비싸지만 그럭저럭 묵을만 함.
50만원짜리아닌 5만원짜리 모텔같았음. 전반적으로 깨끗하고 깔끔하지만 오래되고 냉장고없고 에어컨 리모컨 작동하지않고 에어컨 소리가 너무나 큼. 타임스퀘어 한 블럭 거리라 위치 넘나좋으나 밤에 사이렌소리 장난아님. 직원 굉장히 친절함.

Good location and service.
위치가 좋고 1층 직원분이 정말 친절 하셨어요. 대부분 호텔이 그렇지만 체크아웃날 무료로 짐도 맡길 수 있고, 저는 이용하지않았지만 조식도 무료 제공인 것 같았어요. 방이 많이 작다는게 흠인데 그래도 크리스마스에 이 가격 이 위치에 뉴욕에서 보낼 수 있어서 좋았어요. This hotel was good. They were kind, and location was near the time square. The room was small, but everything was good except it. My friend and I are satisfied with this hotel.

Canceled our room two days before our trip, with no explanation (we booked two months in advance). Said they would provide us a different hotel, then did not reserve anything, and we had to call expedia 4 times over the course of a day and arrived at the hotel with no room booked for us. Then, we ended up having to pay almost double out of our own pocket to stay in the hotel A truly horrible experience.

It was closed and Expedia did not let me know or book me into another hotel. So here I am walking up and down the Streets of Manhattan trying to find a hotel. (I was told Expedia may have booked me in another hotel 10 blocks away - but alsa not the case

I never got to stay at property. When I arrived, I was directed to a sign on door that informed me all reservations had been transferred to a Tryp hotel 12 blocks away. No record of my reservation when I got there. Still have not received a refund after 2 calls to Expedia at this point.

Good location! Everything else is just okay
The location is great but the accommodations are small (anyone on the bigger end of "normal" will probably feel cramped. The reception desk was trying to resolve a problematic check-in (lost reservation) and, while I appreciate that for the person they were helping, I had to wait a good 15 minutes before they helped me (which took less than 2 minutes) and they didn't even acknowledge the wait. Overall a perfectly adequate stay but I am glad I was only there for one night.

There is no parking! I had to find parking and pay $74 per day instead of the $45 per day advertised. The room was too cold and no adjustment was made when we asked about it. (I’m from Maine so when I say the room was too cold, it was actually chilly). The property is fairly dirty and poorly kept. It was a huge difference from other properties we have stayed at with a similar price point.

I liked the good price, especially considering how close to Times Square it was. Yes, the place could definitely use some updating and the room was small, but the staff were very friendly and helpful, my room was clean, and liked the motion detector switches for the lights. I'd stay here again.

Staff was decent enough. Room was small even by NY standards. Had to crawl across bed to access other side of room. Location was good though if your intent is to access Broadway shows. So it worked for me.

Reasons we will not come back.
1.The TV did not work. On day 2 of 3 days the needed remote appeared. 2. The landline phone did not work. It would have been nice to call the front desk to report these problems. Still not working when we left. 3. The hallway carpeting was wet- all 3 days. 4. The curtains do not fit the windows very well.

The lobby was non existent, elevator slow and flooring of it poorly placed, my room was stifling, it was full of dust, very small, bathroom tub needed a covering like from bath fitters, bathroom floor sticky and needed regrouping, window air conditioner needed filter changed and the vents were loose, the toilet would periodically run in the middle of the night. I was charged for the room at check in rather than check out. I’m could go on and on but why when nothing will be improved

Expedia's 2.5 star rating of this hotel was overly generous. It's been years if not decades since it was even given a minimal facelift. The fixtures were rusting, the bathtub mat was peeling up & water took forever to drain. Thank goodness there weren't a lot of people because I heard every sound in the hallway. There is no way that 2 people could have occupied this room - a "double". I thought it was a bargain, but it was just cheap.

This hotel was in very bad condition and not clean at all. There were stains and fluid and dirt on the comforter, holes in the wall and the ceiling (which had toilet paper stuffed in it), blood on the bathroom door and bugs. Would definitely not recommend!!

The lobby was like a warehouse for item. When we got to our room it was old and out dated Thing was broken and old. The Tv, Telephone and the safe was broken. For the price we paid it was a said state did repair. even if we had a view the window were so dirty you could not even see out. The new room was no better everything was old and broken. The safe was not working in there either

Fine Budget Hotel

The staff was very friendly, and helpful. Great location close to theatre district and Easy walk to Times Square. The building is old and rooms are small and dates, which was ok as we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. The A/C is a window unit that did not cool the room very well. Glad it was not a hot weekend. We were on a budget coming to New York, and this fit our criteria. It was probably cheaper by NYC standards, but still expensive enough.

This hotel is a nice one very close to everything in the Time Square tourist area, the room are very small… The employee of the front desk is amazing Germán he is A plus employee, the other front desk agent of the night shift he is very good too, but I only speak with Germán in the day shift, overall for the price you pay it is a great location!!!

Disappointed
The room was very small but adequate. There was one very small window with an obstruction. The bed was comfortable, but when I went to take a show there was no water, and failing that a bath, there was only a drip drip from the tub faucet. Bottom line, the staff was friendly and competent, but I wanted/needed to take a shower, or failing that a bath, and I couldn't. I had a good sleep but left not feeling clean.

Basic but fine
It is an Econo Lodge so pretty basic. The room was small, you had to scoot around to the otherside of the bed. But functional. Perfectly fine for just hitting the bed at the end of the day.
