Needs upgrades as far as the mattress & TV. Basic breakfast & no elevator. Conveniently located & the seafood place across the street is really good with a great view of the lake.

The property is pretty old and the beds squeak under you. We thought that cleaning was ok until we found a shirt from the previous occupant on the floor by the bed. It was not hidden and could have easily been noticed if someone had actually vacuumed the floor. The walls are pretty thin, and I could hear conversations and additional squeaking from the other rooms. The breakfast offered had many options and they checked it frequently.

I love this property. Location is the best. I stayed there on my way to Wisconsin and also on the way back to Pennsylvania. Nothing fancy but clean and welcoming. Staff is very friendly. Certainly would stay there again.

Great breakfast! Everything was overall good.The radiator in the room was loud and old and not very consistent. TV is tiny ! But it was clean and quiet that’s the biggest plus.

Reservation not correct. Up all night from noise of television and people talking. Door did not close properly and handle was broken. Lights did not work with the exception of one.

Clean and well maintained. Some of the best motel coffee I’ve had. Only reason that I didn’t give it 5 stars was that the compressor in the refrigerator was very loud and freezer didn’t refreeze my travel ice packs. Stayed in off season so pretty quiet.

Best Buy for the $
This was a last minute booking to break up a long road trip home. I was greeted immediately upon arrival by a friendly desk clerk who clearly understood we were exhausted. She got us checked in immediately. Breakfast was good & clean. Imagine our surprise when day light revealed a view of Lake Erie. It was nothing fancy, but for the price it was a clean, comfortable, safe place to stay.

The staff were polite and kind. Checking in was very simple and quick. I was told about the amenities and when breakfast was. One morning, I heard housekeeping call out to the occupant of the room that they were coming in. Very nicely done hotel and wonderful staff.
