Good place to relax, very nice staff
Staff is literally nice and kind. I asked them whether I can find a piece of cake to celebrate my friend’s bday, then they were willing to arrange the person to buy all stuff and provide us. That time was already over 11pm. It was so touched and pretty much thankful. The location is a bit far from Aonang beach so needed to catch either Tuk Tuk or Taxi even they have shuttle bus service a few times. Whole resort is clean and cozy but the room view was covered by untidy trees. When we went to the room, was too hot to breathe as they didn’t turn on the air conditioner. Of course we can understand they are unable to expect when we will check in. But if their is any good provision would be better.

1018호 오토바이 달리는 소리에 숙면 불가.
1018호에 3박예약해서 2박 지났는데 밤새 오토바이 달리는 소리가 들려 도저히 숙면을 취할 수가 없습니다. 산중턱에 있는 룸이라 조용할 것으로 예상했는데 이틀 내내 마치 오토바이 레이싱 경기장 근처에서 자는 것처럼 시끄러워요 객실 위생 상태, 리조트 내 조경, 수영장은 만족스러우나 아침 새소리로 잠을 깨던 이전 숙소와 달리 오토바이 달리는 소리에 잠을 방해받는 점은 최악입니다

시내랑 좀 멀긴했지만...못 걸어다닐 정도 아니었고, 테스코 가까워서 좋았어요. ^^ 리조트 내에 경사 심하다는 글들 많아서 많이 염려했는데...익숙해지니 리조트내에서 툭툭이 24시간 운행해서 괜찮았어요.

최고의 정글 호텔
직원분들 모두 굉장히 친절하셧습니다. 툭툭 서비스는 신속하게 이루어졌습니다. 경관과 인피니티풀이 정말 훌륭했습니다. 외부에 모기가 있긴 했지만 룸 내부는 그렇지 않았고요. 자쿠지룸은 정말정말 좋았습니다. 넓고 자연과 어울어진 호텔이었지만 청소상태도 완벽했습니다. 단점은 아오낭해변과의 거리뿐.. 센딩은 해주지만 픽업은 해주지 않고 걸어가기에도 인도가 없어 위험하고 멀어요. 투어나 아오낭비치 구경은 미리 비치 가까운 호텔에서 하고 오시길. 혹은 미리 이 호텔로 투어 픽업을 잡아놓고 오는것도 좋습니다.

정말 좋았습니다. 직원들도 굉장히 친절하고, 객실 내부도 생각보다 넓고 깨끗해서 좋았어요. 투숙객 대부분이 서양인이라 호텔 내부가 전체적으로 조용해요. 나중에 부모님 모시고 다시 가고싶을 정도로 괜찮았습니다. 아오낭 비치를 나갈땐 무료 셔틀이 있고, 올땐 툭툭이를 타서 오면 됩니다. 아니면 오토바이 빌리는 것도 괜찮아요. 무튼 크라비 내의 다른 4성급 호텔들은 3성급의 느낌이 좀 더 강한데, 여긴 4성급이라 할만 했습니다. 추천해요!

숲과 나무와 꽃.. 자연을 충분히 느낄 수 있는 리조트로 대만족이었어요. 객실은 방갈로로 개인 프라이빗이 잘 되어있고 주변 경관이 너무 아름다워 리조트 안에서만 있어도 충분한 휴식을 취할 수 있었구요. 리조트가 넓기 때문에 사람들의 북적임이 전혀 없이 조용했으며 버기를 타고 이동하니 편리했어요. 직원분들도 순진하고 친절하시고.. 조용히 힐링을 원하시는 분들에게 강추합니다.

깨끗하지만 위치가 좋지않음.
아오낭비치에서 걸어서 가기는 조금 힘들만큼 떨어져 있는데다 리조트입구부터 룸에 가려면 카트를 타고 가는 데 엄청불편함. 룸에서 나올 때마다 프론트에 전화해서 버기를 불러서 타고 나와야 되는게 귀찮음. 독립된 객실이라 방음은 좋지만 산속에 있어 벌레가 있는 것이 아쉬움. 리조트 바로 앞에 세븐일레븐이 있고 밑에 로터스가 있지만 간단히 맥주한잔 할 곳을 찾기 힘듦. 가족이나 커플끼리 가기는 좋을지 모르나 친구끼리가기엔 비추. 조식은 평범함. 끄라비에 다시간다면 맥도날드근처로 숙소를 정할 예정임.

산에 있는 리조트입니다 버기로 태워다 주기는 하는데 삼분의 일정도 해당되는 고층은 버기에 내려서도 한참 올라가야 합니다 한낮에 이동할때 매우 힘들고요 버기를 불러고 한참을 기달려야 했습니다 2박을 했는데 힘들었고요 다시 숙박하고 싶지 않습니다 직원들도 친절하다고 들었는데 한번 내려갔다 올라오는게 너무 힘들어서 마사지 샵에 지금 마사지 가능한지 전화 좀 해달라고 했는데 로비로 내려오라 부터 직접 전화하는 방법을 알려주는등 서비스가 별로더라구요

The “resort” was dirty, poorly managed, and oddly setup. It had high potential given the lush environment, but there were so many issues. The lighting in the room was awful with one light switch falling apart in my hands. Phone covered in dust, black mold in the shower grout, weird pile of rubble and dust on an eye-level visible surface in the bathroom upon arrival that was never cleaned up, and a dirty pillow case on the counter also upon arrival. The one usable mirror had smudges and all the windows/sliding doors were filthy. It was impossible to enjoy the view from inside looking through dirty glass and when we requested they be cleaned, they did nothing. They did not help us with our luggage during checkout. Important to share that taking the shuttle up and down the mountain was a constant inconvenience. We are both active people, but still found hiking these hills in hot weather not ideal for our hotel stay. It’s certainly not relaxing. The dining room furniture is also falling apart, we witnessed one guest’s chair break beneath him. Also note, it is a Muslim hotel and does not sell alcohol at their ‘pool bar’. Ultimately, this is NOT a resort or on par with other hotel options at this cost. The service and grounds are mediocre at best, which is disappointing given the wonderful experiences we’ve had so far in Thailand.

This is for sure an Instagram worthy stay. The amenities are fantastic and our room was pretty good too. I gladly give this place 5 stars for what it is. When we first arrived our room wasn’t as clean as we would have liked but clean enough to sleep in the first night as we arrived late, the next morning we asked if they would clean our floors and shower extra well and they gladly did and after that no complaints on cleanliness. If you are someone who likes to wear makeup (I am one of those people) even if it’s just simple eyeliner you might have a harder time than normal with the small amount of mirrors and the dim yellow lighting but I made it work it just is a little frustrating. The restaurant is very delicious and affordable and we are there more than once for lunch and every morning for breakfast.

Whilst the views, location and on site buggy were great, the Sunbeds around the pool were too hard and uncomfortable, the daily room make up deteriorated day by day. Also, a family member stayed for the exact same dates, in the same room yet I was charged 40% more.

We were early to check in, they let us leave our suitcases in lobby which was nice and come back in time for check in. Although during check in they never explained anything, didn’t explain how we would get to our suite, how would they know when to pick us up. We did not know if breakfast was included or not, they gave us no information, front desk was rude. The only appreciative and nice staff members were the tuk tuk drivers that would bring us to and from our suite. We booked the jacuzzi villa, although the jacuzzi didn’t work, staff was not accommodating at all. We stayed in better resorts ik Thailand where the service has been amazing.

Highly reccommend this property is you want a peaceful quiet and relaxing enviroment. This property is located on a very beautiful forest hilly terrain but very close to the city. The customer support is excellent and are very attentive and responsive to any request. The facility is overall very cleaned. The gardens and landscape is well maintained. Breakfast is delicious. There many restaurants within waking distance of the entrance to the Fiore Resort but the hotel restaurant serves fresh and appetizing dinner entries very similar in quality and cost to the ones offered outside the facility. Had a wonderful experience and with the grace my lord Jesus hope to visit again.

Beautiful property! Pool was wonderful except I got a splinter in my foot from the deck. I should have kept my shoes on! Great place for solace and rest.I enjoyed my stay. The ants couldn’t be helped!! You are in the jungle!!! The driver on Wednesday and Thursday was wonderful, it’s like he had ESP and knew exactly when we needed him. I wish I knew his name to thank him personally!! Great experience from a person who hasn’t traveled abroad in 35 years! Thank you to the front desk staff for answering out stupid questions and booking a driver to our next destination!

Aonang Fiore is a beautiful property in the lush jungle mountain. On main road, across from 7-11 and easy to travel to and from by songthaew or tuk tuk. Very friendly staff. Restaurant now closed for dinner.

Property was not as described, beds were like sleeping on a sheet of plywood, room was infested w/ bugs, 1/2 the resort was no operation (restaurants, pool bar all shut down), breakfast was awful. Place was a total disappointment. We had a reservation for 3 days we checked out the 1st day we were there and went to another resort.

Beautiful architecture sitting on top of the hill. Great jungle view from the room yet modern. Fun shuttle the room, excellent driving skills too going up and down steep hill, prompt service too when needed. The staff are amazing.
