Otel kapasitesine göre ortak alanlar çok kısıtlıydı. Çalışan personellerin üstleri hep kirli ve kalitesiz muhabbetler , yaklaşımlar fazlaydı. Personeller müşteri var mı yok mu dikkat etmeden küfürlü konuşuyorlar. Boş şezlong bulmak imkansız. Yemek çeşitleri çok az sabah kahvaltı dışında hiçbirşey yiyemedik. Hersey dahil konaklama alıp sadece oda kahvaltı kullandık hayal kırıklığı oldu otel bizim için.Kısacası bu otel tercih ettiğimize pişman olduk. Otelin tek iyi yanı konumu.

A very clean and friendly hotel just off from the main hub, The food was lovely not that much English food but plenty of and very tasty the pool was very clean and the surrounding area. All the staff where polite and helpful, we enjoyed it so much that we are going back in October

Amazing experience
Amazing experience, near everything, exellent food, staff was very friendly especially the recepsionist girl who i forger her name was very helpful to as with evrything, servis to 3S horse beach wonderfull beach At Blue lagoon Park, negative-servis personal very rude, at 3S horse beach if u go out to enter again you have to pay 30 tl be aware¡, i sugest boat trip and jeep safari it was fan as you are going to oludeniz have a nice holiday.

Гостиница расположена вдали от шумной улицы с барами/караоке. Поэтому, после 22.30 можно спокойно спать и ничего не будет мешать. С 21.30 приблизительно до 22.30 проходит дискотека, шоу для постояльцев гостиницы. До моря приблизительно 5-7 минут. Питание в гостинице отличное. На ужин стабильно есть мясо, рыба. Номер. Номер в гостинице скромный, небольшого размера. Мебель старенькая, но выглядит хорошо. Не понравился встроенный шкаф. Т.К. в нем нет полок, только вешалки. Номер убирали, постель не поменяли за одну неделю. Важно, что пляжные полотенца отсутствуют, берите свои! В душе плохо уходила вода. Основной минус -wifi плохо работал. Невозможно пользоваться, постоянно вылетал. Скорость низкая. За свою цену номер нам понравился. Если вы хотите тихое семейное место, недалеко от моря и с отличной едой, то вам сюда :) На ресепшене есть русскоговорящий гид Марина. Спасибо ей за информацию)

Ortanın iyisi.
Ortanın biraz iyisi denilebilecek bir otel. Yemekler ve tatlılar hep ayni çeşit çıkıyor. Çalışanlar çok yardımsever sıcakkanlı ve çalışkan. Odalar 4 yıldızlı bir otele hiç yakışmıyor. İnterneti çok kötü. Plaj icin başka bir işletmeyle anlaşılmış ve buraya 12:00 dan sonra giriş ücretli. Animasyonlar iyi.

I didn't like the hotel at all, every thing was bad in the hotel. The room was not clean at all, the air condition was not working, the bed was making noises when you move your self on it, the stuff was very rude and not professional at all, no body speaks english in the hotel, there was no parking, pool water was dirty. I couldn't sleep a single night at this hotel, I change it and lost all my reservation cost at the same day.

Magnifique hôtel en famille
Magnifique séjour l'hôtel est juste wow à côté de tout la piscine pour bébé et pour adulte l'hôtel se trouve à 5 nn de marche de la plage. La directrice du service à la clientèle Marina était adorable et proffetionnelle très à l'écoute des clients merci pour ce beau séjour on revient c'est sûre

Wir waren 3 Tage im Hotel. Es hat uns sehr gefallen, alles war sauber und essen lecker. Werden nächstes Jahr noch mal dahin reisen.

Friendly staff
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I lost my favorite earrings and my ring that my boyfriend bought me. The hotel went out of their way to help me find them. I am grateful for the friendly staff. Thank you for helping me and making me feel comfortable during a stressful moment. The hotel is clean, and a nice small hotel to stay at. I will come back again. Fun pool, water slide and beautiful landscaping. Thanks again!

They put us the room with bed bugs
I wouldnt stay in this hotel as its rated 4 star but not 4 star hotel. Everythings limited. We had bed bugs in our room. I had to call pest control guys for our home after our holiday as we probobly brought with us. I wouldnt write this review but its really pist me off. I wouldnt care about me but they have bitten my baby. I wont put the pictures as you might not like it at all but i have proof.

Okay hotel but disappointed
After reading so many good reviews about this hotel I was surprised to find so many negative things about it. Check in was smooth and quick and our room was pretty good. By the pool they blasted Turkish house music every day from 10am. Needless to say we weren't happy about this as we'd come to enjoy a nice and relaxing holiday. On a more positive note when I complained they did lower the noise not just that day but on the following as well. Regardless, we didn't spend any of our 10 days by the pool because we found the private beach to be way nicer. Food and drinks were really cheap as well so even though we had all inclusive, we had lunch by the beach a couple of days. The paid for Oludeniz beach was also really nice and the water was really clear because of the beach being pebbly rather than sandy. Another negative thing was the food experiences. At dinner we had to go down at 7:15 if not earlier (even though dinner started at 9:30) just to get a table outside. When dinner started people would almost run to the food and a long queue would form where you had to wait for up to 10min. We felt the layout of the food hall could have been better. Also, people would grab everything they could from whole bread rolls to dessert just to make sure they didn't miss out. A lot of people would then throw away half of the food they got at the end because they got way too much. Breakfasts were better although one day we found that there was no food left at all.
