Excellent base to explore the Athens area.
We spent a week at Nick's house in July 2017. Nikos is a good host and he met us at the house on the day of arrival.The house is well equipped has a lovely garden with a table tennis table and is only two minutes from the beach and a lovely bakery. Artemida is a quiet seaside village about 10 minutes drive from the airport(follow signs for exhibition centre) To get into the centre of Athens we drove and parked at the metro station Nomismatakopio. The area around Artemida is lovely and we even made a day trip to the island Evia( the beach just past Marmari is the most idyllic we've ever seen!)

You can feel it like home
House and its location its outstanding. You will get freedom of your own house with all privacy of massive garden with all you can get for kids and adults. Restaurants, seaside, shops and everything you need its 2min walk away. Great access to all motorways if you want to visit and see more of Greece. People are very friendly and our stay was just brilliant. Thank you very much

AWESOME PLACE TO STAY! One of our favorites!
Let's get to the point: this place is AMAZING! Beautiful house, very friendly owner, close to the beach and really tasty restaurants. Plenty of room for 4 people, even more as the couch folds into a sleeper. Nice kitchen, LOTS of outdoor space. Probably one of our favorite places we stayed at during our 3+ weeks trip to Europe. Less than 15 minutes away to the airport. Really, just an awesome place to stay. If it's availible, and you're looking for a place close to the beach and the airport, Nicks House is as good as it gets. HIGHLY RECOMMENED!

Great house near the beach
The house was very spacious and had all the basic eminities. It was clean and had a huge backyard. The house was only a 5 minute walking distance from the beach. There was a great bakery and many great taverns that were also walking distance. The owner was very hospitable and helpful. Highly recommend staying here, the calm spacious beach house was a lot more pleasant than the small hectic places available in Athens.
