I likes that it was very close to the Villamarta and across the street from a tablao that has shows late at night. It was convenient to walk back when shows ended at 1am .

Hermosa habitaciin bien equipada y amplia. El hotel esta muy bien situado. Cerca tanto de los sitiios de interes turisticos del lugar como tambien para recorrer otros pueblos proximos. .

OK for on night.
Overall was nice hotel. beds was very uncomfortable, and old. Air condition was not working properly . the building itself was nice and location is very close to city center and main attraction .

Due giorni a Jerez
Ottima struttura vicinissima al centro. Gestita in maniera esemplare, tutto perfetto, dalla colazione al Wi-Fi. Camera fresca e funzionale. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.

Not 4 star maybe 2-3 star
The lobby seems OK and ,aybe a 3-4 star level. The personal working there are nice and polite. But, when you enter the room (202 i think) you immediately start to wonder where the 4-star hotel is. The WC is pretty old but still basic functioning. You have to shower in the bath tub. Not very nice. Worst thing was the AC that did not work. Well the fan worked and the air was circulating but the cooling was completely out of order. This was disappointing.

El hotel está muy buen ubicado, las camas bastante cómodas, como aspectos negativos fue que habían pelos en el baño, la habitación es muy oscura y para aparcar todo es zona azul. El desayuno pobre aún pagando el buffet.

Like very much the situation near the centre. Room very comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Pleased there is no extra charge for the safe. Lovely three area shower. Would have liked an English speaking channel on the television, such as BBC World Service.

Excellent staff.
The front desk check-in was very nice and they told us several fun things to do in Jerez. The breakfast was also watched closely and food replenished and kept very clean and sanitary.

Genial, muy contentos con la habitación.
Hotel muy céntrico y con un servicio excelente, la atención fue de 10. La habitación muy bien climatizada y silenciosa. Una estancia realmente agradable. Además la habitación familiar cuenta con dos habitaciones separadas que ayudaron a descansar mejor. Lo único mejorable, la litera donde durmieron los peques, que al principio no da mucha confianza porque se mueve bastante (pero que los peques durmieron genial también)

We loved the breakfast each morning and found it met all our needs. The bed could have been a little less firm but was supportive. The location was ideal and the staff was quite friendly & helpful.

An oasis in the heart of town
This is a lovely hotel situated in the heart of Jerez de la Frontera. The staff were very friendly and made a real fuss of our two pets. The food was lovely and the hotel is bursting with character. Although the parking was a bit of a pain we managed to sort it out. My only complaint is that we could not leave the dogs alone in the room which meant that my husband and I had to have our meals separately which was very disappointing!

Esta muy bien situado, pero claramente no parece un hotel de 4 estrellas. Instalaciones anticuadas, camas incomodas, olor a humedad. Carece de aparcamiento (otro deficit para ser un 4 estrellas) ni convenio con aparcamientos cercanos. No obstante hay parkings publicos cerca
