Dear Mr Lopez Galceran we are very sorry to read that your stay was not up to the expectation bearing in mind that you were paying a rate out of the range of that specific week. We allcoate the room you requested and tried all we could to make sure your stay was a pleasant one. When we have been informed by our reception that your internet was not working, we called the engineer who came on the same day to find out there was no problem about our WeFi but with the connection you were trying to use with a Peruvian mobile with a chip from Spain. We actually worked on the issue very proactively and the only way you could have made it work was by re configurate the server of your phone. Shame this incident that was out of our control as our WifI was at 100% in all area (included your room), had a repercussion on the final experience you have had Hoping you will fix the situation with the phone for the future Regards

Very sorry your experience was ruined by the breaking of the Air Cond machine. These things happened, all products may fail sometime.But we are happy the team offered you an alternative room, as this shows the proactivity of the employees. It is a real shame you refuse it without wanting to see it. It would have been the best solution on a bank holiday where no Ac engineer would come to fix the issue We really hope you understand that from our side, we have done everything that was in our power.
