호텔이라고 하기엔... 불편하지는 않음.
일단 로마의 수미진골목처럼 느껴지고 간판도 전혀없음. 호텔은 아니고 게스트하우스임. 3층에 묵었는데 엘리베이터 없음. 다만 최근에 리모델링한 객실은 깨끗하고 좋았고 후미진 골목으로 보인곳이 하루지나면 꽤운치있어 보임. 객실 청소등도 깔끔하고 일단 메트로역이 가까움. 테르미니역에서 2정거장. 주변관광지 도보로 20~30분. 20분거리에 Corea라는 한인식당도 있고 한인마트도 있음. 전체적으로 괜찮음.

This is a great boutique hotel, a short walk to Trevi Fountain. It also is a super location for stop #8 on the hop-on, hop-off busses (which we highly recommend). We found our room to be excellent - we had the sauna room. Super spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were close to many great eateries and cafes. I would have no issues staying here again if we get back to Rome!

This was a hotel that provided true value and allowed us to make our 2 week trip to Rome a reality. We knew we would spend minimal time in the hotel because our focus was on sight seeing. We wanted the fundamentals only from the hotel and they delivered. It was very clean. Rooms were cleaned and towels changed daily. The location was excellent! We were close to multiple metro stops and could easily walk to the Trevi fountain, the Coliseum, Roman Forum, Spanish Steps, Borghese gardens, and Roma Termini. It was surrounded by multiple shopping and dining options. The staff was very knowledgeable. Very safe area. There was a smallish elevator which always worked and was very helpful for taking luggage to the 3rd floor. We definitely recommend Excellence Suite to anyone looking for a great value!

The power went out during our stay twice. One time was during the middle of a shower in the most inconvenient time. There are hardly any amenities. Only toilet paper, 2 cups, mini fridge, a safe and hot water kettle. Everything else will be self provided. Daily House keeping and fresh towels are available. All and all I would not stay here again.

Gentile Jerry,la ringraziamo per il suo feedback.Premesso che in bagno sono presenti oltre al set di asciugamani completo, gel doccia shampoo in abbondante quantità, sapone, cuffie e asciugacapelli, sarebbe stato sicuramente più corretto da parte sua se avesse anche spiegato il motivo per cui la corrente è andata via per ben 2 volte e solamente nella sua camera.Le risultava difficile dire che per ben 2 volte ha attaccato alle prese di corrente un dispositivo ad alto assorbimento e senza il necessario riduttore, rischiando di far saltare il circuito elettrico della sua camera.Il dispositivo di sicurezza presente in ciascuna camera ha evitato il peggio.La prima volta, anche se con fatica, possiamo provare a comprendere la sua disattenzione ma la seconda volta, dopo che era stato informato, no

Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption. Der Aufzug ist mittlerweile in Betrieb, manchmal hört man sein Piepsen wenn er fährt auch in seinem Zimmer. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral! Die Metrohaltestelle Barberini ist gleich um die Ecke. Der Fernseher hing in unserem Zimmer recht unpraktisch hoch an der Wand sodass, wenn man ihn nutzen wollte, eine sehr steile Neigung des Nacken nötig gewesen wäre. Aber draussen war die Welt viel interessanter, sodass er bei uns keinen Nutzen gefunden hat. Im Zimmer gibt es alles was man braucht und die Reinigungskräfte sind äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Eine zweite Bettdecke gab es auf Anfrage auch. Jedoch waren die Betten bzw. die Bettdecke nicht bezogen, sondern das Innenfutter der Decke lag auf dem Bezug und nicht in ihm. Das war etwas komisch. Für die zweite Decke bekamen wir leider keinen Bezug. Dies lässt sich bestimmt einfach beheben. Uns war es nicht so wichtig.

Overall the place is good!!! But I suggest need to have at least one person who will get the call from outside/customer like what happened to me my flight is early than expected due to my flight schedule I know that is not the hotel fault but need costumer help we arrive around 7:30 am the checking time is 9:00 am I keep calling the phone listed and keep pressing the door bell nobody answered. That day is so so cold out we need a shelter to keep warm even the premises accomodation like a reception area but no body help us. We walk to the neighbors hotel and we saw they have receptionist at the counter 24/7. I wish this hotel do the same thing.

Questo per un motivo molto semplice, i servizi si pagano.Il nostro managment ha seguito un'altra politica è offre la disponibilità del servizio di reception dalle 9 alle 18 e un numero attivo 24h per qualsiasi esigenza.E' strano pensare che tu chiamassi un numero per diverso tempo e nessuno ti rispondesse, mentre l'hotel vicino, al quale ti sei rivolto, ha ricevuto risposta alla prima chiamata.

La fachada no se ve muy bien, pero por dentro es un hotel bonito y limpio. Estuvimos en la última habitación, tiene cielos altos y un baño espacioso y bonito. La ubicación está muy bien, cerca de la Fontana di Trevi y bastante silencioso para dormir.

Good location, very close to metro and bus stop. Close to restaurants and shops, walk distance. There is an elevator. Bathrooms were recently reformed and shower is good. Simple room but enough. Best Room for Price - Comfotable Pillowtop Bed.
This place is awesome. It is one of the few places in Rome we found with a King Pillowtop Bed. The checkin time was nice. It is way up a bit of a hill but totally worth it. Its very centrally located. Some noise from the streets but not bad. The lift works well and fits 2 people. The garden is cool down stairs. Staff is friendlt. The room has a tub and a shower so pay extra and get the bigger suite. We booked 2 extra nights because we loved it so much. We will return again. Very spacious and comfortable room.
