영국 런던 물가를 생각하면 합리적인 금액 엘리베이터가 없기 때문에 3층 4층의 경우 짐을 들고 올라가기 어려울 수도 있기 때문에 잠만 자는 용도로는 충분함

여러분 여기 묵지마세요.. 저만 알고싶습니다.. 아니다.. 유명해져서 호스트 부자되세요..
호텔 내부, 화장실, 침구 모두 깨끗해서 정말 좋았습니다. 수건과 기본 어메니티가 제공되고 조용합니다. 호스트는 정말 친절합니다! 저는 영어 회화가 잘 안 되는데 호스트는 알아듣기 쉽게 호텔 주변의 마트, 버스 및 지하철역에 대해 그림까지 그려주시며 자세히 설명해주셨어요ㅠㅠ 첫 유럽 여행이었는데 덕분에 런던에 대해 매우 좋은 인상을 남겼습니다. 숙소 바로 앞에 버스가 있는데 이것만 타면 지하철 탈 필요없이 온 관광명소를 다 돌아다닐 수 있어요! 다음에 기회가 된다면 또 묵고 싶습니다!
침구가 좋은 호텔 침구입니다.. 정말 깨끗하고 그냥..좋아요..침대도 푹신하고........

너무 좋았습니다 아침도 맛있었고 데스크 직원분도 친절하셨구요. 지하철도 5분거리여서 불편함 없었습니다. 엘리베이터가 없는게 딱 하나 안좋은점이긴 했는데 다른건 다 만점이요

가성비 좋은 숙박!
가성비가 좋은 호텔, 조식이 괜찮음, 건물은 꽤 오래되어 보이나 나름의 매력이 있다고 생각함, 코인 세탁기/건조기등이 건물에는 없으나 걸어서 5분거리안에 이용가능한 세탁소가 있음. 지역자체도 아름답고 근처에 큰 마트등도 10분거리 안에 있어서 위치는 좋다고 생각됨. 주인 내외분이 친절하심.

빅토리아 역과 도보로 10~15분 정도, 핌리코 역은 도보로 2~3분 정도로 위치도 너무 좋고 특히 호텔 청소를 너무 깨끗하게 잘해줍니다. 직원들도 모두 친절하고요~추천합니다

This hotel is great value. My single room was quite small but I knew that going in. It was very clean and the staff was great. I love the location, it was close to the station and plenty of food and coffee options in the neighborhood. On top of that the Tate Britain was quite close.

The owner/manager was unfailingly helpful and polite. He gave me very clear directions for where I wanted to go and even printed out a map for me. He was also kindly and friendly and easily entered into conversation. I felt that the premises were safe and secure. The room, though small of course (since it was for a single traveller), was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Though I was on the ground floor, just around the corner from the reception desk, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. I would certainly stay here again. Thank you for a good stay in London!!

Rent og pænt hotel med super beliggenhed især hvis man benytter Gatwick Express. Værelset var ikke så stort, men det fungerede glimrende. Dog ikke ideelt, hvis man har problemer med trapper. Gide restauranter i området Lidt forvirring ved booking omkring morgenmad. Hotellet benævnes B&B som jo betyder morgenmad inkluderet, og mange anmeldelser nævner morgenmaden. Den findes dog ikke mere. Så det bør nok præciseres

If you value service stay here
Great Hotel! Location is good and perfectly between 2 Underground Tube stations. Room was great for the price and the service was outstanding. Absolutely would stay again :)

We found the Melbourne House Hotel conveniently located close to good restaurants, and transit. It was our first visit to London and the Innkeeper and hotel owner (family business) was full of ideas for Restaraunts, places to see, and provided information on best way to get there. His advice turned out to be good throughout our visit. The hotel itself is on a quiet street. The room we had was not large, but was simple, clean, quiet and comfortable. We slept well. We would definitely stay at the Melbourne House hotel again.

This property was fine for one night. We arrived after the reception was closed, and we were still able to enter. However, the room was extremely small and extremely hot. A tower fan was provided but the room didn’t cool off eventually. The wifi also didn’t reach to the room on the top floor which is unacceptable if you advertise as offering wifi. Overall extremely overpriced for what it is. Good for an emergency, but don’t spend a whole week here. Go somewhere better for the same price.

Thank you miles for the bad review, yes the room was small and was our last room of the day, yes the FREE wifi has issues only on the top floor which we are addressing and yes the weather was hot on the day you stayed with us but to say its overpriced is unfair, may I remind you, you were in central London and location is partly why we price our rooms the way we do. Good luck, the next time you need a (better) hotel in London, don't be shocked to pay a lot lot more.As they say you can't please everyone.

Great location but VERY SMALL ROOM
One very positive statement is that the hotel is VERY WELL located to get anywhere you want to go in London. However, the room was EXCEPTIONALLY small, my dorm room in college was much larger and we had twin beds like this room The beds were very comfortable and clean. Bathroom also small. NO extra's provided like kleenex, only towels and small soap. NO NIGHT LIGHT, very dark if getting up at night. The side lamps on the side of the bed are VERY BRIGHT. No air conditioning only a small fan. LOTS AND LOTS OF STAIRS. NOT RECOMMEDED FOR OLDER INDIVIDUALS. NO ELEVATOR. Staff very friendly.

Dear M,Thanks for the review, in reply to your negatives, rooms in London of this type ( old victorian ) are generally small.if you wanted a elevator, air-conditioned room etc, there are many other hotels that offer these extras but be prepared to pay a lot more in the centre of London, we advertise on all websites that if you have issues with stairs to ask for a lower floor room or find alternative accommodation,we are a honest family hotel and want the best for all are guests so they will be happy on their visit to London.
