1.The room was still cleaning after receivin room key from front desk. We had to wait more than 30 min. 2. The wifi never worked for entire 5 days staying. They kept saying " we are working on it".

After checking out, their service is so bad..
Resort is good. But after checking out, their service is so bad... They didn't send me receipt to my e-mail. When i paid for reservation including obviously free wi-fi and parking fee, however they charged after checking out. I don't understand.... I asked them to my another email address, but they didn't send me also...

가격은 좀 있지만 괜찮은 숙소
가족과 함께 보내기에 좋은 숙소인듯합니다. 수영장도 있고. 객실내에 세탁기/건조기가 마련되어 있어 장기간 묵기에도 정말 좋았습니다. 다만 리조트 비용이 추가되고 객실자체도 가격이 좀 있는 편이네요. 가격 문제 빼고는 다 괜찮았습니다. 근처에 아울렛과 식당가도 가깝더라구요.

가격대비 훌룡한 했다고 말할수 있다. 문제점이라고 생각하는것은 킹사이즈 침대가 오래되서 그런지는 몰라도 가운데가 움푹 들어가 있었고, 주말에는 밤늦게 까지 밖이 시끄럽다는 정도? 가격은 훌룡하고수영장도 괜찮았음

객실이 넓고 주변에 publix 와 같은 마트가 가까워서 좋았습니다. 디즈니랜드와 유니버셜스튜디오까지 셔틀버스가 있어 편리합니다. 와이파이가 잘 되어 인터넷 이용이 편리하였습니다. 객실 방 2개중 한개는 복도에 창문이 나있어서 늦게 귀가하는 사람들 소음이 있어 불편했습니다. 체크아웃할때 리조트이용료와 셔틀버스이용료 와이파이 이용료를 추가로 받습니다.

집에 있는 듯이 편안한 호텔이었다. 거의 모든 것이 갖추어져 있어 5박하는 동안 너무 편하고 즐거웠다. 호텔 수영장은 따뜻하고 넓고 쾌적하였다. 프리미엄 아울렛이 걸어서 10분 거리라서 쇼핑하기에도 아주 유리했다. 가격 대비 강력 추천한다.

주변에 슈퍼나 아울렛매장 등이 가깝께있아 매우 편리했습다. 호텔시설도 나쁘지 않고 상당히 좋은 상태였습니다. 리조트내에 아무나 제지없이 들어올수 있어서 치안이 조금 불안하게 느껴졌습니다.

Home away home
Great value for money - the building was old, but they keep all the facilities very clean and nice. Friendly staff, spacy rooms, and great housekeeping services. Orlando Premium Outlet is just 5 minutes away, and Publix supermarket only 1 minute away by car. Proximity to most of the spots you want to go - Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, and the Airport. Equipped with laundromat, all the utensils, and dish washer - you just can do everything just like you are at home. We didn't use the swimming pool because we din't have time, but the swimming pool was very nice and opens 7AM - 11PM. Good for family travellers with kids. (Our niece really loved this place.)

한국의 콘도같은 호텔....아침식사로 밥(햇반) 먹고 시작할 수 있는 한국에서 아이있는 가족이 머무르기에 너무 좋고....특히...디즈니월드, 씨월드, 유니버셜 스튜디오 중간에 있어 어디든 접근성이 뛰어나고 바로 5분거리에 아울렛이 있어 밤마다 짬짬히 다녀올 수 있어 따로 시간내지 않아도 좋았네요.....

자동차 렌트를 했다면, 불편함이 없는 위치이며 프리미엄 아웃렛과 가까워 쇼핑하기에도 좋음. 방 2개로 조리도 할 수 있어 인원이 많은 가족에게는 매우 좋은 곳임. 여러 나라 여행을 다녀 봤지만, 호텔(혹은 리조트 등) 방 안에 이곳 처럼 실제 화분과 꽃으로 장식이 되어 있는 곳은 본적이 없음. 원래 올랜도 리조트가 다 그러한지는 모르겠지만, 관리가 잘 되어 있어 매우 기분 좋은 여행이 되었음. 다만 (미국이 다 그러하기는 하지만) 근처 식당가나 대형 마트까지는 차가 있어야 갈 수 있음.

특가로 25만원 정도에 스위트룸을 다녀왔습니다. 방이 3개에 침대가 5개나 있었습니다, 당연히 욕실은 두개고요... 주방 및 세탁기 다리미까지 완비되어 왠만한 가족 단위가 모두 묵을수 있는곳입니다. 인근에는 디지니, 유니버셜 스튜디오, 시월드까지 그리고 프리미엄 아울렛도 바로 5분거리에 있습니다.. 완전 강추입니다

올랜도에 가신다면 꼭~
디즈니 타운이라해도 과언이 아닌 올랜도에서 디즈니내 리조트와 그 밖의 리조트중 고민을 많이 하다 저렴한 가격과 좋은 시설을 선택하기로 했습니다. 리조트에 대한 정보가 그리 많지 않아 그리 기대하지 않고 갔는데 기대 이상이었습니다. 저흰 가족이라 2베드룸을 선택했는데 부엌에는 오븐 전자렌지 식기세척기 온갖집기들이 다 갖추어져있고 캡슐커피머신도 있어 좋았습니다. TV도 각방과 거실까지 총 3개이고 넓은 거실과 식탁 아일랜드 탁자까지 고급스럽고 좋았습니다. 제가 가장 맘에 들었던 것은 세탁기와 건조기가 객실내에 있어 맘껏 사용할 수 있다는 것 ..거기다 친절하게 세제까지 ㅎㅎ 년말에 이용했으나 야외수영장도 이용하기 좋습니다.참 욕실도 두개랍니다. 차로 5분거리에 올랜도 프리미엄 아울렛이 위치해 있어 쇼핑하기에도 아주 좋답니다. 디즈니나 유니버셜 스튜디오도 차로 15분 거리정도 됩니다. 제가 디즈니앱캇에서 택시를 타고 숙소에 오니 팁포함 25달러 정도 나온것 같습니다.

I went on a trip with my family (3 adults and 3 toddlers) to Disney world and we have stayed at many resorts and hotels in Orlando. This one was most definitely at the top 5. The rooms are very clean but could use some improvement on the floors as they are very dirty. The jets in the jetted tub did not work but we only wanted to use it as a very large tub. The Receptionists were very kind and professional. I would definitely book this place again for large parties like ours!

Was disappointed - Lobby is beautiful and updated but the suite we were in was all the way in the back and had no parking. The room was older and the floor in the guest room was wet by the door. The toilet in the guest room was constantly running. We could hear people in the parking lot through the night. There was hair stuck on the shower wall in the main bathroom and the floor was sticky. Overall the location was good and communication great but that was it.
