So we got to the room and thought it looked very clean then saw the stained chair in corner by the bed. Would have given it the highest rating if chair would have been removed instead of left in the room stained

Good location on the outskirts of Lincoln. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Property is older and the room we had could use a complete remodel, tub was old and the tiles were cracked, very dated. Because of the age of the room it just didn’t feel clean…I didn’t see Any signs that it wasn’t clean

Located close to stores and dinning. First floor was quiet, the shower hot and the breakfast had alot of variety.

A nice place
We have stayed here many times. The rooms are clean and everything works. Could use more towels in the bathroom. Very quiet, we stayed on the 4th floor. A good value, and a good location on the SE side.

We had the room next to the elevator and could hear people coming back at all times of the night. So was unable to get any sleep. In the morning doors were slamming and ice machine was also going.

Shower facet did not work. Only got scalding water and could not take a shower. Staff did not seem concerned when I mentioned the problem. No offer to fix the problem nor was any offer of compensation was made.

Checked into my room and there was blood in the shower curtain and the wall. It was so late so I just asked the front desk to make sure it was taken care of in the morning, since we were staying two nights. Not only was it not taken care of, only one bed was made.

If you love lukewarm showers...
If you like tepid showers, this may be your place. Perhaps all the hot water was in the pool. Bathroom sink drain broken. Told the front desk. Nothing done. However, breakfast was OK.

My stay was average. I was placed in a handicapped accessible room even though that’s not what I requested. So the closet was waist high and there wasn’t much room in the shower. Plus it was a roll in shower so water leaked out onto the floor of the bathroom. Internet television didn’t work on one of the televisions and worked only partially on the other. I got half way through a movie when the system shut down. If I return to Lincoln I’ll try someplace else.

Great location
A breaker went out in our room and lamps and outlets didn’t all work, pool was dirty at the bottom and had green on the side of the walls. Other than that staff was great and hotel room was clean and my family loved breakfast!

I prepaid for my stay, yet they put two charges on my card $20 and $570. When I contacted the front desk he stated that was standard policy, later reversing when he checked my prepaid claim. I told him that it is fraudulent to put that much on my card for incidentals and I have stayed at that property for several, but would look elsewhere in the future (he replied "that sounds good". The charge was later removed. The TV streaming offered was horrid, our bolt lock did not work and room service was only available after 3 nights (I stayed 4 nights). The room was clean but was showing signs of wear and the fridge froze everything. The overall experience was disappointing. Thank you

Dear Dean, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. It did look like your credit card was swiped over the third-party credit card, which is not policy. This was an accident, but a simple solution. As you stated, the money was refunded, so we're glad to hear that was fixed. We will look into the internet connection for the streaming services. Housekeeping, per Marriott and all other major hotel brands standards, is every three days or upon request. Again, thank you for staying with us and taking the time to leave a review!
