Stayed 4 days. Never had are room cleaned once had to go to lobby everyday to get dish soap dishwasher soap. Towels. Called ahead for crip or playpen. Never received one ask several times. Had to leave 6pm to go buy one. Not happy to be put in a dangerous situation Rented 2 bedroom suite layout and concept was great. Hotel definitely needs a refresh furniture beat up broken just showing age

They chairs In the hotel suite was badly stained to the point of me, cleaning them myself to sit on them. The carpet in the hallways need to be cleaned also

We reserved a suite. The couch in the main area of the suite had no fabric in the cushions so could not be used. They were not on the couch either (see pictures). The room was adjacent to a side exit that people were coming in and out throughout the night. The linens were not clean and there were only 3 towels for a room that advertised room for 6 people. The room was very cold because the carpet had been shampooed and the AC was left on at 64 degrees. It was very uncomfortable arriving after a long road trip and wanted to sleep. I’ve stayed in Homewood suites before and this was very disappointing. The cleanliness was certainly not up to the standards I’ve come to expect.

Need a total renovation!
I have never stayed in a filthier hotel.. can’t believe Hilton would put their name in it! I couldn’t even eat breakfast the chairs were so filthy
