Good location in the colonial zone. Big apartment style hotel with separate rooms, daily cleaning, balcony and wifi.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The kitchen is bare so don’t expect much. Good location, definitely would recommend it.

Really awesome place and everyone that works there are courteous, helpful and extremely professional. The owner Mario pays so much attention to detail and makes sure every guest is truly satisfied.

Great except try to get the guy that hangs outside to go away. He harassed me every day about having my shoes cleaned. In addition to obviously not wanting it, he wanted 2000-3000 pesos! He would follow me for a few blocks.

Nice quiet stay
Very quiet & clean. The front desk was very helpful and the wi fi worked great. There are several good restaurants within walking distance and a bodega to purchase water within a 2 minute walk - you can also exchange dollars for pesos there at an above average rate than other locations.

descent place for 1 or 2 nights . but not luxurious but you get want you pay for. but comfortable enough to get me by. floors need to be mop because under my feet was black. wifi was very slow and in and out . very annoying.

Es un buen hotel localizado en un buen lugar. El check in fue expedito y amable. La habitación era amplia, bien ventilada, con aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo. El baño bien, comodo , limpio. La instalación contó con una sala adicional, mesa comedor para dos personas y una cocina básica con algunos utensilios. En la mañana, al tomar el baño me percato que no tenía toallas. Procedí como pude. Al bajar, le comuniqué a la recepción la situación. Al regresar, tres (3) horas después, aún no estaban. Me comuniqué con la recepción y me queje formalmente por el desinterés.

Customer service and faciltities were super. I felt very comfortable and at home. I wish there was an iron and iron board in there but I still got one from asking. Overall this property is one I will definitely try to stay in first if I return ti Santo Domingo.

Thank you very much about our establishment, apparently you did not realize that next to the hotel after a house there is a grocery store and 3 minutes walk further on there is another one. Thank you for choosing us.

No pool. No breakfast. The biggest problem I had was that I was in a one bedroom and there was only one air conditioner located in the bedroom. It wasn't strong enough to cool the entire unit so I ended up closing the bedroom door just to keep the bedroom cool enough to relax and sleep in. The living room and kitchen then got pretty warm and uncomfortable. The hotel needs to add a second a/c to the living room. The layout was great though just like a one bedroom apartment with ocean view.

Greetings sir, I remind you, as the descriptions of the Hotel say, there is no swimming pool or breakfast since they are apartments that come with an integrated kitchen and in that area there is a ceiling fan. Sorry for the misunderstanding, thank you.

It is 24 hours open and the people are very friendly and helpful, the property is very well located the employees are very generous and polite I felt very comfortable there
