Perfect for family vacation
I don't usually leave reviews but it's worth my time for this one. Our family really enjoyed staying here with very friendly staff and clean room. Very comfortable stay and complimentary breakfast was extra that added convenience to our stay. Thanks for the great environment. I'd definitely come back here soon.

편리하고 넓은 호텔....
처음 리뷰를 봤을때는 부정적인 이야기가 많아 망설였으나, 레고랜드가 가까워서 이곳을 예약했다. 체크인때도 친절하였고, 방에 가보니 굉장히 넓었으며, 모든 시설이 괜찮았다. 우리 가족들도 무척이나 좋아 했고, 아침식사도 괜찮았다. 단지 와플 제조기가 1개라, 줄서는게 싫어서 이틀동안 맛을 보진 못했지만... 다른 음식들이 괜찮았슴. 청소도 깨끗이 해주고....

The staff was extremely friendly and nice. It’s definitely not a fancy hotel or anything but was clean and the king room was spacious. It had a TV, microwave & mini fridge. Me & my daughter enjoyed the jacuzzi which was also clean. Got the job done for my one night i needed in oceanside.

I saw 4 roaches only one night. Disgusting. We requested to change room but not available. In the morning, the light in the bathroom went off. Very horrible experience

Dirty towels, dirty sheets, dirty floors in the room (our kids feet were black after walking on them). The hot tub was lukewarm. The hallway and room smelled horrible. The staff was friendly.

Motel is on a busy highway which is noisy. We were on the first floor and you could hear the upstairs people. The included breakfast was 2 options for cereal (fruit loops and Raisin Bran) and waffle (that you had to make). Wouldn’t stay again.

Jacuzzi didn’t work not even hot and dirty no lights in pool area, drug dealers around property all night long hanging out on the stair cases ! Loud noisy neighbors kept us up all night staff even yelling and banging on the doors next to us yelling for the customers next door to us

We stayed 1/27-1/28. Convenient freeway access and multiple restaurants/shopping within a couple minutes drive. The staff we interacted with were nice and personable. Hotel was clean and seemed safe, but I didn't give it a full 5 stars because it was a bit dated. It looks like there was an attempt at a renovation, but whoever's in charge was pinching pennies. Overall, I would stay there again. Just keep in mind that it's not the Ritz, but it's certainly not a slum either.

The rooms were poorly lit. They smell moldy. The floors were poorly installed. Bathrooms were old and they do not lock. Breakfast was disappointing. Only serve waffles and coffee was cold.

Our room had a broken door. We had hard time to open the room entrance door from either inside or outside. Never recommend this place. I will be asking refund.

Beds were Comfortable! Room overall Good! No plug outlet for alarm clock near bed! Noisy people outside with slamming car doors & talking loud at 2 AM! People in 225 above us, were walking around with boots gathering their items to leave - Too Noisy, walking back & forth at 6:30 AM!!! So not sound sleep for the night!

Okay for a one night crash pad
One night stay while on the road. Just needed a place to crash. Two-star hotel and you get what you pay for. Easy check in. Room was clean. Bed was firm. In general, older and needs an update (old carpet for baseboards with vinyl plank flooring, peeling wallpaper). Breakfast was basic: waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, coffee, juice. It’s next to the freeway so expect road noise. There is a small pool and a hot tub.

Staff quite nice but property needs help.
Location, close to Scripps, for us, was quite good. Staff very nice and accommodating, and the basics are there. However, property needs ownership to take an interest in improving repairs and aesthetics.
