Decent hotel, but be vigilant with your belongings
The hotel was nice enough for what it cost. It could use some updating, especially in the bathroom, but the beds were comfortable and there was ample space in the room. The food was just alright, not great. I really appreciated that there was a universal outlet in the bedroom. The only thing that I didn't like was that my bluetooth earbuds went missing from the room after my first full day. They were a relatively cheap pair, but that's still not something you want to happen.

It was a very good experience in terms of location , Amenities, Comfort, The friendly staff and the great food . Except that my credit card was frauded after paying for my staying there . I have received 2 charges for close to $900. Called the place to complain and asked for verification, They promised to investigate and get back to me but they never did . I hope this will be an issue that will be handled seriously in the future and to never happen again to no one else as it almost rewind my vacation .

Capri Hotel is a very nice place to stay in Amman, and a short drive away from the main tourist attractions in the city. The staff is very polite and the manager makes sure all customers are well looked after.

Convenient place, quiet and clean by Amman standards and could be improved. Bathtubs need to have antislip features (I had a big slip on the very first attempt to take shower). The admin and staff (particularly Tarek) are courteous, pleasant and very helpful. Dinning is limited and could be improved. Good place for budget travel.

upon reviewing this hotel the photos looks very good, however the reality is totally different. first, the location is right across from the ministry of transportation so you can imagine how the street noise in the morning. 2nd, not sure if my room A/C was working or no. it was on, but i didn't feel it. 3rd, breakfast was almost empty every morning with very very limited dishes selection. would not recommend this if you're staying more than one or two nights in Amman

Thank you for your notes sorry it was one day of grand meeting at ministry that why was some noise in this aria not at hotel only . our A/C 24h working our open buffet breakfast is from 7 am to 10 pm after this time is empty , hope you will find a good services next time

There are several things I loved about Capri Hotel Suites. 1. The staff was very nice and accommodating. And friendly. 2. The entire hotel had a special feel - not just another hotel, but a historic aura about it. 3. It is one of the few hotels in Amman that actually has a bath tub (not just a shower). This helped me after tackling Petra the previous day. I love Capri Hotel and will stay there again when I'm in Amman.

The hotel is clean, big rooms and comfortable. I advise any one to stay in. The area is very quite.

bad choice to be in amman
the hotel staff were not cooperative. the deal mentioned in expeida said all inclusive for the room i selected which amplified it as all meal included in the plan. when i reached the hotel they denied it and only agreed upon breakfast. even after showing them the expedia site and the deal mentioned there they denied it. when i asked them to speak to there owner they out rightly denied it. the food was bad and the layout equally bad. the hotel is not at all recommended with a family. for individual may be a choice.

Das Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück hatte alles, was man von einem arabischen und europäischen Frühstück erwartet. Das Zimmer hätte etwas sauberer sein können.
