Bellissima struttura con giardino piscina e spiaggia molto curati. Personale gentilissimo. Buon cibo ed ampia scelta. La pulizia della camera lasciava un po’ a desiderare. Cuscini dei letti pessimi e biancheria di media qualità.

I like the quietness. I was there on my own for a mini break and I felt safe. The staff were attentive. Just one little moan I was having my last lunch before leaving and a member of staff came to me asking me to come to the front and pay for a late check out. I found this unnecessary and felt a little embarrassed especially as I had asked about paying at the reception the night before and was told to just pay when I was leaving.

Das Personal sowie das Entertainmentteam was super. Das Essen war nicht wirklich einem 5 Sternenhotel würdig. Im Zimmer hatte es erschlagene Mücken samt Blutabdrücke an den Wänden. Das WLAN ging nur in der Lobby und selbst dort nur mittelmässig.

Nice hotel but staff need training and wifi update
The hotel is really well maintained, the place is clean and the facility up to good standards. Very good entertainment team, housekeeping and some of the restaurant staff were also good. Food was ok but nothing special (having been a chef in the past, I could tell how most of the food was recycled from one service to the next). The negative side, rudeness and total lack of standards from the Bar staff at the beach, drinks are very basic, front desk staff don't seems to care/or are unable to handle any situation outside the normal routine of check in/out, WIFI is useless, it is available only in the lobby and this also almost never work, staff is aware the problem has been going on for long time but nothing is being done to fix it.

Eccellente, ci tornerei volentieri.
La spiaggia ampia e sabbiosa, il mare è poco profondo. Le piccole barriere coralline che si possono trovare sono quasi morte ma ci sono alcuni colori sbiaditi e un bel po' di pesci colorati. Il servizio stupendo, il personale è gentile e per niente invasivo, darei il pieno dei voti a tutti! La pulizia più che ottima, ogni giorno li ho visto pulire tutta la struttura da cima a fondo. Il cibo buono, alcune pietanze un pochino spezziate, ma c'era tanta scelta, (pollo, vitello, pesce, verdure, zuppe, pasta, ecc.) e ogni giorno qualcosa alla griglia. La struttura è molto bella. I luoghi comuni particolarmente curati e arredati con gusto, la stanza un pochino meno. Ma comunque era molto comoda e spaziosa. C’è un ristorante a buffette dove vengono serviti i tre pasti principali e poi uno alla carta, che non abbiamo visitato. Ci sono tre bar, uno sulla spiaggia dove servono bibite, uno vicino alla piscina dove offrono anche pizza, insalate e panini e poi quello della lobby. UNICA NOTA NEGATIVA: Oltre a un problema che presumo sia di comunicazione: Noi abbiamo prenotato il transfer dall’aeroporto all’albergo, il prezzo era un pochino più costoso ma abbiamo pensato alla tranquillità e sicurezza. Peccato che dopo aver scritto diverse mail di conferma, al nostro arrivo non c’era nessuno. Ho dovuto contattarli con una mail e dopo più di un’ora e mezza sono arrivati. LA NOTA NEGATIVA: INTERNET Solo nella lobby e con tanta difficoltà. Da risolvere assolutamente.

It was the worst hotel I’ve ever been in Rooms were not safe even the staff struggled to open the door so in case of fire will be really dangerous The safe in the room wasn’t working, food was really bad and not clean.NO WYFI AT ALL I HAD TO LEAVE THE NEXT MORNING TO ANOTHER HOTEL AS DIDNT FEEL SAFE TO STAY WITH MY KIDS AT THIS HOTEL I ADVISE EVERY ONE NOT TO STAY THERE

Great family destination
My family spent a week from the UK we had an amazing time. The staff were extremely helpful polite and friendly. The staff who cleaned our room Islam was very nice too. The environment was really clean and recycling bins available. I know we are definitely going back.

No Internet , no WIFI available in Rooms and very poor WIFI in Lobi. I dont recommend to anyone. Sunbed - very small and not comfortable.

Underbar Semester Väldigt fint facility ,super trevliga och artiga personal , väl städat och ren hotel, magnifika trägårdar , praktiskt, lobby och strandbaren bjuder på goda drinkar och personalen är väldigt trevliga. ( Mahmod, Ala,Yahja , Ahmed) var extra trevliga och duktiga. Mat buffen var en av dem bästa bufféerna vi haft i alla hotell vi har varit i .Väldigt god, kvalitet och varierad mat. Stort tack till restaurangen Executive Chef Amir Embaby och Sous Chef Hani Och Ahmed för den här fantastiska mat upplevelsen. Enda nackdelen som tyvär drar ner på betyget var WiFi. ej tillgänglig i rummen och strular i lobbyn. Vi löste problemet med att köpa eget sim kort med 20G internet för ca. 200 sek. Hotellet rekommenders starkt för båda par och familjer.

The hotel and gardens were very well maintained. The staff were generally extremely helpful and courteous. The food was varied and good quality. Access to the pools and sea were good. The lack of easy access to the internet causes a lot of consternation to guests. If this were resolved I think guests would all be happy and rate the hotel highly.

I can’t describe how much this was the stay of a life time, from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave you are treated the royal treatment. The staff is super friendly the place is immaculate and the food is to die for. We have just returned from having 2 fabulous weeks at the Jaz Belvedere. The hotel was beautiful. The reception and the lobby bar were immaculate and the decor was very classy. The pool area was always kept clean by the staff also the beach was spotless. We could not fault the food at all. Lots of choice there is a pasta station, BBQ outside for meat eaters, lots of vegetable dishes, salad area, fresh fruit, and an array of delicious breads. The staff were outstanding, very attentive to our every need, and always had a smile. Thank you to our waiters (I did get their names to give them a recommendation but didn’t realise the paper was in my husbands shirt pocket and it went in the wash) so we think it was Mamoun and amti. They were always in the first two areas from the door and one always would always say the Italian Bon appatito they were both great. The pool bar did delicious pizzas thank you Mohamed sabre for great service. Housekeeping was also attentive, rooms were spotless and towels were changed every day. I cannot fault this hotel, we had a fabulous relaxing time great staff we will be definitely be back.

Senz’altro un’ottima struttura curatissima sia nel confort delle camere che nella condizione degli esterni. Spiaggia ampia e comoda con distanza tra gli ombrelloni pienamente sufficiente e con paraventi. Ideale per bambini. Struttura relativamente piccola che permette facili spostamenti hall, spiaggia e ristorante. Staff disponibile e cortese. Struttura che rispetta gli standard di ecosostenibilità, tra cui dosatori nelle camere, teli mare più piccolo della norma e sostituibili solo a richiesta. Cibo discreto per uno standar di clientela italiana. Per gli appassionati di snorkeling non è il massimo avendo fronte spiaggia una laguna naturale, quindi la barriera rimane al largo.

Honestly, perfect! Week before xmass so not busy, and staff are going out of their way to make the stay perfect, and they did. The one caviat is loud energetic music played during the day, which I find , ruins the chill of the place, but otherwise, really, one of the best vactions ! Highly recommended.

Can’t fault any of the staff, they were all most helpful. Can’t fault the food or the rooms. Can’t fault anything really, one minor issue was the WI-FI strength, and calls\Data is expensive for UK folks. Other than that I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it to all.
