We always stay at this hotel when we travel to Brooksville. The rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of car parking. A good range of hot and cold options are included for breakfast

Very comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast area was clean, well stocked and delicious. The motel was quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

We stayed overnight and found the front desk lady Reena to be very pleasant and helpful on check in. The room was very nice and the free breakfast had many choices including hot cinnamon rolls, oatmeal and cheese omelets with sausage prepared by Yanitza. I would stay here again and recommend to travelers to Florida.

We did not require full cleaning service daily but the cleaning staff came in and tidied the beds and left plenty of towels and supplies for our party of five daily. That was a big plus! Front desk employees were always cheerful. The pool left something to be desired and was a bit buggy. Breakfast after a couple of days became redundant with the same choices daily. The pancake maker was broken. The room seemed damp in the evening and the public restrooms on the first floor were out of service for renovations. Overall, this place was decent and reasonably priced. Some simple tweaks could make it great.

There were a couple problems with my room. I DID NOT reserve a handicapped room but they said I did. The shades in the room did not go up so I never saw daylight.

The lobby was under construction, and it was a mess. I went back to the Expedia listing, thinking I had missed the warning about the work. There still wasn’t any alert for travelers. The breakfast, offered with the stay, was surrounded by the mess. There was lots of noise and workers everywhere. Even the desk clerk had to wear a dust mask. We were very disappointed.

The property was under renovation which was not mentioned when I booked my stay. You couldn't go in the lobby, they were removing the tiles with shovels(very noisy). Would not stay there again.

The staff was great, very accommodating and the breakfast was lovely! I would absolutely stay there again. Rooms were spacious and included a microwave & minifridge, which for a family is pretty great!
