Knowing our guests appreciate the effort the Kasseris family put to create a welcoming environment is a great reward for us.Regarding your dissatisfaction with our private transfer services, we would like to inform you that in our 10 years of operation, our driver has never been that late to pick up our guests in order to create a bad experience. That is why we believe that an 8/10 rating should not be representative of our service’s performance overall, let alone of your whole review (for reference, our evening shift employee reported that you got picked up from the airport 2-3 minutes after you called to report the driver being late while he was actually outside of the arrival gates waiting for you).Regarding the next day’s departure, 2/9/23 we helped you free of charge with the hotel’s car from our hotel until the closet gate of the port. We offer that help free of charge to all of our guests in order not to walk with their bags from and to the gates since all of the Medieval City’s streets is covered with pebbles. I was personally checking in other guests while Goerge was already helping the next arrival from the gate when you were told to kindly wait George at our parking space in order to help you until the gate. Again, we are very sad if you really think that that we “were late” for that transfer since it wasn’t a transfer but simple a free of charge help. All of our suites have plenty of pictures and full descriptions in all of our online selling source so you couldn't miss seeing the pictures or reading that the suite has levels and stairs. You could have chosen another suite located on the ground floor suitable to your needs. Moreover, we never had a request during your stay to change suites. We would move you to another suite if requested. We believe rating us 6/10 for this reason it is unfair as basically staying in that particartly suite was your choice.
