A smelly lobby and derelict swimming pool was not a great start. Well lit parking. Tiny room with little sound proofing. Room had fridge, microwave. Bath and shower adequate.

There was no secondary lock on the door. Unsafe and, I believe, against the law. Needless to say, restless night and showered at my final destination.

Roaches!!! in the tub, on the floor. Wood missing from the door trims. Blood on the floor. Worst Ive ever dealt with!!! I want a refund!!

not great but not bad, good place to stay for short time. needs maintenance on tub area, no stopper for tub, great Italian restaurant next to it. husband was told couldn't get a second apple because it was after breakfast serving time???

If I could give less than a one I would. I booked this place for myself and my son's for the youngest birthday weekend. I made the reservation with the pool being a main reason. Pool was broken. We went to our room and the door had previously been kicked in and safety locks were nolonger able to be used. There was a door for an adjacent room with no working lock on our side. The place smelled so we walked out. The area where you eat breakfast had a utility sink and looked very unsanitary. I requested a refund and was denied. We weren't even there 15 minutes and left. Nothing about this place felt safe. Totally not worth the price. I wasn't over $122 for the night on a room not fit to sleep in.

At check-in, the computer was having issues and it took a good while to finally get checked in. There were small holes in my sheets, and cigarette burns on the tub. Also sections of the walls in the bathroom were poorly repaired, and had small holes in places. The second day there, my key-card stopped working and I had to get it rewritten at the office. Also the WiFi is barely functional. Other than that, the room was clean, the AC worked well, and the bed was fairly comfortable so it met all my criteria for a cheap motel room.

We didn't feel safe, beetles in the room, floor had water stains, breakfast was very limited, and the set-up of the room had too much wasted space.

On check in the only employee there was very unprofessional. Went to room and key did not work. Got new key and it did not work. Moved me to another room and there are NO safety locks on the inside of the room.

Its bad when you book through expedia and tell exactly whay we need, then get to the hotel and they said we booked it wrong and the manager was very rude and the phone doesn't work in tj3e room and we waited over an hour at bedtime to get sheets and a blanket!

We reserved a room for 5 people two different times! The first time, they gave us a room with two beds and a couch, which worked great! Then we came back few nights later after reserving a room again for 5 people, and they said they dont allow 5 people in one room! Then it says they have roll away beds on the site, when we asked for one they said they dont have them!

The only reason I chose this hotel was for the pool, meeting friends and had planned to swim this hot day, only to find out after I check in the pool is under maintenance. Trash.

Overall good stay
The room was very clean. We took our service dog and she got fleas in the grassy area by the pool. Infested with them and they got In the bed. We told the front desk and he offered to move us to another room. We declined bc we had too much to move and had to be somewhere. He then offered to change all the linens. We did that plus we bought fleas spray and sprayed dog and linens before we got into bed. No more fleas. Grass needed to be cut pretty bad.

Property under renovation and sloppy work. Paint everywhere on back of doors, baseboards and fixtures. Baseboards missing. Poor caulking tub and bathroom area. Very messy. The smell of paint very heavy. Not the best place to stay at this time.

Only if you are desperate for a night’s sleep
The non-smoking room was not non-smoking. It had clearly been smoked on recently. It appeared that an effort had been made to upgrade the rooms; however the workmanship was horrible.
