We're so sorry to hear you were disturbed by noise outside of your window. The property does not have any deliveries scheduled between the hours of 8 PM and 7 AM, and certainly had nothing delivered at 1:30 AM. Unfortunately, as much as we wish we did, we do not have full control of the surrounding areas and neighbors. Again, we are terribly sorry to hear that you were disturbed overnight. We're sorry you arrived at the property on a day that the pool heater malfunctioned. Our Managers on Duty indicated that appropriate accommodations were made for our guests. We also are disappointed you did not enjoy the lobby fragrance - a DoubleTree brand standard that often gets rave reviews. Thak you for taking the time to share your feedback.
