If you want a beautiful, quiet, clean hotel on the beach, you cannot get any better than Plus Fariones Suite Hotel. The suites are spacious. Rooms cleaned everyday. Hotel has a restful ambiance and is very quiet given the number of residents. Staff were very friendly and answered all our queries knowledgeably.

Fantastic.
Room was lovely and spacious , walk in shower , bathrobes and slippers. Lounge area with TV and channels in various languages including the main English channels. Fabulous choice at breakfast and very clean and new throughout the hotel.

4 star hotel. Very nice although no aircon in the hotel outside your room, so corridors/reception very warm. Nice looking hotel. Room was lovely, very clean. Sea view as booked. I enjoyed our stay however its unfinished. Very noisy as work going on. I was told noise from 10-6. The noise started 9-sometimes till 7.30. I dont nap through the day but i think people need to be warned of this. My husband asked where the gym was and it doesnt exist.. room was full of bugs, most likely from the work. The breakfast delicious, lots of choice, however the service was awful, moved from two tables we were sat as someone was already sitting in them. Then no cutlery and waiters just not paying attention, sat for ages waiting and breakfast went cold. Entertainment was good but service again awful, confusion seemed to reign and there was no organisation, we sat for ages and my husband had to go to the bar for drinks. Loads of waiters but lacking direction. This happened 3 times during our stay. Maid service good but, one morning I returned from breakfast and wished to use the toilet and the maid told me to come back, I understand she has a job todo but I have a condition, she didnt understand and was adamant she was finishing the room, I did wait but think if the customer wants in the room they should respect that and leave. The hotel lovely but so many issues. We stayed in a 4 star 5 days before this one with no issues.

Das Fariones Suites Hotel ist ein schönes 4**** Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, komfortabel -- aber ohne Klimaanlage. Daher ist auch der Dinner-/Frühstücksraum muffig und stickig. Dass die Corona-Epidemie das Hotelpersonal vor Probleme stellt, ist bekannt und bedauerlich. Nicht nachzuvollziehen und erklärlich (es wurde mir auch auf mehrmaliges Nachfragen nicht erklärt) ist, dass es nach den ersten Einschränkungen durch die Regierung keinen Alkohol mehr zum Abendessen gab (kein Bier, kein Wein). Seit wann fördert der Genuss von Wein beim Essen den Virus? Genauso unverständlich, ja geradezu dumm und unverständlich: Mein RückFlug ging nachmittags um 16:00 Uhr. Mittlerweile war in Spanien Ausgangssperre verhängt worden. Ich habe daher gebeten, bis um 14:00 Uhr (statt Auschecken 12:00 Uhr) das Zimmer behalten zu dürfen, um dann um 14:00 Uhr mit dem Taxi zum Flughafen zu fahren. Obwohl das Hotel nicht einmal zur Hälfte belegt war, wurde dies abgelehnt (bzw. nur bei Zahlung einer weiteren Nacht erlaubt), und ich musste das Zimmer um 12:00 Uhr verlassen und bis 14:00 Uhr im öffentlichen Versammlungsraum warten (was ja gerade in Zeiten des Virus vermieden werden soll). Das ist eines gut geführten 4****Hotels nicht würdig!!!

Nice hotel lovely location, great views very clean. What i did not like no window in bedrooms throughout hotel exvept for a few suites. We upgraded to one 30euro per night definately worth it. Also no air conditioning on in hotel we were informed until April, as it was unseasonally hot bit stuffy at night. Would def stay again but only in Suite. Right on beach right by shops old town beach etc great location.

It’s corridors felt like a multi storey carpark, unsightly and dark. The hotel room was dark and small with no natural light and very dim bulbs, it was impossible to get ready in there and the darkness of the room gave me a head ache. The smell of cigarettes came through into our bedroom from either next door or below us so we couldn’t sleep in there with our 10 month old baby. We instead slept on the floor of the living area. The steps into the living area felt dangerous for our baby. The hotel has been refurbished but I would say to a very poor quality compared to the photos online. We were very disappointed upon our arrival after paying for a suite. The breakfast was poor also. The staff were friendly but the hotel itself was a let down. It’s only good point was the location.

Ero già stato l'anno precedente in questa struttura, quando arrivammo ci diedero una bella stanza meglio disposta. Questa volta ci hanno dato una stanza pessima a parità di tipo di prenotazione. Rumorosa, sul corridoio principale, con camera da letto buia. Non era ben pulita, le lenzuola sono state cambiate solo una volta in 12 giorni e il kit di cortesia mai reintegrato. Chiesto di cambiare stanza la reception questa volta è stata molto scortese e deludente soprattutto considerato che eravamo clienti abituali di fiducia. Ala in ristrutturazione con rumore e attesa per l'apertura della nuova struttura a 100 mt. Probabilmente ormai puntano sul nuovo hotel.

This was a fantastic hotel, staff were fantastic,very efficient and friendly x It was my partners birthday on our second day here I didn’t make them aware of his birthday, but we arrived home after being out all day to a lovely bottle of champagne and a selection of small cakes. This was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. The only criticism I have of this hotel is the air conditioning was turned off so it was quite warm in the room . All in all we had an excellent stay. Thank you Saoirse and Gary ( Dublin)

Room was very nice and clean. Some of the staff at the reception and the dining room were quite abrupt. Clearly they had priorities that didn’t not involve the guests queries and were quite happy you should wait until they were good and ready to acknowledge you. Not all were of course but enough do that that is what I remember. At the rate you pay I think you can expect a little courtesy. Breakfast was really nice and a wonderful selection.

Overpriced hotel for what it provides!
The room was good,although the extractor fan in the bathroom appeared not to work. Spacious suite wth lovely bathroom and comfortable bed.Good separate living area. Nice balcony,let down by cheap metal table and uncomfortable chairs. Restaurant served standard buffet food for both breakfast and dinner.Unless cooked while you waited,most of the hot food under the heat lamps was generally lukewarm! Tables very close together and more especially at breakfast,people were getting in each other’s way. It would help if the restaurant staff smiled a bit more! The area around the pool again could be busy and it was the same old story of people getting there early and putting their towels on the sunloungers,and then hardly using them! In a hotel leaflet,it said that staff would remove towels if the sunloungers weren’t being used,but as usual,nothing was ever done. The location to the beach and the town is great. We weren’t affected by the building work on the hotel next door,but I gather that if your room was that side of the hotel,you might be. The internet connection at the hotel was awful.It was totally hit and miss wether it was working.I think we reported the problem at least three times but it was potluck as to when it worked. We ended up going to local bars etc just to use their WiFi. Drinks at the hotel are reasonably priced,but there is a lot of competition from bars/restaurants within close proximity Overall though,an overpriced hotel!Will not stay again!

Siamo stati in vacanza presso l'hotel Fariones Playa nel mese di settembre e la nostra esperienza è stata assolutamente positiva: posizione ottimale, personale sempre disponibile, sia il buffet del ristornate che il bar della piscina offrono un servizio efficiente e completo. La struttura è curata, moderna e la zona piscina da favola con accesso privato su una spiaggia da sogno.

Ottima location, al centro di puerto del carmen
ottima struttura, situato sulla spiaggia due passi dal centro di puerto del carmen. servizio perfetto, pulizia della camera eccezionale (addiruttura un giorno la nostra donna non c'era e la sostituzione era evidentemente inferiore), menu ripetitvo conviene cenare fuori, caffe pietoso, macchina automatica pessima anche per il cappuccino. Aree totalmente inutilizzate. Camera top. Ottimo anche il centro fitness gratuito a 100 mt con Tessa dalle mani d'oro. I corridoi sembrano immensi e sprecati come in un grande alveare senza personalizzazione. sembra una caserma. Pessima la concomitanza di pulizia e lavaggio dei corridoi esattamente allo stesso orario a tutti i piani. Alle 8 per andare a fare colazione devi fare un giro pazzesco per evitare le signore che lavano tutti i corridoi contemporaneamente

We stayed here from the 12 to 26 july. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only complaint I have is about the bed in the sitting room it was a bit hard to sleep on. The breakfast was brilliant any food you could think of was there. The entertainment team brilliant for adults and children. The entertainment started at 12.00 and went on to 5.00 and then started again in the evening. I found the sun beds situation ok we had to be up by 8 as there was 10 in my group so we wanted beds together. When you put your towel down you had to stay with your bed or they would leave a note to tell you they would be taking it back. Which I think was fair Over all we enjoyed our stay and will be returning

Staff in general very helpful, would have given better marks but for one member of staff. You need to be early to find sun beds with sun brollies ( reasonable amount of brollies).

Nice 3/4* hotel in Puerto del Carmen
Nice location/ breakfast One of the hotel parts was under renovation so he heard a little bit of nose during the day. The hotel is a bit old and the shared facilities would need a bit of renovation but the rooms were comfortable and modern. The personal was friendly although they refused to serve us lunch at 15:20, after we waited 10 min to get their attention because the kitchen was closing at 15:30... Not so service friendly. We are outside instead.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms. All rooms have a sea view and the pool is just steps away from the beach. Breakfast was good and the hotel staff were friendly. Close to lots of restaurants and bars, but not noisy.

Schöner Ort für Ausflugsziele aller Art: Fahrten zu den Feuerbergen, entlang der herrlichen Küste, zum Tauchgang mit dem UBoot, Spaziergänge am Strand, Shopping auf der Einkaufsmeile. Danach entspannen am Pool.

Great hotel and views close to everything
Third time at this hotel and can’t fault it service good rooms great and view is wonderful fully recommend if in Puerto del Carmen

Lovely hotel
Very nice hotel spotlessly clean, we had a loft suite which was amazing, with a view of the pool and beach. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone, huge selection of fruit cereals breads etc plus hot buffet. We didn’t stay in the hotel in the evenings so can’t comment on the entertainment. We had lunch a couple of times by the pool bar it was delicious but a bit pricey. Also use of beach towels so easier than bringing your own.

Mycket trevligt hotell som ligger centralt, är strandnära och håller ganska så hög klass. Boka i god tid så får du bättre pris.
