.

D.MAX Hotel
The hotel amenities and the service were phenomenal more than what I expected honestly. I went there with my friends and we had a flight at 6:00 AM. Even though the free airport shuttle starts at 4:00 AM, they gave us a ride early. I’m strongly recommend this place because of all the service they provide such as SPA, location, and food.

only a few minutes drive from airport in their free shuttle bus. Rooms are small but just right for a stopover/airport hotel. Breakfast nice, plus a few western items. Staff very friendly and receptionist spoke English which was helpful. For the price, you can't go wrong.

There are barely any lights in the room. All you have are three little flashlight looking side table lamps that barely light up the room, and a little bit of light behind the bed headboard. We ate at the restaurant. The food was alright, but a lot of their menu items were not available so options were limited. The front desk will tell you you can order room service, but don’t expect to find a menu in your room. You’ll have to call the restaurant and they’ll read their whole menu out to you over the phone. It lacked the basic things a hotel should have. ATM wasn't working. Grocery shop was closed and empty. I know I’m nit picking so if you don’t mind all of the above then that’s fine. What made our stay disappointing though was we had asked upon check in to confirm our airport transfer the next morning since we had a 6am flight to Bali. We were told it started at 4am and would run every hour. We checked out at 3:45am and waited for the transfers. 4:15 and still nothing. I kept following up with the front desk who kept saying maybe in 5 mins. Then we saw one guy drive a hotel car (not bus though there was one parked right outside the lobby) and drove one family away. It was almost 4:30 when he came back and we asked if he could just take us, we were willing to pay if needed just to make sure we made our flight, and it turns out he was the transfer guy. He was taking groups one by one. It was just a stressful way to start a way too early morning.

Nearest stay to airport, spent a night here due to the location, its just 5 min away from airpirt and they provide free shuttle to air port every hour. Dim light, they allow smoking almost everywhere. Low electric supply, not even enough for kettle or hair dryer, the electric supply cut off half way when i use kettle and hair dryer =.= Toilet package with smell from the drainage.

Lovely to step out of my room to the swimming pool. The room was like a 5 star hotel but reasonably priced and nice view of the mountains and paddy fields although it's on a busy road.

Great place for transit
The hotel is very close to the Lombok airport and a good place for a night if you are transferring to the Gili islands. The rooms were basic but clean and the staff was very friendly. They had a nice pool and the food available was tasty. The hotel had a bar, although it wasn’t well stocked.

Most everything was great. The room was a bit dark, but that seems to be the norm in Indonesia. One lamp in my room didn't turn off (room 221 if the hotel reads this). The power oulet near it also didn't work.

Vi var her for to nætter, da vi kun skulle bruge hotellet til at sove samtidigt med at vi ville tage op til Mount Rinjani og trekke. Der er intet i nærheden udover lufthavnen ellers. Hotellet er i orden ift. rengøring. Der var rigtig dårlig kommunikation mellem personalet og os, størstedelen af dem havde svært ved at forstå engelsk.

Not a great stay
Ok so the suite was ok not spotless but clean enough. I was extremely disappointed that when we got there we were told the pool was closed for maintenance - it was absolutely boiling so unfortunately spent most of our day in the room. We then decided to order room service - I clearly asked for 3 dishes which the lady on the phone said yes to each of them. Half an hour later a guy appears with 1 of my dishes and the bill only had that dish on. H called the front desk and it took a while for them to understand what I was saying and so then my food went cold. I then reordered and the food finally came and was nice. Later on we went for dinner in the restaurant - what a nightmare. They didn’t come over to us for half an hour even with a menu, when they did come and I was ordering there was practically nothing on the menu in stock so I just got a smoothie - half an hour passed and no drinks so I had to go fine someone - then when the drinks finally came over (after 40 minutes) the waitress spilled it all over herself and the floor. Positives are - very close to the airport, they will give you a packed breakfast if you have to leave before 7.30am and they will take you to the airport. Negatives - the hotel is extremely loud until 2/3am and the restaurant is really not great and frankly frustrating.
