Vacances en crête
Très bon séjour, personnel très agréable et sympathique. L’appartement spacieux et comfortable. Hôtel tres bien placé avec des restaurants autour. Parfait pour les vacances. Nous avons passé des très bonnes vacances !!! Merci à toute l’équipe.

Leider hat es keine Rampe oder ähnliches um den Koffer ins Hotel zu bringen. Man muss diesen die Treppe hochtragen. Der Eingang des Hotels sieht nicht einladend aus, das Hotel und Zimmer an sich war jedoch sehr schön.

Court séjour et heureusement vu les prestations proposées excessives, 20 euros par personne pour le petit déjeuner, 30 euros le diner... quand on voit les restaurants locaux à proximité le choix est vite fait. L'établissement est vétuste et le ménage pas fait malgré nos relances

It would have been fine for third/half the price. Lots of problems in the room wihch were partly sorted out. I understand it is supply and demand but for the cost I woudl expext it to be much nigher standard.

Hotellet väldigt bra och trevligt omgivningen blandat gatan man skulle parkera hyrbilen på var mörk smutsig och väldigt dåligt skick vi kom sent och det var så mörkt att vi hade problem att hitta in på anläggningen Men väl inne på plats blev vi väl mottagna.

Loved the amout of space for 4 people in the same room, very clean, close to resturants and shops. Great customer service. Everyone was so nice. Depending on what you plan to do on crete. You will probaly need a rental car if leaving the area of the hotel. Also, about 1 hour dive to next major city in crete. If you want to stay away from crowds this is the place to stay.

Familiehotell med grei standard og ok plassering
Fint hotell til grei pris. Minus for at leiligheten var langt fra frokost- og bar-/restaurantområdet. Hyggelig service fra de ansatte. Minus for service på spa. Man må krysse trafikkert vei for å komme til stranden, ikke noe problem for oss med tenåringer, men ville vært stress ellers. Minus for vond sovesofa.

Posizione ottima in centro, vicino alla spiaggia, ma silenziosa. Personale gentile e accogliente. Camera spaziosa con tutti i comfort. Pulizie e cambio asciugamani giornalieri. Cambio lenzuola ogni 3 giorni. Peccato per scarsità parcheggio se si ha l'auto a noleggio. Bisogna aver fortuna per trovare un posto auto adiacente la struttura. Nel complesso ottimo.

Et hyggelig opphold på et fint hotell
Et fint hotell med grei beliggenhet nær stranden. Fine delikate rom med badekar og eget kjøkken. Behjelpelig personale som ordnet babyseng og connecting rooms for oss. Spaet var også OK og det var utrolig rimelig! Det kjedelige med det var at det var vanskelig å få timer fordi gjester på andre hoteller brukte det. Vi savnet et lekeområde for barn og hotellområde på stranden. Det var også et godt stykke lenger enn vi hadde sett for oss inn til Réthymno. Men dette var bare småting! Alt i alt veldig god valuta for pengene!

Vi hadde et rom med 2 etg og hadde det vi trengte der. Interiøret og fargene var ok men det kunne blitt freshet litt opp, kanskje særlig baderommene, belysningen generelt og tekstiler. Det var hyggelig med mange bassenger rundt på eiendommen og fine trær, blomster og busker. Frokosten var veldig bra, mye god mat. Hotellet har fin beliggenhet og det var lett å komme seg til stranden.

Πολυ καλο ξενοδοχειο.... Με τρεις πισινες με ωραιο χωρο εξωτερικα πολυ προσεγμενο. Η εξυπηρετηση παρα πολυ καλη. Πολυ καλες τιμες για να πιεις ποτο...να φας κατι κ.τ.λ. τα δωματια καθαρα, ευρυχωρα με κουζινα, και παρα πολλα ειδη κουζινας. Το μονο που χρειαζεται μια αλλαγη ειναι τα αλουμινια του γιατι ειναι παλια και δεν ασφαλιζουν καλα. Σιγουρα θα πηγαινα ξανα...

Schönes Hotel aber mit miesem Service d. Rezeption
Bei der Anlage handelt es sich um eine Mischung aus Hotel und "time-sharing". Das Essen war sehr gut! Wir können es definitiv empfehlen.Die Anlage verfügt über 4 Pools und 1 Jacuzzi.Der Fitnessraum ist inzwischen in einem sehr schlechten Zustand (Geräte sind kaputt oder schauen schon recht ramponiert aus).Hier könnte man den ein oder anderen Euro mal in die Hand nehmen. Auch die Sauberkeit lässt stark zu wünschen übrig. Vor allem der Squash-Platz gehört mal gewischt und die Spinnweben entfernt. Dies liegt aber weniger an den Putzfrauen, sondern am Management. Am definitiv schlimmsten war der Service der Rezeption. Wir waren 2 Familien mit kleinen Kindern, die den Urlaub gerne zusammen verbringen wollten. Der Manager der R. hat sich leider strikt geweigert uns auch nur ansatzweise entgegenzukommen!!! Unverschämt war er zudem! So etwas habe ich bislang - Gott sei Dank - noch nie erlebt.Erst nachdem wir zum x-ten Male bei der Rezeption waren, hat man uns zwei andere Zimmer angeboten.Diese lagen aber auch nicht wirklich nahe zusammen und bei dem einen Zimmer handelte es sich um ein Maisonnettappartment mit einer steilen Steintreppe (für unsere kleinen Kinder eher gefährlich).Eines der angebotenen Zimmer haben wir dennoch genommen (da bei dem Zimmer unserer Freunde Wasser aus einer Spot-Lampe im Bad tropfte!!! Insgesamt kam man festhalten:die Angestellten der Anlage sind fast alle ausnahmslos super nett und hilfsbereit.Ich hoffe man achtet künftig mehr auf Instandhaltung+Service!

Good value resort for under €50/night
Grand Leoniki is a legitimate resort that is well worth the less than €50/night we paid for it. Our one-bedroom suite included a full kitchen with all appliances and was located right next to a large pool. We were able to stay and enjoy the pool for several hours after checkout. The resort is located a 3-5 minute walk from the beach and restaurants, bars, shops, and markets are even closer. The bus to Rethymno is less than €2 and tickets can be purchased at the mini mart before boarding. You pick it up just outside a wonderful little cafe/bar called La Strada, which is worth a visit while you wait. If you’re looking to visit Rethymno but want to avoid some of the city crowd, Grand Leoniki is a good choice.

Belle chambre confortable mais panne micro onde et TV Une aile de l'hôtel est à 150m de l'autoroute et les portes sont en papier.. Notre sommeil en a pris un coup.. Le jour de notre arrivée on nous propose une offre au restau valable uniquement ce jour pour 10€ / personne Sauf qu'il nous a pas précisez que c'était soir de "spectacle" et que c'était 15€ et n'a rien voulu savoir par la suite.. essayer d'arnaquer les gens comme ça ne m'a pas plut.. Sinon les services de l'hôtel sont bien, belles piscines Mais la ville est trop touristique, tout est très cher aux alentours et plus authentique

Beautiful luxury resort
The Grand Leoniki is a luxury resort, 4 or 5 star in quality, that has everything you could ask for - beautiful pools and lounging areas, lovely suites, excellent food and entertainment, all amid gorgeous buildings and grounds. The only negative is the parking, which is behind the property, difficult to find and not always available.

Schönes Studio mit kleinen Mängeln
Das Studio als solches war super. Die Möbel waren von guter Qualität ubd auch die Küche war gut. Leider fehlten schon ein paar Sachen, Wie eine größere Pfanne (Es gab mir eine Crepepfanne), ein Kochlöffel, eine Schere usw. Spülmaschine ist eine tolle Sache. Tabs dafür muss man natürlich kaufen gehen. Wir hatten leider das Pech, eine Woche lang direkt an 2 vielbefahrenen Straßen zu sein. Man hatte das Gefühl, Die LKW würden direkt durch das Zimmer fahren. Leider sagte man und am der Rezeption dazu Nur dass sie ausgebucht seien ubd dies unser Pech ist. Schade.

residence charmante idéale en couple ou en famille
très belle résidence, appartements spacieux et bien équipés le tout à 5 min de la plage. nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le personnel est très accueillant et parle même français . les piscines sont grandes et bien entretenues . l’hôtel se situe dans une rue touristique avec de nombreux restaurants . nous avions loué une voiture et l’hôtel est un bon boin de départ pour de nombreuses destinations : 15 min rethymnon, 1h chania, 45 min prevelli beach, 15 min les gorges myli, etc. nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Schöne Anlage mit Charakter
Unser Aufenthalt war in einem großzügigen und gut ausgestatteten Appartment. Neben einem breiten Doppelbett war es noch mit einer Couch, einem Tisch swoei zwei Stüglen sehr geschmackvoll möbliert. Die topp ausgestattete Küchenzeile umfasste neben Mikrowelle/Ofen auch einen großen Kühlschrank sowie einem Cerankochfeld mit Touch (die Geräte waren allesamt von Franke). Auch das Bad mit Badewanne, WC und Waschtisch das rustikal gestaltet war, ließ keine Wünsche offen. Bei der Zimmertür war der einzighe Wermutstropfen, dass diese nicht gut angedichtet war und damit die Geräuschkulisse der Schnellstraße deutlich hörbar war. Mit dem Summen der Klimaanalage konnte man dem etwas entgegenwirken. Schlußendlich gab es noch eine große Terasse mit zwei Liegestühlen, Tisch und Stühlen sowie einem Wäschetrockenständer.
