Just horrible, first room urine stains on mattress, smelly, saliva stained pillows. So we got moved to another room which was no better as seen in photos and this was the newer area. I could live with broken fixtures but dirty mattresses that’s going too far. Breakfast bowls chipped, just no concern for others health and safety. And the towels, either marked, blood stains or holes in them. No one should stay here.

Pros: Decent location and good value. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included both western and Indonesian options. On site surf and SUP rentals. Cons: wifi in the room was spotty but otherwise was working well in public areas. The place could use a bit of repairs - the plaster was peeling in our bathroom and the door handle was very loose.

The location was good and so was the design of the rooms. Though they did need some maintenance. The location of our room was not ideal as if we had the curtains open we could see directly into the room opposite.

Nice and Friendly, could be more understanding.
It was a short stay for transit but clean and comfortable. We were regulars and Bali was very empty because of corona. We asked for late check out and they gave us an extra hour or 2. We would have appreciated another hour or so longer.

Make sure you get one of the new rooms.
I stayed at the Villa Puri Ayu as a low cost hotel that is close to the beach. The newer rooms are slightly more expensive but are so much better than the old rooms which are very tired. It is not a 5 star hotel, so the services available are minimal, but the newer rooms are very much fit for purpose. The breakfast is basic but perfectly adequate, and there are many other choices around if you do not want to take advantage of the free breakfast. I would like to point out that although the beds were made well each day, the sheets are not changed daily, but then again they aren't at home either! Overall, perfectly adequate for the price with friendly staff.

Et rigtigt godt hotel i rigtig Balinesisk stil. På værelserne er der 5 meter til loftet, og man kigger direkte op på de stråtækte lofter. Hotellet ligger ca 100 m fra Sanur stranden, og 25 m fra byens pulserende liv - uden at blive generet af det. Mr. Guntur er manager på hotellet og er meget behjælpelig med at rette evt fejl og mangler. Jeg boede der i 25 dage og vil gerne anbefale det .

Value for money
Nice quiet location close to the beach. You can get a massage by the pool. However the breakfast isn’t that good. Other than that it’s great.

Sanur is good choice
Stay in the new part of the hotel, rooms are way nicer. Sanur is the Waikiki of Bali, great walkway along the beach.

首先要讚賞員工們，他們都非常親切友善，我剛好連續住3晚有promotion送1個免費晚餐(大pizza和2支啤酒)和1小時按摩，按摩技師手勢非常好，所以第2天自己付錢再按(住客有discount，詳細可以問酒店)。房間的牆和浴缸建議最好翻新一下，毛巾都比較黄和舊，最好都是更換吧。

レストランで安くて美味しい夕食を
予約した内容と違っていたが，それなりに納得できる対応をしてくれた。朝食もまあまあ、おいしく食べられた。部屋の方は電話のそばにメモ、ボールペンがなかったり、バスルームにフェイスタオルが一つだったりしたきれいでした。スタッフの人たちもフレンドリー。値段からしたら上々レストランの夕食は安くて美味しい。

Vi blev hurtigt tjekket ind og fik vores deluxe værelse med en lille terrasse foran døren, fint værelse med aircon og køleskab. Et stort badeværelse med brus. Morgenmaden var ikke overdådig men ok. Bestemt fint til prisen.

Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich, modern eingerichtet. Die Anlage ist schön, ein kleiner und ein großer Pool sind vorhanden, der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen (max. 5min). Das Frühstück im dazugehörigen Restaurant hat uns nicht gefallen. Es war zwar alles vorhanden, wurde aber sehr lieblos abgefertigt.

Villa Puri Ayu, is a fabulous place to stay, it is quiet and small and with wonderfull staff. It is a great three star unique little place close to the beach.

Buena situación al lado de una calle comercial y a 2' de la playa. El hotel tiene potencial para ser un 4* (Buena piscina, jardines, habitaciones amplias etc) pero el estado general está como medio abandonado, algo dejado... suelo sucio. Parece más tender para las 2*. No es mal hotel, ojo. Simplemente que hay muchos detalles que lo hacen menos atractivo de lo que debería.

The staff were lovely but the accommodation and property in general is in need of refurbishment, linens and towels need replacement, I do appreciate that it is well priced and I would stay again because I love the location but it really needs a lot of maintenance... loose dangerous tiles around one pool, decking in very bad repair around the main pool ... just needs refurbishment

ビーチから近く、周辺にレストランが多いなど立地は良いと思います。 朝食に厳しい口コミもありますが、値段からすれば相応な内容と感じました。 お湯の出は十分で、バスタブに何度もお湯を張って入りました。 印象の悪いところは敷地の一部の施設に打ち捨てられているようなところがり、少し寂れた印象を受けたところです。 この点を改善するだけで、評価はとても上がるのではないでしょうか。

Our room in the new section was very dark. Needed Windows. The room was clean and we loved the bath. The shower mixer fell off in your hand :(. The small pool had missing tiles and mould around the edges. The big pool was fine. We used the free bikes. They could use a little maintenance. The restaurant and frount of house wear great. Gave us everything we asked for and breakfast was good too. Thank you

Nous avons séjourné une seule nuit. Au niveau du rapport qualité prix j'ai connu mieux sur sanur La chambre est très belle, bien équipée et la literie confortable mais il y avait une forte odeur d'égout dérangeante dans la salle de bain. Les piscines sont belles et chaudes, au calme. Le complexe n'est pas fermé ni clôturé cela ne m'a pas donné un bon sentiment de sécurité Le chemin qui mène à la plage est sale et tortueux Le restaurant de l'hôtel est à l'extérieur Il fait aller vers la rue pour prendre le petit déjeuner

一般的には古くて鍵を１つしかくれない、タオル系が古い、電源も少ない、アメニティもある事はあるが2人で１つ。トイレの扉が無くカーテン、入って直ぐベット、椅子がないとか思う人もいるだろうが、そんな所を求めていた私たちにはとても快適で天井も高く素晴らしい所だったです。プールサイドにバーらしきものがありますが無人(笑)

I Liked the property's location. In the last 2 years the other section of Puri Ayu fronting the main street has been developed, and the back section in which I staryed had good rooms but greatly neglected gardens. The gardens were looking very run down. I missed the back sections smorgasboard breakfast as we now had to walk up to the main smorgasboard for breakfast, and didn't have reception nearby. Nevertheless, good for the price. I would stay there again happily.
