We loved the updated experience at the hotel. The room was modern, clean, and the fireplace was a bonus. The pool and hot tub were great. The breakfast in the morning was good.

Very welcoming staff, clean and spacious rooms! LGBTQ friendly. Two young females felt safe in and out of our room. It was a treat to watch the deer right outside out window at sunset. Breakfast was well stocked and good selection. The pool did have a bandaid by it so maybe more frequent checks in there, but i know that some guests are just not considerate and I dont blame the staff at all just thought I'd mention it. Great stay I chose this over a stay in McCall because of the great amenities and high quality. Will be back!

The large bed and room were nice, the shower had good pressure. We were very disappointed that our reservation was messed up, we booked the deluxe king suite so we could have the jacuzzi tub and they gave us a room with no tub at all. They told us there was nothing they could do to fix the room. Our entire reason for booking here was to enjoy the big tub. Major let down

Very clean and orderly. Only gripe was tv system was worthless. No excuse for that. Internet worked fine, netfix worked but regular tv just spun.

First stay at NoBo
We have stayed at the Ashley many times. We LOVE the remodel/rebrand. The hotel still retains much of the familiar elegance of the Ashley Inn but with a modern update that makes it feel fresh. It’s clean, comfortable and overall great. The only critique I have is that they should have kept the pull out beds in the rooms.

In 50 years of traveling. This is by far one of the best experiences we have had. Hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The staff were amazingly helpful and.the food in their restaurant was first class. Nathan the chef even came.out to discuss food with us. An ama@ing young man. Delightful stay in chic and crisp hotel.
My coworker and I really enjoyed our stay here. The building was modern and clean. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We loved the faux fireplace. The complementary breakfast was delicious with a good assortment of options, we were pleasantly surprised. The only issue was that our room did not have a fridge.

There is some construction taking place so a 4 was given rather than a 5. Our room was great and the staff was friendly. The front desk help was dressed very casual for a Hilton.

Beautiful hotel, I live the remodel and updates
Beautiful hotel. We enjoyed the suite and jetted bathtub the most. We stayed several times before it was nobo, and we really like the updates now. The room was large and spacious. The bed was not very comfortable, definitely on the firm side. Breakfast could have been better, showed up around 8:45 and almost everything was empty and it wasn’t refilled. No fruit, bagels, bread, muffins, juice etc.

Checked in, went to our room and could not find the TV remote (tv was on welcoming me). So we decided to call down and ask, well phone doesnt work, no dial tone at all. Also notice a fake fireplace...or so I thought! So we start to leave (we had a meeting) and found the room cleaner and asked about our remote, he said it should be by the TV, so he came back to our room and he couldnt find it either. We mentioned the phone doesnt work either. He did not check it. We met him down stairs and said he has our remote and would deliver to our room. We thanked him and left. Came back that night and the remote worked and the TV was great. Next morning at breakfast, some others mentioned the fireplace, and we said why even have it since its a dummy. They said no it works, its electric and just use the round remote...Well, guess what, no remote for it either.
