The hotel is well located right on the sea on the edge of San Antonio, near Cafe Mambo, etc. Free parking, great breakfast, large pool/garden area, super comfy beds and very friendly and helpful staff. Great stay overall

Amazing spot Ibiza close enough to the action but quiet enough and peaceful for families. The staff was so kind and made our 2 & a half year old feel so special. Definitely will return.

in vacanza per 6 giorni ad ibiza, la struttura situata in un posto strategico per apprezzare sant'antonio e per girare con auto volendo tutta l'isola... il personale e' molto disponibile ed in particolare avendo avuto una piccola difficolta' ho riscontrato nella figura del direttore una persona disponibilissima e collaborativa .. le camere sono pulite ma potrebbe essere curate meglio... unica pecca il cibo che per noi italiani ritengo scarso sia come colazione che come cena... avendo fatto una formula di mezza pensione la prossima volta opterei per il solo pernottamento.

Excellent hotel with a gorgeous pool, decent breakfast, service very good staff is very nice, location only 10 min walk from café mambo so perfect Quality of the pillows could be better and the shower looked old but only small details overall 8.5/10

Really great property, I enjoyed my stay. I love the fact that it was on the boardwalk with easy access to other properties and night life. Not much of a shopping area unless you count souvenir shops as shopping.

Struttura che per la posizione e la vista delle camere potrebbe essere minimo un 4 stelle, se non 5. Purtroppo è molto trascurata, spazi comuni non puliti, camere poco pulite. Staff che non si cura di cosa succede nei corridoi o nelle aree comuni dell’hotel. Cibo al limite, per non dire altro. Peccato.

Hotel em boas condições, numa praia muito boa, ótimo café da manhã. Ficamos apenas uma noite, tendo chegado tarde da noite, então difícil avaliar todas as comodidades, mas no geral tudo ok.

5* price for a 3* hotel
Nice Location, poor service and terrible Air Conditioning Pros: the beach area is lovely and great for sunsets. Lots of nice chilled out bars and restaurants. The location is good, 15 mins walk to the centre of the town but it feels like a more laid back nicer end of the bay. Garden room suite is a nice room , plenty of space and bathroom is good. Cons: The lack of decent air con was a real problem. In July it has been very hot and the air con, while working is useless and could not cool the room, even when returning after a day out the room was still stifling hot. So no respite from the heat. We did report it but the staff here are unhelpful and never smile! Only the staff at the pool bar are friendly. In summary, nice location but the penny pinching on the air con etc makes the high prices unjustified.

Gem of a hotel
What a gem of a hotel. Loved the seafront location beautiful views and a few mins from sunset strip and can walk to everywhere. It’s worth the upgrade to a superior room all newly refurbed with huge bathrooms. The breakfast spread was fabulous with something for everyone and the staff were absolutely lovely. Every single one we came across was so happy especially the pool bar guys serving everybody by there sun beds all day oh and the cocktails are amazing. I have been to Ibiza many times and really enjoyed this hotel. Super quiet and chilled at night aswel.

Heel goed verzorgd hotel met heel behulpzaam personeel. Mooie ruime kamers, met al het nodige dat je wil op verlof. Heel weinig tot geen nachtlawaai, en dit voor in San Antonio te zijn is echt perfect.

The hotel was older, but nice. They offer a very robust breakfast buffet that was included in our room rate. Not too many amenities in the rooms and the bath towels are low quality. Staff are very courteous and helpful.

This hotel is in an ideal location, walkable to the sunset strip, San Antonio town, shops, the aquarium, and various little beach coves for sunbathing and swimming. The hotel has its own pool and garden with plenty of sun loungers. The roof top bar is amazing for clear views of the sunset if you want to avoid the crowds and relax at the hotel, and the range of cocktails is excellent. The breakfast is good and has plenty of variety, and the pool bar is open during the day. The staff are friendly and helpful and will call a taxi for you to get to the airport. The rooms and communal areas are immaculately clean. Overall this hotel is good for families, couples, solo travellers and friend groups as it caters to everyone and there are a range of activities nearby for different tastes. An excellent hotel that is close to the action but far enough away to relax and not get involved if you so choose.

Great Ibiza Hotel
Our favorite hotel in Ibiza so far!! Incredibly friendly staff at the pool, especially Gabriel, Jose and Alex. Gabriel has been the funniest, most engaging and generous waiter we have ever seen! Clean, large rooms with a great balcony, especially when facing sea side. Perfect location walkable to the bus station and central sant antoni, but far enough away for a peaceful night sleep. Also a great rooftop for sunset... Wish we skipped cafe del mar on night 1 and enjoyed it from the hotel rooftop instead. Also an amazing buffet breakfast, one of the best we've seen in Europe. We would definitely stay again when we come back to Ibiza!

Great location and excellent roof terrace for the sunset with cocktails! We stayed in one of the sea view rooms which do not have upgraded bathrooms but the view more than makes up for that. One downside was the sound proofing between rooms isn't great... we could hear next door conversations and the sounds of the room service moving the beds to make them every morning in rooms above and to the side was very loud. But would definitely stay here again, friendly helpful staff and decent pool area.

Property is located on the quiet side of Portmany, yet steps away from the shops and restaurants. Very comfortable beds, large rooms, was able to get a good night's rest. Pool and lawn area were well taken care of and enjoyable. Would highly recommended if you want to be close to the action, but not in it. Great beach coves only a few minutes drive away too!

Frühstück war sehr gut. Preis-Leistung war wunderbar. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 5. Stock und somit eine super Aussicht über die Bucht. Wenn Ibiza, nehmen wir wieder dieses Hotel, weil es insgesamt alles für uns gepasst hat.

Het hotel wordt zeer goed schoon- en onderhouden ! Ligging bij het strand is perfect, helaas aanliggende hotels waren nogal eens luid. Service van het hotel was erg goed. Dit geldt ook voor het ontbijt. Helaas is de geluidisolatie ook in dit hotel matig :-(.
