직원들이 너무너무 친절하고 모든걸 최선을 다해 주는게 너무 감동이었습니다. 스미냑 중심에 있는데도 조용하고 넓어서 무조건 추천합니다. 아쉬운 점이 없어요. 종종 벌레가 있는건 스미냑,꾸따에선 인지상정!

정말정말 훌륭한 숙소에요! 풀빌라를 즐기고 싶다면 이곳이 제격입니다. 한국사람들이 참 좋아할 곳이에요 ㅎㅎ 다만 조식 메뉴가 최고의 맛집이라 소문날 정도는 아니지만 여느 숙소 조식보단 훨씬 좋네요. 오렌지 주스 정말 맛있어요 ㅠ

완벽한 우리들의 공간. 풀빌라!
가성비 갑인 풀빌라!!! 룸으로 조식 배달서비스 편안하고 좋았어요. 다른 투숙객 만날 일도 없고 프라이빗하게 여행하기 아주 좋았습니다. 수영장에서 수영하기도 좋고 객실도 아주 넓어서 대만족입니다. 직원들도 모두 친절해요.

밥이 기가 막힌 이쁜 숙소
숙소 내 풀도 이쁘고 메인 풀도 이쁘고 나중에 집을 꾸미면 이렇게 꾸미고 싶은 그런 숙소. 깔끔하게 이쁨 무엇보다 조식이 기가 막힘. 식당 때문에라도 꼭 다시 가고 싶은 숙소.

발리여행중 가장 실망한 곳
후기들이 워낙 좋아서 기대많이하고 간곳인데 풀빌라답게 로비규모가 너무 초라하고 벽으로 둘러 쌓여있어서 답답한 느낌이 심했고 룸에서 볼게없어요. 개인적으로 룸에서 보이는 뷰를 너무 중요시 생각하는편이라 우마 사프나는 저한테 안맞았어요. 샤워기 수압이 너무 약했고 커피포트를 세면대옆 콘센트에 꽂아야했던점 방에 콘센트가 얼마없어서 카메라는 밖의 콘센트에다 충전해놓고 잔점 불편했구요 조식은 그냥 배채울만하고 수영장은 별로..기대안하시는게 좋아요

위치는 그렇게 좋지 않으나 매우 친절하고 숙소가 편안함
일단 욕실이 매우 커서 씻는데 쾌적함을 충분히 느낄 것이다. 위치는 그리 좋지 않지만 직원들이 친절하며 부속 레스토랑이 매우 맛있다. 부속 레프토랑 키로의 화장실 인테리어가 매우 독특하니 꼭 가보길 권한다.

발리에서의 마지막날을 스미냑에서 보내기로 했고 우마 사프나에서 숙박을 하기로 했는데요. 아주 잘된 결정이었다고 생각합니다. 위치도 좋았고 침구류도 깨끗했으며 한적하니 가족들과 같이 보내기 좋았습니다. 아침에 일찍 CHECK OUT을 해서 음식을 다 먹어보지 못하였으나 음식은 최고급은 아니었지만 먹을만한 수준이었습니다. 추후 음식을 조금 더 신경을 써주셨으면 좋겠네요.

This was our second time staying at Uma Sapna , we love this property. The private villa with our own pool is one of our favourite things and the staff can not be anymore helpful. Do your self a favor and dine at the attached restaurant Kilo you wont be dissapointed.

The staff and service at Uma Sapna were excellent during our recent stay. Rooms (we were moved to an upgraded room during our stay, to our delight) were very well appointed, beds and linens were very comfortable, and rooms were large and clean. The private pools were cleaned often, and water temperature was perfect to cool down at the end of a hot day of touring and shopping. Staff provided an exceptional level of service, and we felt pampered and relaxed throughout our stay.

Great place to stay, the bed was a little uncomfortable and could feel the springs. Nice area in a quiet street. The staff was amazing and very welcoming.

Nice villa, great service.
Check-in wasn't so good but it was early evening and only a porter was available to help me with my bags and show me to the room. The Room was very nice, service and friendliness were second to none. Awesome breakfast - unfortunately we were only told on the last day that breakfast was included in our package - again this was due to no proper check in. Apart from the check-in the overall service and professionalism were awesome. Thank you

Beautiful pool villas with great customer service.
Beautiful, minimalist pool villas in a fabulous central Seminyak location. The pool was great. The living/bedroom area was comfy in a modern way. The bathroom was OK, but not great with a cramp toilet space. Service from everyone we encountered was excellent, every request was completed quickly and with a smile. Would be delighted to return to this property into the future.

Everything about our stay at Uma Sapna was amazing - our Villa ( Bangka) was great and we could not want for more. We will definitely look to stay here again. The staff were wonderful, the location was great, the villas’ have a gracious atmosphere that make you feel as if you are the only residents - quite a feat for such a central location. The in-house spa is also the business 11 out of 10!

Our stay at Uma Sapna villas was incredible. This was our first trip to Bali and we were not disappointed to say the least. Upon check-in we were greeted and offered drinks then taken to our room and giving a brief tour. We stayed in The Komodo Villa, which had a private pool and it was gorgeous. The rooms are quite open concept so more suited for a couple as opposed to a family. This was perfect for us as we visited on our honeymoon. The AC in the room was phenomenal and kept us cool on the scorching hot days. The property is close to many cafes and restaurants, and about a 20-30 minute walk to Seminyak beach. We can’t say enough about the amazing staff there. Everyone greeted us with a pleasant hello each time we passed them and they offered excellent service by calling us a cab when it was time for us to depart for our next location. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we would most definitely stay here again next time we visit Seminyak!

First Class Establishment
This is a superb complex with large modern apartments in a vibrant area. The many staff were so helpful and pleasant. The breakfast in the adjoining restaurant was excellent. It would be difficult to find a better accommodation.

WOW . the accommodation and staff are outstanding . never a problem when asked for advice or extras. . the staff are so polite and friendly. a home away from home, where you are treated like a friend, not a customer. The private pool was such a pleasure as well. Also a must visit, is the Terra Spa and Wellness with the same attributes. professional , friendly. a fantastic experience . Kilo Bali . awesome fresh food and the same quality service . thank you Uma Sapna- the absolute highlight to our holiday. Mike and Jo see you next time

Almost everything was good! Except that the fridge was outside the villa by the pool instead of inside the room. One of the best service staff in Bali!
