Zu viert verbrachten wir 8 Übernachtungen. Es war wunderbar in dem Hotel. Der Service freundlich und zuvorkommend aber nicht aufdringlich, das Hotel war sauber und neu und das Buffet am Frühstück und Abend war vielseitig mit viel Obst und Gemüse , frisch zubereitet . Es war himmlisch. Ich würde es jedem empfehlen. Der Strand war direkt in der Nähe. Im Pool konnte ich schwimmen wann immer ich wollte. Wir werden sicher bald wieder dort hin fahren.

Hotel bonito, limpio y el personal muy amable y atento con los clientes en todo momento. Pedimos una cama de matrimonio y al momento subieron a juntarnos las camas y poner las sábanas, no tardaron nada.

Als wir das Hotel buchten, war einer der Hauptpunkte, dass stand, dass es kostenlose Parkplätze gibt. Da wir die Region nicht kannten, war das für uns besonders wichtig. Stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass die PP gar nicht nur für das Hotel sind sondern öffentlich. Wir konnten früher Einchecken, was für uns angenehm war. Als wir das Zimmer betraten war halt sofort klar, dass dies so ein 'Massentourismus'-Hotel ist. Vom Balkon sah man auf den Nachbarsbalkon und dieser blickte halt auch ins Zimmer rein. Was uns aber besonders störte war die fehlende Hygiene beim Frühstücksbuffet. Wir sind nicht besonders anspruchsvolle Touristen jedoch sind wir doch erst eben durch eine Pandemie wo Hygiene grossgeschrieben wurde. Das Buffet war aber pures Gegenteil. Es wurde gehustet, alles mit den Händen angefasst (Brot, Käse, Früchte, etc) und die Butter war ein grosser Block wo sich jeder nach Belieben anschneiden konnte. Wir haben einmal kurz gefrühstückt und dann diesen Raum für den Rest (5 Nächte) unserer Reise gemieden. Dasselbe gilt für das Fitness. Auch da wurde nicht gelüftet und die Geräte erinnerten an ein altes Fitness aus den 80er Jahren. Wurde gemieden für den Rest der Reise. Noch ein Punkt: Besonders hinsichtlich Hygiene fanden wir, dass die grossen Flaschen Seife, welche jeder anfassen muss um zu öffnen und zu schliessen hygienisch ein Albtraum sind. Umweltfreundlich sind sie ja gut aber trotzdem. Das Zimmer war hingegen sauber und die Grundausstattung gut auch wenn etwas alt.

Fiasco! Staff wondering into my without asking, AC issue took five hours to get maintenance to come and fix it, manager of the dinning room needs a slapping (rude and arrogant), and the worst issue? I went for a walk at 7:30am. When I returned my room had been cleaned, including disposing of my stuff! Luckily I had loaded my cases into my car earlier but a hat, tooth brush and paste and antiperspirant etc all thrown away. Spoke to the manger about all this who was as shocked as me, but I’m still waiting (four days later) for an explanation! Oh, and his email (on his business card) didn’t work! Fiasco.

Servizio impeccabile. Lo Staff è eccezionale; gentile disponibile, educato, professionale. Le persone che lavorano nell’hotel meritano 5 stelle! Eccezionale Camera. Ho acquistato una camera “vista mare” ma, purtroppo, la vista era sul parcheggio interno. Essendo in vacanza ho voluto evitare lo stress di fare contestazioni. E ho accettato di aver pagato un prezzo alto per una stanza con vista mare che invece era vista parcheggio. Buffet. GIGANTE! Sia a colazione che a cena. location. Spiaggia meravigliosa proprio di fronte a Playa de muro. Occorre però pagare a parte lettini e ombrellone (due lettini e 1 ombrellone: circa 15 euro)

I am handicapped and there is no parking for this hotel. On arrival I asked about parking and they said, "Good Luck" I found a spot two blocks from the hotel and limped back to the hotel. Asked why our room safe wasn't working. You must pay a daily fee for that privilege. We were on our wedding anniversary and the rooms all have horrible twin beds to be moved together to make a Spanish King bed. It does not work! Very negative experience. This is the first bad review I've ever written. Don't go here!

Hotel communal areas are outdated, outside space not looked after at all, no plants, old furniture, generally zero relaxing vibe. Outside toilets absolutely revolting. Most of the staff extremely miserable and unhappy, lacking information about hotel basics. Strongest point is the food, congratulations to the chefs. The only person always with a smile and impeccable customer service was Birhinia - hot section chef. Wouldn’t return.

L’hôtel a une excellente situation mais malheureusement il mérite vraiment une rénovation. La chambre parental dispose de deux lits cotes à côtes et ils sont vraiment petits et pas confortable. Les enfants ont dormis sur les canapés qui sont à leurs tour vraiment inconfortable le matelas est très fin. Le point négatif est la propreté qui laisse vraiment à désiré. Nous avions du sable tout les jours dans la chambre le sol ne peut être nettoyé correctement sans aspirateur. Le balcon a été nettoyé une fois durant le séjour. Les bouteilles ou autres déchets ne sont pas touchés.. les draps de notre lit malgré qu’ils étaient sal n’ont pas été changé. La seul fois que j’ai voulu regarder la TV j’ai vu que toutes les chaînes étaient en allemand et il n’y avait aucune chaîne en français. J’ai été déçu par tout ses points. Hormis tout cela la situation est excellente et la plage est très belle. Nous ne reviendrons pas à cette adresse en famillle pour tout les points mentionnés.

Insgesamt durchschnittliches Hotel. Zimmer sind schon etwas veraltet und sehr hellhörig. Ein großer Türspalt machte das Schlafen etwa schwierig, da das Licht vom Gang dauernd brannte und es dadurch im Zimmer sehr hell war. Das Essen war durchschnittlich, Abendessen besser als Frühstück, jedoch für jedan was dabei. Strandhandtücher werden 2x pro Woche gewechselt, wenn man das öfter haben möchte, dann gegen Aufpreis (für ein 4-Sterne Hotel 👎) Personal war freundlich, Parkplatz vor dem Hotel kostenlos, nettes Abendprogramm (wer das mag). Der Strand ist echt toll und das Meer herrlich!!!

I'll start with the good news, the lovely lady at check in upgraded us to a suite, which was very much appreciated! She was great. We went down for our first breakfast the next morning, which was included in our stay and things went downhill. We walked into the restaurant, looked around, there was no one to seat us, but also no sign saying "wait to be seated", so we walked in and sat ourselves. We chose a table that was freshly set with no sign that is was already taken. We went and got food and coffee and started eating. Then a woman walked up, looking very annoyed and started talking to us. She spoke German, we did not. Eventually a man came over and informed us that we were at her table. We tried to explain that we didn't know that is was taken, no sign or person at the door...he spoke over us and told us we needed to wait to be seated and that he is always at the doors to greet/seat people and then walked away. He was quite rude, didn't give us a moment to explain or apologize for the misunderstanding. Seems to be an issue though, we stayed 3 nights, and every morning we watched similar things happen with people seating themselves. A sign at the door would be super helpful! We only had breakfast there, and it was just okay, nothing great. Also the lobby always has a bad smell.

Excellent hotel. Lovely position on beach front. If you like cycling Huezeler were fantastic with quality bikes to hire. Will certainly return.

Good Stay
Quality price is good, nice location just in front to the beach, very friendly staff, nice spa area, food is not exceptional but ok, always some meat or fish fresh grilled. The hotel does not give complimentary water in the room and tap water in Palma is not drinkeable, furthermore most of shops and supermarkets around the hotel were closed. Also it would be nice to have some channels in English on TV, only German and Spanish are available.

Hotel fab location, nice rooms but I found the male staff rude on several occasions! So definitely not 4* service. Not even 1* the way they spoke to me and dealt with me, so for that reason I would not return with my custom. If the male staff wasn't so rude, I probably would have booked there again but for this reason I will select another hotel.(Female solo traveller)

The duration of the trip to the hotel from the airport is approximately 40-50 minutes, which is very convenient. There are many shops, cafes, mini markets nearby. The territory of the hotel is not large, but very cozy, it is located on the first line, that is, right on the beach. The beach has white sand without stones, and turquoise water of unprecedented purity. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. What surprised me was that there was no drinking water in the room. That is, you have to buy water at the bar, but there is a store nearby and we bought water there. Food - breakfasts and dinners which were second to none. A huge selection, different meats, a large selection of cheeses, pastries, cakes and pancakes, fruits, everything was super tasty! Very pleasant service, the staff is very friendly, our vacation was incredible, for which we thank the hotel staff very much!

This hotel is situated on a reasonably busy but still lovely beach. The pools have lots of shade for those that do not want to get too much sun. This is an ideal location for cycle hire of every description. The facilities at the hotel are excellent and it is close to many restaurants and bars but is still a peaceful retreat.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, wenn man seinen Urlaub in direkter Strandlage verbringen möchte. Der Empfang war nett. Es gibt genug Liegen auf der Wiese beim Hotel. Die Liegen vor dem Hotel am Strand sind üblicherweise nicht kostenlos. Das Meer ist wirklich schön. Ansonsten gibts direkt beim Hotel nicht so viele gute Restaurants, wir nahmen daher ein Taxi/Mietwagen/Bus nach Alcudia Port. Für uns hat das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis in der Hochsaison leider nicht gepasst in diesem Hotel. Man kann beim schönsten Wetter nirgends draussen Frühstücken. Das ist nicht zeitgemäss. Das Zimmer war gross und mehr oder weniger sauber. Das Bett ist eher weich, was für mich passte. Kein Duschmittel vorhanden im Bad. In der Empfangshalle roch es teilweise streng, mal nach Fisch, mal nach alg. Essen, einfach nicht so angenehm. Der Fahrstuhl wurde auch nicht immer gründlich gereinigt. Buchung Meerblick ist augrund, wie das Hotel gebaut wurde, eher ein seitlicher als direkter Meerblick, war trotzdem schön. Am Abreisetag konnten wir die Dusche des Hotels benutzen. Das war nicht angenehm. Der Raum war unordentlich, wirkte nicht sauber, Wasser überlief in der Dusche, Duschmittel der anderen Abreisenden lagen noch am Boden. Es roch modrig und komisch. Stickig und heiss. Das ist nicht wertschätzden für die Gäste. Daher werden wir dieses Hotel nicht nochmals besuchen.

The room was clean and well appointed with a lovely bathroom. The lobby and grounds were also clean and comfortable. The location could not be beat for one of the most spectacular sunrises I have ever witnessed. Just steps from the lobby offered a sweeping view that was absolutely breathtaking. Unfortunately the night desk staff were irritable and unfriendly upon arrival. I was not made to feel welcome at all and instead was treated as a nuisance for a late and last-minute arrival. Even the staff in the morning were not terribly friendly, nor welcoming as I left.

Hotellet var fint og svarte stort sett til forventningene. Det som dro kraftig ned var tilbudet om garderobe m/ dusj siste dagen da vi skulle reise om kvelden. Rommet var veldig skittent og det lå strødd med skittene håndklær og tomme flaker med solkrem m.m. Utrivelig!

Perfect location for getting a breeze in very hot weather, lovely part shade, part sunny garden right up to beach in front of hotel. Staff, especially reception most helpful. Rooms and buffet good. Hard to fault, the only slightly annoying thing is they only allow you to change beach/pool towels 3 times a week - but this wouldn’t put me off returning. A tremendous value 4 star hotel.
