We were sorry to hear that your stay was not relaxing. With the first warm weekend of the year, some young wasps were woken. As soon as you made us aware the day of your checkout, our maintenance team found the small nest and addressed the issue. We did not find other bugs upon inspection, but sprayed the room just in case. If we had known of your dissatisfaction, we could have immediately addressed the wasps or moved you to a different room. If you'd like to take advantage of the free room night we offered on the phone, just let us know. Best wishes and safe travels.
