올드타운 중심가에 위치해 있어서 관광이나 이동이 편리했습니다. 기본적인 것은 제대로 갖춰져 있는 호텔이었고, 체크아웃 후 짐 보관 및 공항 이동도 편리했고, 근처에 좋은 레스토랑과 베이커리, 카페 등이 많아 좋은 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다!

Great Service and Friendly Staff
I visited Riga for a conference. I stayed 4 nights at this hotel. This hotel has good location (center of old town), great service, friendly staff, and value for money! I really enjoyed staying this hotel. But, the only problem is that it is a little bit noisy at night. Lots of pubs nearby! Except this, everything is satisfactory!

The name of the hotel displayed outside is 'Viesnica Domus Hotel' instead of 'Rija Domus Hotel' as advertised. The hotel is in the middle of all the top attractions of the city and, as such, all types of shops and restaurants can be found in its close vicinity. The room was clean and adequately furnished but the shower area in the en-suite bathroom is too small with slow water flow and the soap dispenser can be a hazard at the time of taking shower. The buffet breakfast was awesome with many unconventional options. The staffs at the reception were polite and helpful. Overall the hotel is one of the best options to stay in Riga for an easily affordable price.

The hotel is advertised as a three star hotel, but it should be 1.5 star. The only advantage is its proximity to Riga’s rail and bus stations and the historic neighborhood. The rooms are very basic, the plumbing is old and smelly, and the pillow and blankets had odor. On Friday night and the weekend there is loud music coming from the square nearby. It is a budget option but I wish I spent more money to get something more comfortable.

Hotel is right in the middle of Old Town. A lot of pubs and restaurants around. Because of this the place is noisy till 11pm or so. There was no AC, no safe in the room. Good breakfast though.

Fanns inte varmvatten på två dygn så vi fick duscha i kallvatten, ingen kompensation eller ursäkt av boendet. Besviken! Det låg en BAJSKORV på golvet i hissen en morgon, fruktansvärt äckligt! Frukost: Juice, yoghurt osv va varmt och allmänt låg kvalité på frukosten. Kaffet va gott! Städning: Smuts på golv och väggar i rummet. Badrum va ostädat och luktade ofräscht. Läge: Mitt i centrum, gångavstånd till det mesta. Sängar: Hårda, varma plastlakan och ingen bäddmadrass. Ventilation: Obefintlig!

The location of this hotel is very central and the staff that I encountered were very friendly. One thing just to note is that whilst the bed and room were fine to sleep in they did remind me of student halls/ dorm rooms, very basic looking so if aesthetic is something that you are looking for and you want a room that looks more luxurious - you wont find it here. That is not a negative and I would happily stay here again esp as the soundproofing from the street was very good.
