welcoming from the start arriving late around 1am ish. everything was lovely from staff to room to spa to food. great area, very close to town but also far enough away.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. We stayed in a prestige room which was amazing. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the pool and spa were lovely.

Relaxing Ibiza Break with Friends
Nice holiday in Ibiza, hotel is beautiful but a little tired in places. Not expecting to fight for sun beds when you have the Presidential Suite (cold shower too). Pool service was not great but hotel very clean.

Hatten uns den Urlaub in diesem Hotel anders vorgestellt. Für uns ist das kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Die Zimmer müssen dringend sehr dringend renoviert und auf den neuesten stand gebracht werden alle Armaturen wie nicht richtig funktionierende Duschen, Whirlpools (Hatten ein Zimmer mit einem gebucht und konnten diesen nicht nutzen weil er sehr große Mängel aufwies kaputte Düse da wo Licht war alles rausgerissen unter dem Whirlpool haben sich Biene oder Wespen bin kein Experte ein zuhause errichtet) Reinigung oder Ersetzung der Klimaanlage (roch modrig wenn man diese angeschaltet hat) die Liste ist fast zu lang mit den Mängeln. Die Liegen am Pool sind nicht genug ein richtiger Kampf um Platzbesetzung (mit dem Moto wer zuerst da ist). Dieses Hotel ist nicht direkt am Strand sondern ca.10min davon entfernt (der Strand ist sehr schön mit sehr vielen Bars, Liegen gegen Aufpreis aber erträglich).

Nice hotel good facilities great spa all very clean. Food ok but i felt very corporate, we did eat out quite a bit, breakfasts were good. Only food options in hotel were pool side and buffet restaurant in our stay. Internet very strong . great staff very helpful and caring Nearest mini market is over the bridge. Centre of town 10 minute wander along the front.

The hotel is still nice looking but not really the 5 star standard you’d expect (and which you pay through the nose for). There were obvious areas of wear & tear and unfixed damage around the hotel and particularly in our room. Some of the staff were very friendly but others (particularly in the pool bar) were not terribly friendly or welcoming. Room service was expensive, uninspired and unavailable during certain times (we were told there was no way to get breakfast in the restaurant or our room before 8am on the day of our departure because it was Sunday). The housekeeping service was sloppy, with replacement towels and hand soap forgotten and dirty cups and glasses merely rinsed in the sink. I completely sympathise with the issues caused by the pandemic but standards have definitely slipped and they need to buck their ideas up if they’re going to continue to charge those prices.

Lovely hotel with lovely decor, wonderful spa & friendly staff who will do anything to help. Good selection at breakfast, all tasted great. Rooms generally clean but a little tired in some places - also no complimentary water or tea/coffee facilities in the room. Communal areas lacked atmosphere with no music around the pool/in bar areas which made it seem quite lifeless at night. Great variety of bars and restaurants near by though in the town. Overall, probably would say it’s a very good 4* hotel, rather than a 5* but had a great stay and would return.

This can’t be 5 star hotel. The furniture is too old. Broken door. Poor amenities. Smelly corridors and towels. No coffee machine in room. Mini bar left empty and you have to ask to be filled! Hotel gym closed on Monday! Room service unavailable after 11 pm! I would never recommend this hotel unless they change the rating to max 3 stars and the price accordingly.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and cannot rate it highly enough. Beautiful grounds, excellent service and food and great walking distance to the amenities of Santa Eularia.

4 star hotel standards
The Hotel is reasonable nice but unfortunately is lacking in some qualities that ever 5 star hotel should have. The staff was overall very friendly but too few to properly manage a hotel this size. The room was quite basic and spartanly furnished with a very small and a sofa. Unfortunately they forgot to refills the shampoo prior to our arrival , which was a bit of a nuisance. They also charged us 6 euros for each 500ml bottle of water. All that being said , it is still qiute a nice hotel and I can see older or middle aged couples enjoying it a lot as it seems very child friendly and family oriented.

October 2019 visit so hotel quiet but excellent amenities and staff very helpful. Thunderstorms forecast for a couple of days caused a lot of the outside areas to be closed down perhaps too soon

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt im Hotel. Der Kindergarten war zusätzlich ein Mega plus. Ganz ganz toll alles. Und alle Mitarbeiter super lieb. Besonders auch zu unserer kleinen Tochter. ❤️ Daumen hoch.

2 jours avant votre départ le personnel nous a snobés au petit déjeuner, personne ne venait nous proposer des boissons, pas de bonjour, pas même un regard ... alors que des gens arrivaient après nous et étaient pris en charge de suite, avec u sourire!! Est ce de la discrimination parce que nous étions français? Parce que notre tenue n étaient pas à leur goûts De plus la piscine est extrêmement froide, nous n avons même pas pu en profiter. Vraiment très déçus de leurs comportements Aucun effort pour parler française

Relaxing holiday
Very relaxing stay. Hotel is set in lovely gardens with great pool and plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Very clean, friendly staff and great breakfast. Also only 2 minute walk to the promenade with beach, bars and restaurants.

BEWARE OF MOLD AND A LYING HOTEL MANAGER
At check-in i was told i got a free upgrade - to a junior suite. this room was full of mold. the smell was so strong, i got a headache after just 5 minutes there. they sent a cleaning-lady in with LYSOL!? TOILET SPRAY - to cover the mold I asked for a full refund as they did not have any more rooms available. NOT possible, even hotels.com customer service could not solve it for me. I wanted the refund so i could stay at another hotel . after 2! hours in the lobby, they found a room without view (what i paid for) the manager called me and said he would fix me some spa-treatments and more. all i got was a plate of 5 desserts sent to my door, when i was leaving for dinner. never heard back from the manager - he is a liar and do not take his word for ANYTHING. Nothing about this "resort" is 5 stars worthy. its old and dingy.
