굉장히 좋았어요. Loft floor 랑 ground floor 1bedroom 중 고민을 하다가 loft가 더 전망이 예쁘다고 해서 loft에서 숙박을 했어요. 하지만 ground floor는 넓어서 좋을것같아요. 스파 욕조가 매우 크고 좋아요 주차 공간도 한 집당 하나씩 널널하고 아주 좋았어요 그리고 엄청 조용하고 예뻐요 It was great. I was worried about loft floor and ground floor 1bedroom, but I stayed in the loft room.because i thought the loft room's view would be more beautiful. But the ground floor is spacious and I think it would be nice to have a separate room. The spa bath is very big and good. Also it has two terrace. The parking space was also very nice, one per house. And it's pretty quiet and beautiful.

Amazing😍 for two bed room come with two spa baths apartment and two sofa beds. You will get full block of house upstairs and downstairs and Great view at the back yard.

Great set up for families. Comfortable and lots of room and thoughtful details. Loved the soaking spa tubs and appreciated the laundry. Just a short walk to Wentworth Falls.

We liked the size of the room and the location. Would have been nice if there were tea cups. Apart from that it was wonderful

The room looked great all was well until the power to all the power points went out and could not be restored at 10pm. There was a constant dripping sound all night as water was leaking from the ceiling. In the morning there was no hot water and no-one at the property to fix the issue. As I left I slipped on water at the bottom of the stairs and pulled a muscle in my back. Serious issues with this property and no assistance from staff until I had to leave for my morning meeting.

Absolutely lovely place to relax & recharge. Wentworth falls walking track & blue mountains tracks close. Out loft apartment was amazing with lovely birdlife at your balcony. Interior was so lux & just an amazing place to relax. Highly recommend.

We had a good stay here and the property was well equipped and looked after. The jet bath was a real bonus. Unfortunately our key was not left in the lock box which meant we had to try the emergency number which did not work for a long time to get someone out to give us the ticket. However it was sorted and the subsequent stay was good. Great distance from all the top spots

Really enjoyed our stay, the location was absolutely stunning being surrounded by all the beautiful nature. There was plenty of light and space! We did notice that there were a number of dead beetles embedded in the carpet around the patio doors that had been there a while but other than that the property was very clean. Very easy check in and out process and the staff were friendly. Would absolutely rebook when visiting the blue mountains again and we’ve already recommended to family and friends

Cute place but in need of some updates. We arrived after reception was closed and had to call to get access to our unit. They said we should have received an email with instructions but we did not. The book in the unit said there was not a WiFi password but there was we were told the next morning when we checked out. We did not have WiFi and also our television had an error due to internet so we were not able to watch it. Otherwise the unit had what we needed.

Very good stay
Good facilities, Mostly very clean, outside seating areas were a bit messy but aside from this pretty good. Could do with some extra coffee, milk, toilet paper etc but again, reception were very quick with replenishment.

Falls Mountain Retreat was wonderful. Apartments are spacious, quiet, very clean. It was great to arrive on a cool day to find the gas log fire lite, very cosy. My only suggestion is that clothes airers would be beneficial, clothes dyers shouldn’t be the only option offered.

Beautiful spot, only a short stroll to Wentworth Falls lookout. Lovely manicured gardens and super peaceful with all the amenities you could need. Comfortable bed with nice linens.

We absolutely loved staying here with our friends. It is very safe, quiet, private, and spacious. You can walk to Wentworth Falls and it is close to restaurants and shopping. Amenities included a kitchen, laundry, coffee/tea and a large Jacuzzi tub in lower and upper units. Staff are promptly responsive to any questions from us tourists including local recommendations for attractions and dining. We highly recommend "Fed" as we enjoyed a great breakfast in a beautiful home like setting. We highly recommend this resort.

It's an excellent location and would have been great in its day but definitely getting a bit faded - ragged carpets, bit of mould and rust in the bathroom, dryer that doesn't. Make sure you get an upstairs room (I didn't) as they would have a lovely view of the trees - whereas downstairs you're looking mainly a the courtyard wall which blocks the view. For the price it's OK but definitely needs a refurb.

Upstairs units have a view over a nice forest.
Rooms upstairs have a lovely view and much nicer than downstairs which I found dark. Spa bath not suitable for elderly people or anyone with disabilities. It’s a big climb up slippery tiles to the shower which is inside the spa bath. Units well equipped with friendly staff.

The location, peace and calm was wonderful. Unfortunately the facility maintenance was poor. TV did not work, broken bedside light, gas fire stopped working, low-volume noise from the neighbouring unit came through the walls... It all took the shine off a great place to stay.

Great position for the walks. The unit was tired, curtains were falling down, coffee table edges coming off and reattached using a sticker. We told the staff about the curtains on the first day but never heard back.
