I understand that the hotel has only been open again for a week, but don’t open if you aren’t prepared. My room was supposedly serviced only once in 6 nights and they rehung the dirty towels. They didn’t make the bed. I had to take out my own trash. When I went to the office to get a set of towels-1 bath, 1 hand, and 1 washcloth-I was asked where my dirty ones were. I replied “In my room”. She replied, “I’ll meet you at the laundry room with clean towels if you bring your dirty ones.” Her demeanor was as if was going to steal them. When I had checked into my room, there was only 1/2 a roll of toilet tissue in the room. That lasted 2 days. When I went to the office to request more, I was questioned as to how long I had been there. I informed her that I had checked in Thursday night and there was only a 1/2 roll in the room. It was now Sunday. She asked how much longer I’d be there to which I replied Wednesday morning. She could not get into the supplies and would need to call the manager for the key. She then brought one roll of tissue to my room 20 minutes later. The renovations looked like slapping lipstick on a pig, they painted over filth and damage and did a poor job at that. The toilet ran continuously, was stained and poorly maintained. The bathtub/shower was in old rundown condition. There were bugs in my room. There was no breakfast as advertised. Other than having a convenient location to my work assignment, I have nothing positive to say.
