가격이 너무 올랐네요~
예전보다 가격이 많이 올라 점점 메리트가 없어지는것 같습니다. 갑작스럽게 중국 숙박객들이 많이 늘어난것 같네요. 워낙 복잡한 곳에 위치한 곳이라 크게 기대는 안했지만, 방음면에선 매우 아쉽습니다.

오스만베이 니잔타시 인근 같은급 호텔중 조식은 최고. 시설도 나쁘지 않음. 장애인용 방으로 사전 안내 없이 (샤워시설이 일반인에게 불편하게 되어 있고, 샤워하면 물바다).배정했고, 조식 체크하는 남자 매니저는 매우 불친절. 항상 요청하면 가져다 주는 일반 커피달라니, 직접 가서 내려 마시라고 함.

몇번 숙박했던 경험이 있던터라, 크게 불편하거나 그렇진 않았습니다. 다만, 저희가 묶었던 방에 난방이 잘 안되는듯한 느낌이었습니다. 조식은 여전히 맛있었고, 10층의 스파도 매우 훌륭하였습니다. 앞으로도 계속 이용 예정입니다.

전반적으로 가격대비 훌륭합니다. 주변의 다른 호텔에 비해 조식도 종류및 맛또한 좋습니다. 다만 저녁에는 주변에 술취한 사람들이 많으며, 주말저녁엔 6층인가 파티장이 있어 상당히 시끄러운건 어쩔수 없네요

We had to stay 3 different rooms in one week, because of their "planned" water work in rooms. They sent us to a room and two days later they said they have water job in room we have to change the room again. If you planned this room for a work why you sent us there in begin with. It wasn't good stay at all. Staff were very kind and understood our complains but they did not have anything to do.

"Exceptional Stay: Central Location, Friendly Staf

Our second visit to this hotel. A very nice hotel.
This is our second stay in The Ramada Plaza Istanbul City Centre in 2023. I chose this hotel because we were very happy with the hotel after our first stay in April this year, and now again in October. The hotel is in a good location, Osmanbey metro station (served by the M2 line - Green line) is a few meters from the entrance and there are also local bus routes serving bus stops nearby. On entering the hotel it looks very clean, modern and well furnished. The reception area/lobby is spacious and welcoming. The staff are very pleasant throughout the hotel, without exception. There was a very good feeling about this hotel when we were here in April, and the same is still applicable this time, too. The staff make this hotel feel warm and welcoming. Housekeeping and cleanliness was excellent, we would like to thank Orhan for leaving our room clean and tidy every day, we saw her a few times during our stay and she was always warm and friendly. We opted to have breakfast and there was always a good selection of items available. Again, the staff in the restaurant were first class, the chef preparing our omelettes was very warm and friendly too, as well as the staff present in the seating area, they were also very attentive. Everywhere we were in this hotel, the staff were so pleasant and warm. Also worth mentioning is the swimming pool and fitness centre, both are good facilities. In summer the roof of the pool is retractable. In summary, a very nice hotel with very pleasant staff.

Ramada plaza 4 stars
The hotel is good stays in busy main street which was for me uncomfortable . The breakfast is good .. rooms are clean ... staff is good but isnot the level of 5 star hotel ... check in and check out is quit comfortable.
