I have to admit being disappointed in this hotel based on the reviews I saw here. While there is nothing terrible about this hotel, I would be hard pressed to recommend it. The whole facility seems a bit run down and a little dirty- nothing that would make you pack up and leave, but enough to cause you to frown a little. The price was decent and it is very conveniently located if you're doing the Kingman to Seligman section of Route 66 as we did, but I believe there are better options nearby. As an example, there was no hair dryer in the room because (as the front desk clerk said) the hotel's electrical system couldn't handle the load if multiple rooms used one at the same time. Also there was no anti-slip mat or stickers in the tub which could be a safety issue for some. My advice- get your kicks somewhere else along Route 66.

Across the street from a Fabulous museum on the history of the local Native American tribes and early county history of culture interaction.Easy access to Kingman turquoise mine shop. Walking distance to town.

This is a basic overnight accommodation. It is clean, quiet, and the staff is courteous. It is no frills however. No breakfast or even coffee in the rooms. Adding a small coffee service to the rooms would be beneficial to the business I would think.

Clean and inexpensive.
This place is clean and very inexpensive. No coffee pots, no shampoo and conditioner. So, bring your own.

Great location
This is a bare bones classic motel. The staff is friendly and efficient. The room is simple but clean. If it is a first floor room you can probably park a few feet from your room. They used to offer a simple breakfast and coffee ir tea. Not anymore. The tv channels are a little limited. Ample parking for larger vehicles. Great location long walk or short drive to 3 brew pubs (blackbrige is great and about 0.5 mile). Very close to highway 40 and on rte 66. The museums are across the street. If you like simple, convenient, and a good price then this is your place.

Wonderful Room, Friendly Staff
Although the inn/motel is in need of a remodeling, the room I stayed in had been updated and was spotless, including the carpet. My feet were clean after walking on it and it didn't feel "clammy". The bathroom area had tile and the shower a complimenting marble like tile. I care more about how clean a room is more than the outside upgrade. There is a dorm sized refrigerator with small freezer and small microwave. Both the evening and morning clerk were respectfully friendly. Although I didn't need it, I think I noticed an ice machine was at the perpendicular corner of the buildings. Given the location is off a main, the main street, it was quiet inside my room. There are several (non-fast food) places to eat and the building is located in a walking distance to Historic Route 66 and attractions. (There are a few fast foods in this section of Kingman.) Less than ten minutes on I-40 (towards Flagstaff), exit 51, are all the modern places, restaurant and fast food, to eat and shopping. When returning to Kingman, I will most definitely stay here again.

This was a motel in need of a makeover, but since it was only 1 night - the price was right. I stayed here to be fairly close to a high speed EV charger. The room was clean, there was no elevator but the bathtub was spotless & roomy.

No 'frills' but everything you would want is provided along with unusual helpful additions such as grab bar next to toilet for handicapped travelers. Staff were very nice and helpful.
