Always a pleasure coming to this hotel when i come to Ottawa. Always good service and the staff are kind and informative. Will be back again in the summer.

Staff was very helpful at check-in and brought a small table to my room tha was needed for a evening in-room meal. Complientary breakfast is very nice with room to sit.

We had an excellent experience in this hotel, very clean, quiet and the staff were very polite, the only thing is that their breakfast had limited items, otherwise, it was a great residence in a clean place.

Great place to stay. That is where we stay when in Ottawa. No pool or anything like that, but the rooms are clean and always quiet.

We had a room on the first floor. Loved having access to and from the room with the room key right out into the parking lot. Room was very quiet. Great stay!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Room was spacious, and clean, had a comfortable bed, and water pressure in the shower was amazing…only complaint being our room had a door that attached to the room next door, made us feel a bit uneasy. Staff were great; all super friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. Free parking was definitely an advantage! Definitely would recommend and will be returning in the future.
