I loved our room. The pool was right outside our window with the lake directly behind that. The pictures on here were taken some time ago because the whirlpool tub no longer opens up into the bedroom. (Which totally makes sense to put a wall there.) The whirlpool tub is amazing!!! The only bad thing is the bed isn't the greatest. The king size bed you could feel the springs. It made for a difficult night's sleep. The staff was great, nice view, awesome tub, bed needs help.

Just an okay visit
Hotel staff was very friendly and check in was a quick process, took my card for incidentals but no extra charge hold. Room was nothing like the picture but had a great view of the lake. There was an area where it was open to the jacuzzi tub like in the pictures that was boarded up and then painted over, no shower curtain and the tub jets looked rusted and was very small so did not even use, took a shower instead.elsewhere pet friendly met lots of dogs on our visit. Would say it was an okay visit especially for the price we paid!

The hotel was adequate, it is lakeside but there is not easy access to the lake, just a good view. Don't pay the extra expecting to have walk out access to the water.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is great. Right on Lake Erie and close to ferry service and restaurants. The morning breakfast was below average. The sausage was without flavor and a strange texture. Slightly rubbery. The mini muffins were of poor quality. I would skip the breakfast in future stays.

Too much $ for so little
No elevators. Walked into the room and smelled like smoke horribly. The pool was dirty. The ice machine next to the pool was broken. Our window leaked in rain and we had to put a towel in front of it. The hottub seemed a bit dirty. All the grout in the tub seemed gross. When we told the gentleman at checkout, he said sorry about that. Made no attempt to make the situation right. We paid $250 for this room and now that ive seen it, i wouldnt even pay $0.25.

Have stayed here in the past and nothing has changed. Staff are real friendly and courteous. Rooms could use a facelift but no complaints.

Nice pool area, quiet hotel with a nice breakfast. The bathroom door would not open, so they had to remove it off its hinges. The mattress had plastic under the sheet which was very uncomfortable !!!
