Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. you was 3 double bed and out of 3 room one room have heat problem and we upgrade your room right away, and then you stay with us 3 night and why you have get refund after using our service for 3 night and no one ask for refund any way because out of 3 room there is no one have any trouble and in your every room have more guest then limit . you talk about rude staff ,but our staff asked 3 time about pet and you inform us you don't have pet but you have pet and our hotel policy is no pet policy so you have misunderstanding about but i am sorry but my staff have to follow policy.
